They used to be good but lately quality has not been great, ordered 2 cookies doordash and the textured is just not the same. Im not sure if Ingredients have changed but its no longer chewy or soft. If it wasnt for the cream on the inside the cookies were pretty dry and chalky. Unfortunately that will be my last time ordering from here. It was good while it lasted.

We were looking for ice cream and Dairy Queen was packed. This placed is around the corner. We ordered shakes: oreo cookie, guava cheesecake, and salted caramel oreo cookie. It took a while for them to make the shakes because they had a lot of details. Good flavor and presentation. The texture of the shakes were runny and easy to drink through a straw, not thick like a typical shake. They also had cookies creations on display, but we didnt try those. We would recommend this place to cure a sweet tooth.

Had their cookies a few times, usually pretty good but the smaller cookies from the front tasted super old- like not even from earlier that day but from who knows how long ago. Could get a better cookie at the gas station or something. The display cookies are dusty - gross. Pretty weird place.

This place is pretty good if you ask me! Its a bit of a small store in a TOO small of a parking lot but its easy to move around in and is as clean as it should be. Service was a little blunt and to the point but worked and got me my order very quickly! The cookies I got were also scrumptious and tasty, no problem there at all! I liked this cookie shop and if I had to I would go there again to get a little dessert!

Only giving this store 1 star as the cashier was great.No inventory at all no milk shakes only had 3 types of cookies left.Management skills in the manager none. The employee at the counter should be manager he had more customer service skills and educationGo the extra few miles and visit the sterling store they are awesome.

Way overpriced for what it is. The cookies and the ice cream are mediocre at best. However, the low rating is primarily due to the service.It took more than 15 minutes for me and the person I was with to get our order: I got a plain ice cream sandwich and he just got a cookie and a single scoop of ice cream in a cup. She kept going on her phone and there were clearly no craps given about our order or our time.

Came here with my family hoping for a late night treat. The first red flag was the busted AC, it was hotter in the store than outside. It was so hot one member of our party couldnt get the flavor she wanted because the ice cream had melted. The cookies were mostly pretty good but the one that I got (tiramisu) was awful. It tasted like dirt, whether that was intentional or not I cant say. The shakes were good and the cheesecake one had chunks of cake in it. However, for the price, it was all very underwhelming. This, coupled with the less than stellar service, led to a very disappointing experience.

2nd time coming here. The icecream & cookies are so satisfying I want to try them all. The employees are hard workers & offer great service. I also downloaded the app today & was told I can earn free cookies which I have after todays purchase. Definitely a new Dessert spot for me and my family. ITS GOOD!

Customer service is terrible and I placed my order online. Scoop of ice cream is minuscule, not even one spoonful. Cookies are nothing extrordinary. Expected a lot more for the price. Worth it to just drive to Insomnia Cookies instead.

Cookies: Delicious, better than Night owl cookies in my personal opinion, good price for good and big they are.Staff: very nice, they make you feel welcome and dont rush you at all and they had the place very clean and in the afternoon you can even get some nice pictures while goofing around waiting for your cookies.

Wouldn’t come back. Try night owl or even crumbl is better.The cookies were subpar, not worth the expensive price. The creme brûlée, snickerdoodle and tiramisu cookies were all inedible. They tasted almost like moist apples? Idk. Just beware though.

Extremely rude employee. Walked in & he yelled at a group of people because he can only have 8 people in the store. We fully understand the concept of social distancing & wearing masks but there weren’t any signs outside outlining the allowed capacity. & I know this employee shouldn’t represent the whole establishment but it was extremely rude the way he barked at all the customers in the store. There’s a way to communicate effectively to your customers without being rude & condescending.Going to the Hollywood location as we’ve never experienced bad service there.

My friends and I come here all the time, however we just came again and they have seasonal cookies out right now. They are so good, I wish they had these cookies all year round, we had the apple pie and the white pumpkin with filling, my friend and I devoured them in two seconds! 10 out of 10 recommend!! We received our shipment of the order. Nothing of that order is what we ordered when contacting the store we were told that theyre running out of all the products we have placed. We did not receive a call to substitute our order. Member of the store told us that they just send us whatever they felt like sending to us. Deeply disappointed and angry. The store was not even giving the delivery driver the info that they had to substitute our order. As delivery driver was clueless when confronting that this is not my order. Im requesting a full refund instantly. and you guys should take that company off your website

Customer service is horrible. Tried calling to place an order to pick up and was told they don’t take orders over the phone before 11pm.. okay fine, drive there and they’re out of half their cookies at 8:30.. so much for a MIDNIGHT cookie. Anyways, I proceed to order their cookie skillet in which they tell me I need to place that order 45 minutes in advance, which I would’ve done but apparently they don’t take orders over the phone. Whatever, all in all, it seems the workers are lazy and just don’t give a sh*t. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. If I could’ve rated lower than one star, I would’ve.

