I needed new pocket-sized antibacterial scented bottles, and Bath & Body Works had a new fall line of them. They all mostly smelled great. They are 5 for $8.00, and I bought what I needed. Very nice staff.

I came with my daughter to buy something for a Christmas gift. We arrived at 10 o’clock when they just opened and I was very disappointed in their store condition. The way this location looks it’s “DISGUSTING “ 🤮. I will post the pictures I shot when I was there and you will understand why I wrote the word disgusting on capital letters. The first thing I noticed, the carpet at their main entrance was not clean they did not vacuum the carpet at all, then I started walking around the store and I saw lots of black stains on the walls,ceiling,under the shelves and around the outlets. It’s very obvious that they don’t have a maintenance employee and also very obvious that they do not care about the health of their staff members and their customers. I will follow up on this review to make sure that they will clean and paint the store and I hope they hire someone to check if these black stains around their store is mold or something else. I beg all of you to do not shop at this location until they have a clean and healthy store. I am pretty sure that breathing inside this store can make someone sick. I gave them one star 🌟 but they do not deserve not even one because this store is filthy. Please check the photos I posted with this review and if you still want to check this store... please make sure it’s clean and don’t breathe while you’re in because you never know what kind of bacteria may be in the black stains. I promise not to shop here for a long time unless they clean up and paint.

Very slow registers. The set up makes it hard to find what youre looking for quickly. On the plus side, very attentive when you come through the door. Instantly greeted and helped.

I was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED with what I witnessed and experienced in this store the morning of Sat, July 27, 2019. The store was extremely busy and full of customers with only two employees working. There was a sweet, young lady working the cash register while a “manager” was greeting and helping people on the floor. At one point the line to check out was EXTREMELY long due to the shorthand of staff. The young lady working the register was doing her best to get people through the line quickly, but the manager never once came up to help open a register and help check out customers. The “manager” did however come up to the young girl at the register and was so rude and hateful to her. She raised her voice and embarrassed the young girl in front of the whole store saying something along the lines of “if you can’t do it, I’ll find someone who can.” The young lady working the register looked at the point of tears. Every customer in line was absolutely appalled at the managers treatment of the employee... The man checking out in front of me was an assistant manager at Old Navy and immediately offered the young lady a job at his store. We both told her she was doing an amazing job and that we appreciated her kindness. Bath and Body won’t keep good help if the managers are allowed to berate and treat the employees like trash. That woman has no business “managing” anything!! I was so upset about the whole situation that I will not EVER be back to that location. DO BETTER Bath and Body!!!!

Very nice store. In general those places are very nice and the attention is very good. In specific, that location is really enjoyable because you can have personal space to buy yours things with patient. The discounts are very nice too. I love my house smelling delicious just because this store! Thank you guys, you are doing very well

My happy place when there isnt a crowd. So excited about their new Christmas scent. Just discovered some car scents that are new for me. This locations layout feels a bit cramped for some reason, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

I love it. All their fall candles are out now so go and stock up. I got some hand soap that were on sale. Three wick candles were also on sale. This is in the tower shop.

Im a longtime shopper at this location and Ive made 2 purchases in the past week, and there seems to be some new staff there that are not properly trained, the first staff tried to tell me I could not use my free gift coupon and $10 off $30 at the same time and tried to take the free gift first and redid the transaction after I insisted and then she discovered they went through, then I went back the next day to exchange a lotion that had a malfunctioning with the pump and purchase a few single wick candles and the cashier asked my husband if he tried to open the lotion before he brought it back? I was shocked that was her response to him and he got upset and told her to try opening it, which she couldnt. I could not believe there was no apology given first but instead met with an unfriendly response. I know the holidays are coming up, but the staff selected for this location needs more training.

Great little store. My wife loves this place! Great deals during their semiannual sales (after Christmas and sometime in June). They also have pretty decent coupons too, both in the mail and email.

Love all the different choices of scents. Nice little location also as its not located in a mall but in a strip mall instead.

I like shopping at Bath & Body Works. There are so many great scents in body lotions, bath wash, and more. Its a great place for gifts for my friends, too.

Every store I visit lately, during this annoying pandemic seems to be extra friendly and helpful, except this horrible Bath & Body. They all look like zombies, dont care to help, dont look at you and back away when you talk to them... We are all wearing masks?! Do we really need 20 feet distance? People are forgetting to act human during this nonsense.
