I went with this company because it was family owned and the salesman “Mike” gave this wonderful sakes pitch on how they guarantee their work. Initially everything went fine but I had an issue in the kitchen with some vinyl floors coming up. They came after a few weeks of me having to continually call and hassle them. Again the same area started coming up in the kitchen. I called but nobody returned my call. I went back in person and then a few weeks later installers came out. They replaced the panel but less than 2 weeks later the problem reoccurred. Now I’ve been sitting here waiting over a month for a reply or call back and got nothing. It feels like they tired of me simply asking them to correct what I paid up front for. A new floor. Very disappointing service. I guess I will continue to call and try. I hope the manager or owner sees this review. This is not the way you treat a customer who paid for your services.

Excellent customer service and timely project completions. Any concerns after completion addressed without hesitation. I highly recommend you not only consider price but reputation as well.

My husband and I are having a town home built and the Builder changed the carpet on us and it looked like it was thicker, which we dont like. I received the model number and style name and color from the Builder and I called around to different carpet places and 3 Guys were absolutely wonderful! Zack answered the phone, found the carpet, and said that he would meet us out front whenever we got there. When we got there his partner Rick came out in less than a minute and was very patient with us. Explaining to us the differences in thickness of the new carpet, and showed us what the color would look like. He was very patient, answered all of our questions; and we werent even buying anything there! We were receiving excellent customer service and we werent even a customer and they knew that!Thank you Rick and Zack from 3 Guys Carpet!

I went to several flooring stores in Broward county and visited those stores several times each. 3 Guys Flooring not only had the best selection of unique flooring options, but the staff (whom I dealt with all of the staff members there) went above and beyond. They had superior knowledge of products and had great insight to choosing style and color. I have already recommended them to several of my friends, who all have the same experience i have. 3 guys is the only place I would refer my friends to. Not only do they offer you their expertise in selecting the best flooring for your projects, but they have more competitive prices than the big box stores. I m working on my 3rd project right now.

This place is my “go to” for flooring. They carry quality products at great prices, and have the best customer service. They always go above and beyond to accommodate and do it with a smile. Places like this are hard to find. I’m glad to have them in my community.

I needed some help with a project I was working on and as soon as I walked in I was greeted politely and when I mentioned my project and the help I needed they helped me tackle my issues right away. Bedroom project taken care of and wife now pleased. I couldnt be more thankful and would definitely come back if I need further assistance!

Long overdue review. This business helped us so much after we had some water damage in our house. Super friendly group of people. Please stop here first before you go to Home Depot, they probably have exactly what you are looking for at a better price and will custom cut whatever you need. Its not just flooring either, they have crown moulding, base boards etc.

Our overall experience with 3 guys was very good. They may not be the least expensive you can find, but the quote that they gave us was in line with what we got from other places. They were professional and detail oriented when explaning their product. The subcontractors that they used were respectful of our home, arrived on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. 3 guys called to ensure that we were happy with the installation and let us know that they would come out if there were any issues in the future.

Decent prices on flooring, shop around though. Do not get installation from them, as the sub contract it out and then attempt to nickel and dime you for extras such as putting doors back in place. Lots of hidden extras, buyer beware
