I am not one of those people who do a lot of negative reviews but here I have to: if you are looking for tires for your car, do not come to this place. this is bad, bad, bad, they dont have any professionalism. They lie to you in everything they say and then laugh in your face and also tell you that they cant do anything.not respect for the costumer, they do not know anything about what they tell you and be careful with what they are going to charge to you, check the numbers. I Ben there for more at 3 hours for 4 tires and they make fun of the manager.Man they are very bad
Absolutely Amazing customer service and quality of work!!! Carlos is wonderful he provides complete transparency on what needs to be done while making all your needs are met to your satisfaction..At other tire shops I go in ready to battle knowing they are going to try to add on things that are not needed. NOT at this Tire Kingdom they get exactly what I need with no hassle. Hector provides great customer checking in and making sure I am updated with what is going on. Donny and Jacob in back are so knowledgeable on the ins and outs of what is being done and why it’s being done they are patience and kinda with explaining. This staff provide exceptional service with out being at the shop all day in and out !! The whole staff is definition of quality customer service and work is!!! This is only place I will come to because I know I will be taken care above and beyond!! Thank you so much guys !!!!
I don’t even write reviews, but I had to for Tire Kingdom’s terrible customer service !!!! I will never do business with them ever again ! First, I made an appointment with them for 9am this morning and the guy up front told me it would be an hour and a half. It is currently 12:30pm and my car is still not ready. What was the point of making an appointment ? Secondly, the guy up front was in such a rush to just convince me to purchase 4 brand new tires instead of showing that he cared about the actual issue somewhat. I did not go in there with intentions to even purchase brand new tires, but he clearly had his mind set on convincing me to do just that. I really did not like how he brushed me off and just wanted to sell 4 brand new tires, he was too pushy! Never again, terrible customer service I swear

I called up just a few minutes prior to arriving to see if they could plug my tire and once I arrived, they immediately took my car back and began working on it. The young man in the office knew zero product information. He had to look on the computer for every little thing. I went to 2 other tire shops shopping and both other places had knowledgable staff up front.

Service was great. Took my car in to get oil change, brakes, air filter, cabin filter, and fluid top-off. I felt like these guys were in a Nascar track, my car was ready within 30 mins. Jacob and the other employees were all friendly, fast and efficient. I recommend this tire kingdom to everyone!!!

Bad news! Got four tires here six months ago. My car started shaking. Took my car in and they said two tires they sold me were bad. Still under warranty, they sold me two more tires at a prorated rate. (Check your warranties yall!) Problem still existed. Took it to a real tire place. It was my front axles. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem. They sold me two tires I didnt need. Take your car to Mavis for your tire and brake needs. Great price and fast service. They couldnt believe the guys at tire kingdom missed the problem. Go see Jim at Mavis tires & brakes!

