Melvin is the only service advisor I have ever trusted to be honest about what my car needs. We had the car checked out prior to a trip somewhere else and we’re told several fluids needed replaced that we didn’t think needed done but as the car was safe for the journey, went anyway without getting them replaced and then brought it to Melvin to have checked out and he told us those items did not need replaced.
I came for my very first service for my 2021 Honda Pilot which had like 7,300 miles on 09/02/2021. I was met by Asst Service Manager Andrea Sanchez. I had prepaid plan and was told my car would only need an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and a half, I was told my car had been serviced and ready to go.When I came home, I realized the tire rotation was never done as the front driver tire that lost a cap was still in the same spot and the front passenger tire which had a slight scratch was still in the same place. I called Andrea to inform her of this dishonest act and while talking to me, I heard her tell somebody, “ I told you to put a cap.” This made me doubt if my car was even serviced so I told her I want to see a video of the oil change being performed. Andrea told me to come back and speak to the Managers namely Wade Bell and Alex Corcho. This is totally unacceptable.Update: We brought back our SUV the following day to fix the issue. Was met by a Manager named Wade Bell. He offered to just do the service all over again. He took the car back to be serviced, let me watch the process. The assistant service manager Andrea Sanchez was “off”. Wade Bell confirmed that Andrea was talking to the mechanic when she said,” I told you to put a cap” which tells that she’s suggesting ways on how to fool the customer. And the excuse given by the mechanic was, “ he forgot to do the service”. I told Wade Bell that’s a lame excuse. Mechanic forgot to perform the service but didn’t forget to write that he did it and charged the customer. Anybody who documents that they performed a service and didn’t really do it is committing fraud. I mentioned that the oil was extremely dark for a one day old oil change while the mechanic was draining the oil. The Manager assured me that they did the service the day before and just to remove all doubts, they’re doing it again. I told him, what happened was dishonest, disrespectful and totally unacceptable. Imagine how many people are being cheated paying for their cars to be serviced in their establishment. He assured me that it was just a one time thing. I would suggest Rick Case to have a large window for customers to watch that their cars are really being serviced like other dealers do.
I had a very good experience purchasing a car here for my daughter and have had excellent experience in the service department. They make it so easy and know us by name! I feel that my daughter is in good hands with this car and the servicing provided at Rick Case
It’s was a good visit for my car maintenance. Andrea who greeted me was pleasant. She explained well what will be done to my car for today. She told me to wait and hour and I did after an hour I already have my car ready. Great visit.

Jeniffer was extremely helpful, she communicated with us throughout the time the car was at the collision center. The car was repaired and returned to us 1 day ahead of the promised day, and they washed it. My only issue was that the vehicle was returned to us with a half thank of gas and when we dropped it off it was completely full.

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was completed within an hour. I was informed of other maintenance my auto needed and the service person answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was very personable, concise and efficient. I will always ask for the same person when I go to Rick Case.
I have never left feedback before, but this time I felt I was taken care of by Andrea Sanchez and that she was really trying to help me. Sometimes is hard to explain the details of what makes a service visit to Honda a good experience, but I know that today Andrea deserves the recognition of having made a customer feel that he was taken care of.

Rick Case collision center is the best, I wouldn’t take my vehicle elsewhere to fix body damage or recommend elsewhere. They do great work in all types of makes and models. The service Jennifer and Danny provides is exceptional. Would recommend without hesitation. FYI they have fixed over 10+ vehicle damages for my family.
My car was totalled and decided I was interested in a new Honda HRV. Several dealers in the Fort Lauderdale area took advantage of my situation and shortage of vehicles due to Covid and the chip shortage. They would quote me a price and then up it when getting ready to close the deal. Not Rick Case. Their word is their word. Totally upfront and professional from beginning to end. Yes, you will probably pay more for service here, but the fact that they have been doing this for so long, and the impressive volume of repairs they do every day, suggests that the consensus in the community is that they are worth it and can be trusted. I really like the clwan waiting area with a hot Cafe to pass the time. I also really appreciate that if your repair exceeds a few hundred dollars, they will set you up with a free car rental with the on-site rental agencies. The CSRs are super friendly and knowledgeable.

From the moment I arrived at the service drive-in lane, Karen greeted me immediately with a smile and was very efficient in her work. She held the door, was courteous and as far as first impressions go, I’m not sure one could expect anything better. Coming off a Toyota lease, this was my first service experience at Rick Case Honda. My prior experience at a major Toyota dealer in Miami was completely the opposite of this one - always bad in one way or another. Next, Waldo Curtis, the service advisor, was just awesome. Very efficient and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Making the whole process very easy. Exceeded my expectations for sure. Also, the car was serviced faster than he had quoted me - overdelivering is always a plus! They have free wifi and a great desk/work area, so I didn’t skip a beat on getting work done. The little cafe in the lobby was a great stop for cafecito and a small bite. You can even get your hair cut! Overall, this experience warranted 10 stars, but we’ll keep it at 5 because Google makes us lol. You’ve won a new loyal customer - thank you Karen, Waldo and Rick Case Honda! I’ll be driving up from Miami because of them. Please give them my thanks.
I have been a Rick Case customer since 1999.When the rewards program was introduce it was a great incentive to continue to go to Rick Case. I do not recommend going to Rick case anymore since now the reward system is on accumulated points system. So the usual 10% that I would get off on different items for service, is no longer being honored unless you have enough points. I probably will no longer go back to Rick Case due to their Poor customer service and revamp rewards program.

