Luis was amazing. So was the rest of the staff. When I walked in there was a younger service guy he greeted me quickly and then handed me off to Luis. The service was done and they called me to return to pick up the car. Way better service than Gunther Volvo for sure

Very professional and nice waiting area with tables, chairs and quiet spaces to work while you wait. Complimentary wi-fi, beverage center and pastries. It would have been nice if there was shuttle service but due to Covid, this is not available.
Regularly work with Juan and he is the best service advisor I could ask for. Very accommodating and he always keeps me informed.My car was in the shop for a week and he called me every day to follow up.
The vehicle was ready for pick up and both of the front seats had oily hand stains everywhere. This the 2nd time this year the car was returned to me dirty inside and outside . I expect a different level of service from weston volvo

Adam was very helpful as usual. He was honest with me and told me I had a nail in my tire and was able to have it patched for me rather then try and sell me a new tire like other dealerships try to do. Thank you for your excellent service guys. Adam, Joe, Luis, and Juan are a great team.

Dealer doesnt want to honor the extended warranty, we have 2 dates, one showing 36 months and other showing 72, they said only the 36 is valid, but I never got that copy on my folder, and now I know why.To be fair, Juan Salas, the service agent, was amazing, super friendly, respectful and did his best to help me. On the other hand the commercial department, they just screwed me.Will never work with them again, now thinking seriously to also switch car brand, I have been with Volvo for over 10 years and never an issue, until this one.

I had a wonderful experience as always. Volvo On Call towed my vehicle to the dealership (no charge). The service department diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was covered by warranty. They even washed my vehicle. These guys know how to do customer service right!
The people of weston volvo always are super nice, my only complaint is that I feel the service of the 10miles it was super extra basic, they just rotate the wheel, change the oil and check different things, but I had to pay extra for a wheel balance, come on Volvo you can do it better with the service post sale, my husband have a Mazda3 and the manufacturer service is impecable, and paid a third of that I paid for my Volvo
I live in Miami and have been coming to Weston Volvo for two reasons the best customer service experience (Luis Gonzalez) And the best repair shop !I’ve been coming here for years and Luis is amazing everytime.This time my car check engine light turned on and I had just left the dentist office with a pulled toothAnd numb on side of my face. I got in my car and there was a horrible sound coming from car.I was almost tears! I called Weston Volvo andLuis came to rescue ! He calm me down had car my car towed to shop and kept me updated every step of the way . This all happened on Thursday and by FridayHad checked out car and called me with details it was the cylinder and spark plugs! Repairs weredone effectively and timely to bulb/light positioning on the entire left driver side on the front and back including turn signal indicators, brake lights and reverse lights.

The Service department was quite disorganized and the wait was quite long. I had an appointment and had spoken to service and parts about purchasing a replacement key and FOB. I was quoted $470 total including all tax on the phone. Thankfully I took notes and wrote down who I spoke to. Upon arrive at my appointment time, I was greeted at the car by a service porter who took my keys and jotted down the vehicle information. He escorted me inside where Adam a quite rude service advisor couldnt be bothered to acknowledge me for more than 20 min. 3 other Service advisors sat typing away with a line of 3-4 customers with not even so much as a greeting. Finally the Service Manager came out from the back and it was like magic he greeted everyone and all of the sudden all the service advisors were available at once. I guess the manager has to be present for the service advisors to work.When Adam finally had time for me, he had no idea who I was nor why I wad there despite me talking to him not 3 days before on the phone and him making the appointment. He called the parts dept who then quoted a price of $578 for the same key I had quoted 3-4 days earlier. I pulled up my notes and read back who I spoke with both in parts and in service which seemed to agitate him. Then he proceeded to argue with the parts guy while I was sitting there rather than walk 30 feet to discuss a solution in private. They settled on the original price only because I had notes (this is why I rated 3 instead of 1 star). Adam asked if I was going to wait and said it would be about 1.5 hours to cut and program the key. I waited in te lounge for at least 2 hours before going back to the desk where surprise no one tobe found and the porter had no idea where the work order was where my new key was or what the status was. Volvo really has a racket going where the dealer is the only place you can get a new key fob and transponder programmed. And buddy they know it. This dealership was more than happy to charge me $500-600 for a key an such terrible customer service. One bright side they did wash the outside of the car so I appreciated that. Would be nice if the employees actually had some integrity and work ethic. Its a shame that it was so obvious that the Service guy Adam was not happy about his job. I will never understand why people work in customer facing position if there job makes them miserable. It really creates a bad image for the company.

The Service Manager has not well understood the meaning of Customer Service. Treating customers with impatience and with sufficiency, despite having always maintained a respectful and polite tone, is not suitable for a representative of a brand like Volvo. Honestly one of the worst treatment Ive ever gotten from a company.

Terrible customer service, you call and they leave you 40 minutes on hold, you make an appointment to do an oil change and then when you go to the appointment, there was never that appointment and they give you one for within 3 weeks, the truth or they change the people they have there or it will be worse