I went here for the first time, the manager is attentive and a nice person to speak with. I needed two new valve stems and an oil change. They took care of me promptly and they also balanced my front tires without charging me. If I wasnt moving soon I would come here regularly. I noticed a screw in my front tire so took it in for repair. When I arrived, the service person took a look at the tire and found the screw near the middle of the tire and said they could fix it. I decided to wait outside and and a little while later I got a call from the service person. We cant fix your tire. The tread is worn too low and when we grind the inside of the tire to glue the patch the tire will be too thin to hold it securely. I wouldnt want you to have an unsafe tire or get a flat. I recommend you buy 2 new tires to replace the ones that have low tread.I asked him if he could just fix the screw and he said no. I have never heard you could not fix a tire that still had ample tread on it. I told him I was not going to buy 2 new tires and I was going to go home to decide what I was going to do. He said that would not be a problem and it should hold until I got home.A few minutes later he saw me outside and informed me it was a misunderstanding. It was the 2 rear tires that were low on tread and the front tire could be fixed. Well take care of it and get you out of here. No problem. I believe he was trying to sell me 2 tires I didnt need.After I paid I and was walking out I noticed a charge TPMS Sensor Service Kit installation for $7.99. I went back and asked why I would have a tire pressure sensor kit installed on a car that was less than 2 yeas old. The service person went to the car and looked at the sensor and said Ours are silver and yours is the original so it was never changed. Come back inside so I can process a refund. No explanation why they charged me.Never going back to Tire Kingdom. In my case they didnt know what they were doing. They tried to sell me 2 tires and over charge me for TPMS sensor kit..
Honestly one of the best places to go, the staff is very friendly and honest. Kevin explained everything that was going to be done with my car and even during came and kept me updated the whole time.
Would not go to this tire kingdom for anything at 2600 pine island road got the address wrong, I wrote a review back in July of 2019 and you know what I was right about this store then. They over charged me for the work that was done. I have a 2007 toyota yaris and if youre not familiar with repairing this car its not very expensive generally. I had the front rotors and front pads replaced. $ 487 dollars and now less than 15,000 miles I need to replace the front break pads again. The average is usually 25 to 40k miles or more. When I bought the car 7 years ago I put approximately 40 thousand miles on it before I had the breaks replaced again. They put supposibly the ceramic pads that last a long time. This is terrible! They charged me $316 + 35 shop fees(351), in labor for 45 minutes of work. I just had my transmission replaced, guess how much the labor was? $450 dollars. The owner of this store only cares about money. Stay away!! The positive reviews cant be true just put in to balance out the negetive reviews. Dont go here for anything. Tire kingdom located at 2600 pine island road. Incase I put the wrong locational address. Look at the long reviews, they tell the truth! This review is for 2600 pine island road not for the other I went to at 6595 nova drive they were very good.

They do great work. But the wait time is a bit off-putting. 2.5 hours for a nail in the tire? Come on! But Kevin, the young man at the desk, made it tolerable.
I had called and scheduled a appointment in the morning for a patch on my tire I get there before my scheduled time an had to wait over a hour for them to even take my vehicle to the back if I wouldn’t have asked how much longer it would take I would probably wait till they close I will never return to this location again. Never have I waited over a hour to have a tire patched very poor service.I understand that I wasn’t the only customer at the location but to patch a tire it doesn’t take that long especially when you have a appointment was at the location for 2 hours.
Despite having a attentive manager the service was horrible. I was literally the second customer there when they opened and it took almost 2 hours for a oil/cabin filter change smh completely unacceptable.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop.They sold me cheap brake rotors that started rusting within a week, and won’t hold responsible for replacing them for the high quality ones I initially thought I had paid for, despite telling them so.They want to now charge about $600.00 for a new set of better quality.Do your own research and avoid this Tire Kingdom.Crazy expensive, too!

I really recommend avoiding any extras Tire Kingdom sells, perhaps avoid that company. When I purchased four tires I also purchased their Road Hazard package and Life Time Alignment last time I bought new tires for my car. The car hit a large pothole in Ft Lauderdale and severely damaged both right side tires. Had it brought to the same store I bought the tires at and the store manager told me that was over 5 years ago and the warranty expired, ( there was still 50% tread left). His excuses were; tires are made of natural rubber they are only good for 5years, then the computer will not let him do that. If we were not happy with that to call corporate.

Tire Kingdom is generally a good place to go, however this specific Tire Kingdom is especially friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend coming to this Tire Kingdom, even if others are close by. And ask for Carlos, he will most definitely help you out!

I had an appointment, showed 15 mins early for two tires only. After having the car 45 mins they came out to say I need additional things done. I asked how much and how much longer. They quoted me roughly an additional $750 and said another hour an half. I declined the service and they still took an additional hour and a half. I walked around to the gas station and I see my car is on the rise and for over 15 mins no one goes near it. Needless to say I will not be returning here. Kevin who checked me in and attempted to cash me out was great, very friendly and professional.
Incompetence and poor serviceI bought 4 premium tires at this location about 1 year ago. I also purchased the road hazard, extended alignment, etc. A few weeks ago my tire was low and I saw a nail, so I brought it in. The technician said the nail did not go through, and that there was no leak. I questioned it because it was approximately 10 lbs low. They were adamant that there was no leak.Since then, Ive had to fill the tire 3 or 4 times, so I brought it back. This time he shows me the tire, and he had circled a couple of spots on the tread. He said that the tire was damaged, and that it must be a very small leak that they cant find. He then told me that I have te replace the tire. They did not have that tire in stock and they told me to go to another tire kingdom or put a different brand. I asked how is it that the tire is damaged, they wouldve told me that the last time I was there. He said the guy must have only looked at the spot where the nail was. I said the tire must be defective because they are basically new. He again told me that I needed a new tire and my only choice was to get a different brand or go to another location. I opted for another location and asked where to go. He said he would look up which location that has the tire in stock and told me to wait in the lobby.He then walked in, handed me a piece of paper with a couple of addresses on it and turned around and walked away.I went to the other location, and in 5 minutes the mechanic found the leak, showed me where it was (and it was very VERY obvious) and then patched the tire. I asked him to please double check if the tire is at all damaged and he assured me it was not.I advise everyone NOT to go to this Tire Kingdom located on Nova Drive by Nova University.