He took a lot of time with me and maintained a relaxed approach throughout, no pressure. My husband and I leased our first vehicle in 2014. We always received OUTSTANDING customer service and we never experienced any issues with maintenance and such. We had a good relationship with the company and there was always transparency, which is extremely important. Rick Case Honda would periodically reach out to us in writing, emails, or phone calls. We ended up purchasing the vehicle once the lease was up. Based on our prior experience, we leased a second vehicle in 2019. The courtesy given back then was not extended the second time. Late last month, we visited the service station at the dealer with a low tire. The young man went on to explain different scenarios that would have given us a “low tire pressure” notification. He checked the tire pressure on all tires, filled the “problem tire” and we left. On September 2. I returned with the same tire issue. The maintenance was due, and I agree to have it done. I was then notified that the vehicle service contract had expired. We leased a vehicle for 3 years and we only sign a service contract for 2? Where is the logic in that? Additionally, the “2 years” expired in August, 2021. The vehicle was leased in May 2021. That would be 2 years AND 3 months, not 2 years. I got the runaround and all they were looking for was to get me to sign a new lease agreement. What I was told when I questioned the discrepancy was, “You must have agreed to the terms at some point if its there.” My husband and I KNOW what we agreed on and this wasn’t it. This is not our first lease agreement, but it will be our last. Additionally, the “low tire pressure” message is on. Was the tire repaired? Once our lease ends, so will our relationship with Rick Case Honda. It has changed a lot. We are very disappointed.
After 2 months Im still dealing with the nightmare of taking my vehicle to these unethical crooks! Ended up having to take my vehicle to another body shop for corrective repairs to only find out that Rick Case Collision Center put after market parts on my car that didnt fit and literally drilled in the parts to the frame of my vehicle causing irreversible damage and electrical damage to my new 2021 vehicle! Literally drilled CONCRETE SCREWS TO MY CAR! This place should be permanently closed for inhumane, unethical and predatory business practices! And this was with Cody Champion, the production manager, service manger and General Managers consent! Disgusting!

All in all it was an excellent experience. The service adviser Tony was very friendly and helpful in listening to the issues described and then advising withe the recommended diagnostics and then the suggested repairs. Also I got a chance to talk with the technician Ali who was very helpful and diligent in identifying the right repairs to my CRV. The waiting area was very nice and welcoming with many items to relieve the wait. I will definitely get my vehicle serviced at Rick Case Honda and will seek Tony for his friendly help next time.

Service here is always great. My first incident today, they replaced the cabin filter and left some of the items from the gloves compartment on the floor with the old filter. Also, the passengers seat was full of debrie remove when the filter was replaced. Have to be more careful next time.

The whole process was a waste of time for everyone. First after seeing a TV commercial about trade in Honda offers, I decide to visit your website, I have 2019 Jeep with less 26,000 miles. I submit my trade in and of course you have the option to receive an email or call, of course I work I check for email only, but to my surprise I started receiving calls. So, lets say his role is to be “the Fisherman”, I explained my plan that is to lower my payments, cool he explained my options and of course I took the bait, show up to the dealer, great Salesman very cool guy greets me. Once again explained my plan, he tells me to test drive couple cars, ok no problem is part your job to take me and convince me to drive away with one. Whatever made my decision, he takes me to one of the managers and here is where we don’t connect. He is offering me a “deal” $540 with approve credit with a term of 75, my trade in value is $22,000 and the car I decide cost $25,000 USED, older and more mileage, pls help me understand the deal and the manager have to audacity to tell me, I can give you no payments until 2022 and we can run your credit to see if there is anything else we can do. Wait, but the Rick Case family mentioned on the TV commercial no payments until 2022. I understand his Role, but I work in sales for almost 20yrs I know the importance to close a sale, business revenue, commission and of course the shortage on vehicles is affecting the market, but don’t be disrespectful.
Kevin was more than helpful and made sure I understood every single detail about purchasing the car. I was nervous going in there but he made the whole experience a lot better. I’m very thankful for his help and appreciate everything he did for me.
The experience today exceeded my expectations. It was easy to get an appointment. My service person, Karen,was well informed, set the expectations for the visit and extremely professional. After the service was complete she explained very clearly the work that had been done. In my many years of having my cars serviced, this has to have been the best experience Ive ever encountered.

