The tiles started to show a lot of bad installation techniques just after 3 months of being installed. We thought it was a minor error in one area only, until we saw the grout coming off every where. I dont think I can recommend this business...or it was probably bad installers. We really regret doing this, and it was not cheap!UPDATE AFTER REPLY FROM OWNER: my husband already called, he was told the warranty was only for a year, the saddest part is the floor showed the same bad grout techniques or mixing in less than 3 months after installed, we just didnt called right away. We believe they used a really really bad mixing, it was very sandy, it started to come out after the floor being swept. It look as if it was install with ash and water. The whole floor looks very cheaply done, the only thing I want to do is to cover the whole area with a carpet!! Its disappointing 😞 they did our bedrooms with laminate, and that job is still okay, unlike the tiles job, if after 3 months our (tiles) floors looked old and cheaply installed, I dont think the company can be recommended for tiles installation. I do not recommend them for that kind of work.

Just completed my floor installation in 3 bedrooms. I am beyond happy! The wonderful installers arrived at 9 am and got right to work. They tore out my old carpets and installed my new floors in 3 hours. I can not recommend Dolphin Tile enough! Starting with Rick who started the process all the way down to the fantastic guys who did the work. I can’t thank you enough!!!!

Great customer service in a friendly atmosphere. Ron was super attentive, but not in an overbearing salesman kind of way. He let us take our time looking and was super patient with us. He came to the house to measure and pricing was very competitive. Very satisfied with the balance of professionalism and neighborhood friendliness!

Buyers be aware. Ron sales rep had provide price on flooring also included another 60 square foot of tiles which I paid for and once the job was finished another 7 extra boxes about 60 extra tiles was mine to keep, Ron tells me no returns or credit. some how he tells me the tile where a courtesy from him, My suggestion is to purchase your own tile and get a reputable tile installer and you will save a ton of money, by the way they also out source there job, Ron told me they have the own crew which was not true.

I came in on a weekend in desperate need to match a tile for a project I was picking back up post-pandemic that (to my fear) was now discontinued. Annette went out of her way to help us track down a similar looking tile in another location so we could finish our project. Annette stepped up in ways that deserve a hero’s praise for saving our day! She was a huge help to us. She was our last attempt after searching several tile places for a matching tile. If we couldn’t find a small tile supply with a similar size and look, we would literally have to spend a fortune ripping everything up, buying a whole new tile supply, and starting the project that was already over halfway done all over from scratch. This was a huge deal to us and to our pocket.Annette, your determination and care is amazing. You are an incredible person and I really appreciate all your kindness and assistance in solving this huge issue. I would not consider going anywhere else for my flooring or carpet for 2 reasons: product quality and just as important, quality of installation. I am so very happy with the laminate flooring I got 5 years ago. Mr. Hafler was extremely helpful when I was trying to decide the type of laminate flooring I wanted.Today I needed carpeting. Annette was extremely helpful to me. She understood my purpose in buying the carpet right away, and from her experience, helped me to make a better choice than I otherwise would have. This review starts with Annette, our first contact with Dolphin in connection with floor laminates. Previously we had carpet done through Dolphin and it was a plus experience, thus when re-flooring became something we required, Dolphin was top on our list. Annette walked us through the various types, styles, underlayments and laminate colors; gave us 5 samples and set up an in-house appointment. Two days later she came to our home and reviewed the samples in lieu of the various lighting within the two target rooms. Surprisingly, she came up with the identical color we did, which confirmed the go-forward plan. We put down half of the cost of the job and set an installation date. They met the date and sent out an installer was a amiable guy named Nester, who intiially required a credit card payment prior to installation but came armed with all the materials, parts and pieces to complete the job. We called in the transaction to Annette who checked credit and authorized the work to move forward. Two roughly 12x12 rooms were completed in roughly 6.5 hrs same day. He pulled all previous laminates including underlayment with disposal fee (included in price), installed new underlayment, laminate, white 1/4 round finishing strips, strips to cover room threshold transitions, and finished the job with a professional caulking. First, I would rate the sales, service, installation and follow-up as a 9/10. Having installed the previous laminate flooring in our house (Im a novice) I got much of it right but was frustrated that after 10-15 yrs of technology advancement, nothing had been done to solve non-linear 1/4 round wraparound of door molding around the base. Second, Nester was a skilled workman, but it was difficult to discuss my concerns since his English was limited. Nevertheless, it was an extremely positive result and I would highly recommend Dolphin for laminate flooring presently and carpeting previously. Best regards, CC

We had beautiful faux laminate wood floors upstairs to begin with, but due to an A/C leak they were damaged and had to be replaced. We worked with Ron at Dolphin Carpet & Tile (Davie Store) and from day one he was great! Very patient and answered all our questions.We went for a superior vinyl plank tile with realistic looking wood grain and were not disappointed. We had some complicated stairs that I was really worried about and the installers were amazing. Floors and stairs are beautiful! My contractor and I Went in this location to shop tiles for a $13k floor and bath job and was told to go next door to Home Depot.