I have been going to this Tire Kingdom since its last location on State Road 84, for years. I have always been very satisfied with the service. Last week I brought my car in four new tires and an oil change. I received a call saying that the front and rear brake pads needed to be changed and they recommended shaving my rotors. Brake pads or something that I take care of myself, so I went ahead and said they can do the rotors and I would take care of the brake pads myself. After pulling the tire off the brake pads were just fine about 75% life left in them and the rotors did not need to be shaved. I probably should have known better with only 34000 miles on my car, but I never had a problem to trust them in the past. My trust is now broken and I will not be returning. I dont know if its New Management, but Im certain that I was being up sold for no reason. 2017 Ford Escape silver with a messy interior. Update 9/9/19 - Thanks for reaching out. I was having a bad day, might have taken it out on you guys. Just saw that you guys reached out a while back. Still dont think my rotors needed be cut, but I did get a great set of tires.

Had my 19 year old daughter go in with my older acura. Had 4 tires and an alignment ordered. I assumed the work was done. Drove the car it pulls hard to the right. No alignment whatsoever. Called them told them Id like a refund and they refused. Finally got to talk to the manager. He asked for my number, I was not exactly happy amd asked him why he needs my phone number? He hung up on me. I called back and he wont speak to me. Dont trust these guys. Theyre dishonest. I guess theyre ok for tires if you like cheap but dont let them touch anything else.

I brought car in with one tire low and mentioned I had roadside hazard coverage. Asked to have tech to check and rotate tires. Later told one tire has 4 nails in it. Told them to replace. They replaced and then got me my car with the same tire low. I showed manager and we checked tire to see it was losing air. Upset that if I had not made an issue - tire would not have been repaired. Replaced with new tire and a $50 credit. Asked for new tires to both be placed on front of vehicle and that was not done until I showed manager again. Tire were obviously not rotated. Unlikely to return!
Purchased 4 new tires and my car vibrated ever since. Took it back twice for balancing and they could not fix it.
My first time there and already impressed. Came in with a car that wouldnt start, said it wouldnt take much more than an hour and honestly it didnt. Funny enough, it even seems to accelerate a little better but maybe thats just in my head. In any case, thanks for taking such good care of my ride guys!P.S. Horrible place let me drive away and almost have an accident !!! Went there for an oil change and got tricked into changing brake fluid and a wheel alignment .. left thinking everything was good car started pulling right in the rear almost wiped out bring the car back waited 3 hrs there for them to tell me they can’t fix it. Who lets customers drive out of there shop with a broken control arm that they broke. Couldn’t use car til 2 days later when I brought it to a mechanic shop and had arm replaced.
Had a vibration issue and they knew exactly what was wrong with my car. Showed me what had happened to my tires and explained why it happened. I appreciated them taking the time to explain and for them not trying to rip me off like other mechanic shops I’ve been too. Everyone was friendly and professional! Overall a very satisfied customer!
Overall, a pretty good experience. I ordered a tire from Tire Rack that was delivered to this TK location. I called to make an appointment. Hector told me to drop my car off 7-7:30 to get it in as quickly as possible. He also told me itd take about 30 minutes to do the work.When I tried dropping my car off at 7, there was nobody in the office, and one of the technicians told me they dont open until 7:30. The Hours on the door confirmed that.So I returned at 7:30. Carlos got me in pretty quickly, and the work ended up taking almost exactly 30 minutes. I appreciate how quickly they changed the tire.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The manager Carlos was very kind to me after having dealt with the Honda dealership up the road and having them give me a hassle. Not only did Carlos listen to all the issues I had been dealing with but he was able to set me up with 4 new tires and an alignment with no hassel or issue. Very easy to work with and very polite.
Took my car in to get a tire patched (I had driven over a nail) and was told after ten minutes that I’d need to get a whole new tire because of a piece of loose rubber. They said that because of this, they’d be unable to take the tire off to repair it. However, I was told that if I had some cash on me and “could throw the guy a tip,” then maybe it could be done.I left and went to Tires Plus on State Rd 84, and they said it could be fixed no problem and taking the tire off would not be an issue.It was obvious that they were trying to take advantage of me and get me to spend more money.
Worse time just to change a tire 3hours!! Never again

