Very nice place. Michele the receptionist and Kevin the manager were very helpful. They replaced the catalyc converter on the company car. We were very happy.it was also i simple, from the first day I called, Michelle the receptionist was true and honest with me and answered every question I had. Mind you I am a former General Sales manager at a couple of dealerships so I know the trade. Even when I dropped off the car, the manager Kevin I think was his name was very honest and forthcoming. So to me this is what five start rating is all about, honesty with your clients.thanks guys

Mechelle Willett was very helpful. I went here to get tires after shopping checking 2 other businesses, one a major tire dealer who apparently had enough business that they were too busy to discuss tires with me and another that couldnt answer basic tire questions without a long search on their computer. I walked into Midas and the lady knew the answers to my questions right away. I had to wait until the next day for the tires I selected to arrive. I made an appointment for the next day they got right on my car and had me out inside an hour. I will be shopping here again.

STAY AWAY! The manager, Kevin, is a deceitful con. I brought my car for a break job and to match Goodyears price Kevin offered a free oil change. When I came to pick up the car, the oil change wasnt done, and his response was, What oil change? I never said that!. Good thing my twelve year old daughter was with me, because she heard him too. There are several complaints about oil changes at this place. THIS JOINT WILL NOT BE AROUND FOR LONG.

I visited Midas this weekend and I had a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly. I had a nail in my tire and I called to see how long the wait was. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it would only by 5-10 minutes. While I was there I decided to change my oil and i was still done in 20 minutes. The waiting area is very clean and entertaining. You can choose to read a good magazine or watch TV. I highly recommend visiting Midas. I will definitely be back.

Oscar and his employees were super helpful when I had a nail in my tire. I pulled in 5 minutes before close and they helped me with no issue. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and my tire is as good as new! Super grateful for their assistance and willingness to help me even at the end of their day!

Good service and honest people!

I went there with a Groupon oil change. My appointment was at 11. By the time my vehicle went into the bay for oil change it was noon. After that it was done by 12:20. Not bad. Then once I got home from driving around a couple hours from shopping. I figure let me check out my oil filter and my oil level. Upon this I notice my same oil filter from my previous oil change will still on there. I called Midas oh, they did not believe me and said they do change the oil filter. I said no you dont because I have a mark on my oil filter from previous oil change. So I returned oh, and they did change my oil filter right away. They did Apologize, but offer me no compensation for the extra time to go out of my way to go back.

I went to this Midas for an oil change and I promise you this was the best experience I have ever had at a Midas. The manager Oscar was so kind and caring and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my car. He even offer me a lovely cup of coffee while I waited. The staff really made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love the Midas In Davie!! Great staff, quick service, very professional! I’ve been to many other locations but what makes this one so amazing is that amazing staff. The managers and mechanics work together so beautifully and that makes the experience 100% better!! This is the only Midas for me!

I’m very skeptical about going to mechanics and big name ones at that. But I’m happy to say that I’ve gone here twice and I was pleased with the results. They do this initial inspection involving an electronic inspection report that they text you. They take pictures and allow you to see what they see before they even touch your vehicle. Gives you a bit of comfort. Inside the lobby is a big glass window viewing area allowing you to see into the shop while your vehicle is being worked on. Next is pricing. I was worried about price gouging but they were fair. Not cheap but will work with you and I feel that in turn is the quality you receive for work. Which I was pleased about. When it comes to parts/fluids they will explain and even allow you time To research it before accepting it. I’m sure they would allow you change it to something else if you wanted too. Next is the workers/communication/environment. The workers seemed knowledgeable giving me confidence. The communication came from just not the front desk but from the person working on your vehicle which I was impressed about. And environment. They make it feel like the shop is yours and even have a nice waiting room with comfy chairs and good shows to watch if your not starring through the glass watching your vehicle get worked on. I’ve been twice and I’m willing to go again. I have more confidence in them and they seem to be able to get you without to much hassle and don’t get frustrated on the work time because I truly think they are taking their time on your vehicle unlike these in and out shops. I don’t think you could go wrong giving them a try.

Oscar and his team are great! They are timely, professional and fair in their pricing. Additionally, they do the little things without asking or charging. Its all about developing relationships and that is Oscars focus.