Disorganized lack of communication and misinformation. The employees drive the cars in the parking lot dealership to dealership like it’s the Indy 500. It’s unsafe to even walk in the parking lot. They didn’t know the date that the car actually arrived for collision evaluation. Then they threatened me with storage fees. I had to make numerous calls to Rick Case Honda to follow up. They claim they didn’t have documents that needed to be signed. I sent them an email and attach the pictures of the documents I signed. There were numerous calls back-and-forth from my insurance company to Rick Case in the midst of having a broken spine from the car accident. Both cervical and lumbar. It’s taken nine weeks so far to try to settle the claim. The sheer volume of people chaos of drivers both employees and buyers and the lack of organization caused me great stress and numerous phone calls and hours on the phone Providing them information they already had.
Always fast and efficient. Great service and great people .

I’m never coming back here for sure. every time i go there it seems as if i’m taken as a joke. they say they are going to order parts and they never end up getting ordered. honestly they are there to just waste your time. they never have any real answers for problems regarding my 2020 honda civic. if you look young and are a female i do not suggest you getting your car serviced here because they will not take you serious. and they’re not that knowledgeable. my service guy told me my battery died because i had a sticker (a literal sticker) by my push to start button.

Pulling up to Service is like a self-service experience. You’re not sure where to park your vehicle as no one is outside directing the flow of incoming vehicles. So you park somewhere, then you have to go inside and find yourself a service advisor. Again, no acknowledgement of a customer. And good luck finding one at their desk who is not on the phone, with another customer or doing something else. Even when you tell them ahead of time when making the appointment, what exactly you are coming in for, don’t be shocked when you arrive that they tell you to go to Express service. The list goes on....
Don’t usually come here and if you do god bless you keep having great experiences but I’ll try to avoid this place since this time I couldn’t… always come in for something simple like an oil change or oil change and inspection… always finding lots of stuff else and when I return to automation they tell me it either wasn’t necessary or that it was already done and didn’t need to be done again… I’ll be moving on as much as possible and return only if I can’t get a timely appointment elsewhere.
My Experience turned out pleasant thanks to Karen. I had an appointment for Monday at 7:30. Karen check and told me I didn’t show for one. She was able to still take in my recall car for service. I pick up my car later that day and brought my truck in for service as well in which again she did a great job in assisting me. Thank you Karen for your help.
I had my vehicle serviced thru Express Service. I was quickly met and the advisor was up from t about the wait. I appreciate that. My truck was finished sooner than expected. One negative. The tech left grease prints on my door and on the console. It happens.

We purchased a car from Rick Case Honda in Davie Fl and it was a nightmare from the moment we were trying to get our tag processed till now. It took them months to get our tag and now that we trade it the vehicle (six months ago) they dont want to give us our gap insurance money back. Its excuse after excuse, department after department and over six months later still they refuse to give us our money back. We spoke to Eduardo Beato back in june and he didnt do anything, them they refer us to Erika never calls us back, them I spoke to ADa, at their Kia store and nothing. Not to mention the several times I ask to talk to their GM and they guy is always hiding. Customers are not the priority for this people. Every time they either are super rude or in a I dont care attitudes. Dont do business with this guys youll be disappointed take your business elsewhere where they apreciate customers and

The best dealership to do business. Service is always over the top. This is our 7th time getting a new car and its always pleasant. Our sales person Rafael is the best! He always finds the best deals and we always leave happy!!Manager and Finance Manager are professionals and the place is just fun to be. Courteous employees, coffee, water, music and snacks makes times goes fast. Ask for Rafael and he will beat anyone on the market!

Best part, they keep me informed on what’s covered by warranty and what is not so I can make a decision that best suit my needs.He also gives me a copy of the report plus show me the inspection sheet showing me how thorough of a job they complete. Was told they were going to rotate mi tires, but it was not done. Noticed it when I got home. When I arrived none was there welcome the customer when I arrived, had to walk in to say I was there for my appointment. The Honda in coral spring has a much friendlier environment for service. Also my door had some some grease stains on the door. Would have been nice if they cleaned that. It does not create trust if things I’m told are going to be are not done. We are paying for this service….

I believe you are ripping people off! I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation for the first service on a 2021 Honda Civic at 6,723 miles. I was charged $150.00 with a coupon and VIP rewards discount. This should have cost less than $50, considering all you did was change oil, rotate tires, top fluids, and do a 19 point check of the vehicle. I wont be back. Sincerely, Kevin Barrera.
I have been getting different services here. The costumer service from Stephanie at service department is just above excellent. Gordon the technician is outstanding with his work. Stephanie goes above and beyond to ensure the job gets done and the costumer is treated right. She has made me feel so welcome every time I need service. Marvin was a great rep. Of the Honda service Dept. He took the time to explain what I had to know and took even more time to ensure my car was properly fix and ready staying even passed the start of his lunch. I now know if I have to take my car in it’s Marvin Haynes I’m going to see