I had a satisfactory experience here. The staff was friendly enough, and they gave timely updates while my truck was getting worked on. However, they threw my spare tire in the bed of the truck instead of cranking it up under the bed where it belongs. It was a missed opportunity to go above and beyond.
I had a flat tire the other day when I woke up and took my car to this tire kingdom location. I made an appointment for 3pm but when I arrived I was told it would take several hours to replace one tire even though I had made an appointment so I left it there overnight as I did not have hours to sit around waiting for one tire. The next day I called in the morning and asked if they had the time today for me to come and have the tire put on but when I arrived I was told it would be 45 minutes till someone can put my tire on even tho I had just talked to them and they said they could do it real quick. So I had to use the jack from my car to put my tire on in there parking lot. And worst of all I check my bill and I get charged $30 for installation. I would never recommend this location to anyone!
Purchased some tires online and chose this occasion as the place to install them several months ago. Did not have an issue at that time. Purchased 2 new tires recently took my truck again and when I went to have them installed I asked for an alignment since it was still covered from the previous tire install. Was told that the guys would not be happy about doing that work since the tire install was prepaid and the alignment was already covered they would not be getting paid for that work. At that point I should of left and not had the install completed.Received a call the work was done, asked if the aligment have been completed and was told yes. Received a copy of a report that appear to show some kind of alingment work was done. After leaving the location the truck was out of alignment worse than I was when I dropped it off, the steering wheel was completely off center. Two hours later had a warning light go on saying my electrical brake system needed service. Took the truck to the dealership to get a real alingment done and come to find out that 1 of the arms for one of the front tires is bent and needs to be replaced at $800 and is not under warranty because it was damaged. Asked the dealership how that could happen and they said the truck had to hit a pothole at a high rate of speed or hit a curb or dropped from a lift. Since Im the only driver and I have not had any of those things happen and because of the time frame of when it happen I have a bad feeling that something happened at Tire Kingdom.This is also the day that the person writing me up on my work order said that they would not give me a timeframe because they wanted to make sure things are done properly and safely and then showed me a picture of a car that they had changed tires recently and the tires had fallen off on the highway. Again that should have been my sign to leave immediately and not have any work done

3 hours and $500 later I had to get in my trunk and fix all of my lining after a battery replacement because it wasn’t shutting properly, and still gets caught slightly when opening and closing. Didn’t reset the oil sensor after an oil change, “fixed my alignment” even though my car still pulls itself in a different direction. Great place for people who don’t really care about their cars or pay attention to detail. Another guy was in the establishment earlier complaining that they scratched up his rims with the tire machine. Probably didn’t even need a new battery, guy behind the counter pulled the same story to two people after me. Steer clear of places like this, they just want to up sell products and services, could care less about your car.
Had appt - been an hour and they still haven’t taken my car. I had a tire package that expired 2 days ago - I didn’t know it - and just brought my car in and they wouldn’t work with me. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! Looks like someone had diarrhea all over. I definitely don’t recommend them!
I called them for 2 tires and Juan quoted me $316 per tire which was the sames as Tire Rack so that seemed fair. When i showed up to pay for the tires the price changed to $322, OK no big deal $12 extra bucks, but the fact that Juan pretty much says that its not his problem, theres nothing he can do about it - just didnt feel right. It appeared Juan doesnt have a handle on the computer system to make any changes to a ticket and his C/S skill are lacking.