Terrible customer service, the boy working at the counter did not say more than one word to me. Cookies were absolutely disgusting and not even fully baked though. Everything in the middle of the cookies was just dough. Took one bite and threw the rest away. Disappointing experience— I have zero intentions of returning or recommending others.

Big warm cookies! Been here about 5 times now and ordered delivery from both locations number listed times, cookies are always fresh, crisp edges and chewy texture. Delicious!I noticed sometimes they don’t come warm, probably because they sometimes get busy which is understandable.They give warming instructions to put them in the oven at 350 for 2-3 min.Cool ice cream flavors too! Staff is always mice and respectful

The cookies are unique, but lacked the flavor I anticipated. My daughters and I ordered 6 ( creme brulee, birthday cake, nutella, brownie stuffed chocolate chip, smores, and red velvet) and the cost was $20 bucks and change. I was really excited about the variety of cookies and the employee was so sweet and professional, but again, the cookies lacked the flavor that would allow one to differentiate the taste. It was like they all shared the same flavor but a different topping.

Every time I come here I always have great customer service! The employees do such a good job at explaining everything and have no problem giving quality customer care!! The owner happen to be there the day I went and was so nice and greeted my friends and I! He introduced me to the guava Marie Cookie which I’ve never had anywhere else! First time here, came in last night around 11:30. The girl was very nice and attentive, we got a box of 6 most popular cookies that we’re amazing! We suggest not getting them warm unless you are eating them right away as the staff member said the cookies do come when heating them up. Highly recommend!

Hate to leave a bad review but this place was a major disappointment. We bought three cookies- a Halloween cookies n cream “best seller”, tiramisu, and Strawberry Nutella. None of the flavors tasted right, they were hard, seemed old. Honestly it was surprising how bad they were. We had a bite of each and dumped them.Friendly staff however. They should go work at phenomenon or batch.

Been a customer for about 6 months now, I used to go to their Hollywood location all the time this is my first time here and the quality and service is 1 to 1.Cookies come out hot and I get a scoop of ice cream on top, they call it a la mode. I ordered the creme brulee cookie. This cookie taste so basic. The cookie did not taste fresh, was not moist at all and tasted as if they take the creme brulee custard and burn it on top of the cookie. A waste of $4.09 on one cookie

Cookies were hard and tasted like they were cooked in way too much butter. Did not live up to the instagram hype I hoped for. Even the location was unimpressive I understand that due to the pandemic times are tough but there was only 1 girl working there and doing everything by herself took about 20 minutes before she was actually able to help us. There were only a few flavors of ice cream and everything looked really generic, nothing special. I’ve honestly had cookies from Wendy’s that taste better than the overpriced $20 cookies that I received.

Today after lunch my family and I passed by this store and we loved it. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The cookies and shakes was very good. Excellent place.

I ordered my cookies and ice cream through postmates. The cake flavored ice cream was delicious it was very good. I gave 4 stars because the chocolate chip cookies both big and small ones from the sand which were very hard and they mixed up my order.

I’ve been to the Sheridan location over 5 times and loved it each time. Visited this location for the first time on Valentine’s Day. Place was empty and I got my cookies quicker than ever. The only issue was the quality of the cookies. The bottoms of the cookies were burned and hard. The brownie inside the brownie bomb was practically raw. I never had this issue with the Sheridan location, perhaps someone could take a look to see if they are following the same process. This new location is more convenient for me so I will give it another chance down the road.

My 1st Experience was at the Hollywood location, and It was okay, but i was not happy. The milkshake was not made like in the pictures. It was made and they threw a lid over it. But this DAVIE location, was on point. The young man made my C&C milkshake and it looked just like in the pictures!The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars, is at both locations i noticed the shakes are made in the back of the store. The shakes do look like a piece of art, therefore I truly believe that the consumers would really enjoy watching their work of art shakes being made right before their eyes. That is my opinion as a consumer. i notice that at other ice cream parlors, the ice cream is prepped in front of the customer.Other than that, this truly is a great place, and I am looking forward to taking my son tonight for his first Midnights C&C milkshake!

Very large cookies. They are better warm, but what cookie isnt? Even when cooled off or cold they are just as good. The cookies are very large so be ready to have an extra sweet tooth when purchasing.

The icecream is average. The cookies are good. Customer service is lacking, poor guy was by himself did not look very happy to have to tend to the back and front of the store. It took him about 20 minutes to complete our order cause he kept having to go to the back to check on the cookies.

Can’t believe this service. The employee dropped ice cream and spilled ice cream on my friend and didn’t say anything or help. The small ice cream is small and they barely filled up the cup. They seemed so disinterested in us.

Cookies were hard and and lacked that soft taste I was hoping for. And the ice cream wasn’t all that either, definitely a waste of $20. Next time I’ll take the drive to nightowl cookies in sweetwater, FL.

I got a cookies last night filled with Nutella and it was very hard didn’t realize the other flat cookies were soo soft. I tried my friend cookies and was surprised mine was so hard compared to hers, was very disappointed. But didn’t think anything of it. The next day in the morning kept going to the bathroom.