Ive been having issues with my car for quite some time. I kept going back to a different companys auto care place Im familiar with. I went in for the July 4th oil change special today and we discussed the issues Ive been having. Not only did the service manager explain every piece of work that needed to be done, but him and his team fixed all the issues Ive been having AND helped me get 3 month no interest financing. Everyone was not only professional, but personable. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I only came for an oil change. I’m sitting in the waiting room currently just waiting on my truck. The flow of customers in and out has definitely been substantial. But each customer, as I sit hear waiting and listening, was treated with up most respect and decency. Customers have had random problems pop up in the car that are a financial disaster in this trying time and the staff here were friendly and forgiving. Finding any way to help the customers with deals, or coupons. Or just putting in a little extra work for them. Like I said, I only came for an oil change. But I’m only coming back to Midas in Davie.

I had an appointment 1 hour prior to close, they completed my oil change and rear brake change even though the services ran over there business hours. The manager personally went to pick up the correct brake pads, and obtained pricing for an additional repair needed. Even with them not having the capability to print due to computer issues they all provided excellent customer service.

Went for an oil change as i had a coupon. Technician recommended that i change my timing belt asap as it is cracked. I got it changed for a lesser price with another mechanic. When I was handed over the old belt, I was in for a surprise. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my old belt. Recommend repairs which are not needed wont get you any customers.

No one wants to go to a tire shop...because getting a flat tire (or a nail stuck in your tire) is never any fun. However I was in awe when I went to Midas! Oscar met me outside, as soon as I pulled up into the lot. He immediately assessed the problem, quickly and efficiently helped me get situated with a new tire and was friendly, competent, helpful and really blessed me with his help. I trusted him to take care of me and my car and am now a loyal customer for the future. All my oil changes and everything else will now be done here, because the amount of respect I have for the service provided is very much appreciated.

Customer friendly. But they were not following covid protocols while handling the car. Even in reception area masks were on and off.

Went in to figure out why my 2008 Chevy Tahoe wasn’t fueling correctly. I met the manager Oscar he advised me of this problem with Chevy and he went right to work to fix it. I went to Chevrolet before and they really didn’t want to see or fix the problem for me.So I’m here again to get struts and oil change because he took care of me and gave me a great price and I recommend him for great service and great pricing and overall putting in the extra customer service that will keep me coming back!

It is incredibly refreshing to come to an auto repair facility where they don’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. It was really a comfortable and easy process to get my oil change done. The guys are friendly, and really take the time to explain and work with you on what your car really needs. Franklin is great! Oscar will make you laugh. Took in my SUV in with vibrations and they diagnosed significant issues with the shocks, tires, and also the engine mounts and a valve. It was a big job but they got it done in 24 hours, showed me the damaged parts, and even picked me up when I couldnt get a ride to collect the car. Also efficiently signed me up for the Midas card to save 10% and interest free credit. Very happy with the service and will be back when needed. Oscar has this franchise on the up and up!

People at Midas are great. They listen and bend over backwards to do a great job at the best price! We are extremely pleased with the work they did on our muffler system as well as with our air conditioning.

I came in needing a replacement for my front bearings, after an inspection and confirmation that my bearings were indeed going bad I was given an estimate and left my car to pick up the next day. Franklin told me that the car would be ready around 1pm but they were done working on it by 11am! a whole two hours early! I wanna thank the friendly staff at this location and Franklin for giving me a fair price on the parts and labor. Ive been coming to this location for many years but its good to see that the service has improved considerably!

Experience from start to finish was amazing! I was dreading the costs for tires, alignment and brakes. The associates were friendly, gave me a fair expectation of time to be completed...not to mention it took less time than they stated. This is the best place to go! I went to one of the competitors 20 mins before stopping into the Davie Midas location for a tire rotation they missed multiple issues that Midas caught right away. I called Midas and they really took care of me. Their attention to detail and care that they put into their service is UNHEARD of. This is the place to go for car service. I definitely will be back! The facility is clean, welcoming and you will get super fast service. Oscar and his staff really cares about their customers safety and car health. Also if you are at NSU please come here, they have shark card discounts as well as an understanding that you are busy college students.

Everyone is really nice but I won’t be going back. They are supposed to check your fluids and I know they didn’t because I checked them before and after I left. My coolant was low and they didn’t mention it. They said I needed a new air filter even though I had just gotten a new one at my last oil change. They over priced everything and did very very little work.

Oscar (and everyone I met at the counter) is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met, over the phone he was extremely kind, and in person his focus is making the customer comfortable. I came in for an oil change and they saw me within 2 hours of closing, which is rare in my experience. Being from Minnesota it was hard finding a reliable place down here, but even after only 1 visit I think I found the one I will continue to use throughout my stay for college!!For a Nova student this is the PLACE to go, they also offer discounts when paying on sharkcard so its perfect for students on a budget (even without a discount the prices are fantastic!!!)