Make sure to look over what they give you to sign. I needed one tire replaced and they charged me for an alignment. Is it my fault for not reading everything? Maybe. But the guy didn’t even mention it just shoved paperwork at me. Made me spend an unnecessary $90. Never going back here again
Made appointment, called William to confirm appointment and make sure tires would be there and latest time to drop-off so I could go over the work order. Went to drop off truck, no William, no tires and a confused worker who could see appointment on their books, but that was about it. Good Luck if you choose to use this shop.

Brought my car in for a flat tire, picked it up 7hrs and $600 bill later, without my approval. I had given them my vehicle maintenance card so they took it upon themselves to call the maintenance card phone number and obtain their approval without consulting me, the driver in charge of the vehicle who brought it in to them in order to repair a FLAT TIRE! Now company I work for has to pay for the repairs.
I came in here on Thursday with a low tire due to a nail. It was in a bad spot so I wasnt sure if it was fixable . I have run flats so they are expensive to replace if I needed a new one. The workers were very friendly and worked hard to fix my tire perfectly with a patch. I ended up saving money since I didnt have to purchase a new tire. I definitely recommend this place :) thanks guys
I went to a Tire Kingdom location 2 years ago and had a bag experience with them doing my brakes. After contacting corporate they referred me to this location, who beautifully fixed my issues and had great customer service. Fast forward to now. I come back to the referred location to get more work done under the pretenses that I would have no issues.. WRONG. After $1700 worth of work.. 3 additional stops back (making that 4 in total)...a new tire with a nail (which I immediately noticed upon leaving the first time)... an alignment that took three times to get right.. scratched rims from their tools and an attitude from manager Carlos ... let’s just say I’m not exactly a happy camper once again. I know that corporate will do nothing.. and Tire Kingdom and it’s employees will continue to treat their customers despicable... I’m just hoping that my review will at least deter people from coming to them for overpriced and terrible work! I paid the overly priced price tag because I didn’t have the money upfront and I was able to open a card and pay it off without interest for a year on my own terms.. however I’m wishing I hadn’t. As soon as I pay it off the card will be closed. STAY AWAY FROM TIRE KINGDOM! ALL LOCATIONS! ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! Would give 0 stars if I could!

I stopped in because my tire pressure was low. I thought that I had a flat tire. But only need a tire plug. They were friendly and gave great service. I will return when I need tires.
I was saddened by my experience at the Tire Kingdom at 6595 NOVA DR,DAVIE, FL 33317-7423. Before going in to Tire Kingdom, I marked each of my tires with numbers. I went into Tire Kingdom for an oil change and a tire rotation. I left the store and only later verified that the tires were rotated by checking the markings I made on the tires. The tires had not been rotated. I decided to check the oil. There was no oil added into the engine. I verified the oil level three times. The first two times I check there was no oil on the dipstick. The third time I checked there was I tiny amount showing on the dipstick (way below the ‘low’ level). I was scared to drive the car fearing the engine would seize up and I had no oil at my house. I filed a notified the Tire Kingdom district office but they never responded. I decided to drive the car back to the store and spoke with the manager. He first said the oil change and tire rotation were completed. I told him I marked the tires and asked him to check the oil. After checking the oil and seeing the markings he didn’t argue with me. He had one of his technicians fill the oil. I didn’t get the tire rotation completed because I wanted to leave. I asked the manager to ask his technicians not to do such things in the future. I wrote a negative review on the company website, but they deleted my post. I was disappointed by this experience. If you use this store, please mark your tires and verify their work otherwise you could damage your engine and be placed in a dangerous situation.
Bad service, waiting for you to be seen at the front, a person before me, and 2 hours of waiting to install the tires, when I look out the window, what they were sitting drinking beer, Monday at 6:00 pm, and when I claim them, because they are not working, they give me the car with different pressure on each tire, and then they tell me that I have to drive a minimum of 10 miles to stabilize the pressures, when I refuse to leave, and they measured they realized that if it was their mistake, I didnt take a photo when they were taking it at work and I regret it, I dont recommend it
