Cool shop with fast customer service. They will service any bike. I had my new rear tire installed on 3/9/21. Dunlop GPR 300 Sportmax. Quick, professional, and very affordable service (30% cheaper than JM Honda). Highly recommend these guys!

Got a rear tire put on by Scott about a month ago. This guys got 40 years in the business and definitely knows his way around a bike. So many shops told me they couldnt work on my 1994 honda shadow but my man Scott handled her with ease and treated her as if she were his own. I was literally in and out in half an hour and they were able to answer all the questions I had and more. Highly reccomend stopping by here for your motorcycle needs, I know ill be back for any and everything I ever need!! Thanks again guys!!

I bought my first motorcycle here, a 2009 Honda Rebel, about a month ago and my experience has been great so far. I had a small issue a week after I purchased the motorcycle and they told me just to bring it in. I brought it in and they fixed the bike within 20 minutes. Im definitely going back for my second bike. I recommend checking them out if youre looking for a motorcycle.

I am a young woman, and have come to this store over the years with my dad. But the first time I came alone was for a specific part, a start solenoid, to repair my Triumph at home with the help of my dad and his friend (BOTH professional engineers).First the manager asked about my scooter. I corrected him saying it’s a motorcycle I am working on, learning maintenance as I do repairs myself. Distrusting my lack of experience/background, I had to explain why I needed the specific part.Twice + the manager insisted to know where I live, and when I asked both+ times why that was relevant he said he wanted to offer his services to do the work/repair.I reminded him I am learning myself, and when I told him I had help from professionals at home, he dismissed me from there store.I assumed there was a miscommunication, English was clearly not the mans native language. The third time I asked why he wouldn’t take my money and sell me the part I was asking for I realized it was because I was a woman and I refused him the job/opportunity of coming to my home. From that point I was ignored and I showed myself out.To say I was made uncomfortable and upset is an understatement.[edit *the owner. This visit was a couple of months ago]

Sold me a dead battery. When i took it back in, they didnt want to give me the one they had in stock because it $10.00 more...such horrible customer service. Told them to go ahead and order battery and i be back on sat. They said om, then on sat went there and sign posted that they were closed. Such horrible customer service!!

It’s pretty easy to spot when someone is just doing something to earn a paycheck or doing it because it is what they love to do, and this is what makes Motorcycle World one of the best bike shops in South Florida. They have a great selection of quality preowned bikes at reasonable prices, good customer service, knowledge sales and service people and offer a fast and cheap oil change. If they don’t have what you need they can order it. I highly recommend Motorcycle World!

Bunch of low life sold me a battery and never replaced it charge me to tow my bike then since they could not fix it wanted to charge more bad customer service never call to give an update hung up the phone when they could not answer questions broke a bunch of parts trying to fix my bike and never replace it overall a bad place to go. Dont worry I have such a vivid imagination that Im definitely taking this to the better business bureau.

Oh my God, what a ripoff joint. I took a trailer tire i bought brand new at Bass Pro for $48 and they charged me $45 to replace a valve. That means everything else is over priced. NEVER AGAIN. SCUM.

I found one of there bikes on cycle trader we went down from Orlando to see it in person everything was as Dory told me gave us an amazing deal on a fzr6 super honest guys! Ive been coming to this shop Both for almost 2 years now and wont be stopping anytime soon.My girlfriend and I have both bought motorcycles from Dori at Motorcycle World. Both the bikes were reasonably priced and very reliable cycles. Very low pressure sales environment with a range of cruisers, entry level sports bikes, sports tourers and accessories.Speedy well priced honest servicing with tire service.In my opinion this is the best motorcycle shop in the Lauderdale area.

I called to inquire about a motorcycle and if they can provide a history report the salesman on the phone states theres no such thing, it would only mention make and model I dont think he should be working at a place that sells vehicles...I did not say Carfax cant u see the review any vehicle with a vin number provides history you dont know what your talking about

Even though my sons motorcycle could not be fixed, they took the time to check it properly and Dori was honest enough to let us know that time and money would have to be put on it, something that we could not afford at this time. They are honest and if they cannot do it, theyll let you know.

I needed a tire installed on a 2008 Victory Vision. They had no problem saying we can do it bring it in. Less than an hour later I was in the road. Test ride confirmed a good installation.

Made an offer and only received a no thanks response- no counter or nothing. Seemed offended despite my offer being w/in 85% of asking price. If they expect ppl to just pay full list price - I think their expectations need adjusted. NOT the only game in town + most buyers have other choices. Typical sales person... passive-aggressive. Was my best friend until offer was made then seemed annoyed and became unresponsive. RESPONSE FROM POTENTIAL BUYER: That shouldve started the negotiation process. Shouldve looked at other reviews before even contacting. lesson learned.

Thank you so much to the owners in the shop.. they are very professional, polite and straight forward. They had everything I needed..(DIDN’T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE) && I’m Happy I didn’t have to! They are very honest with any questions you may have. Literally all bikes from classic to sports were reasonably price and look super fancy. Ride in style !!! You can tell when some one does this for the Money or when they have a burning passion for what they do.I 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone that interested in buying a cycle or just to check the shop out. Not familiar with my new scooter, but they are kind and informative.

Needed a set of tires for my YZF600R. I called asking about a set that would fit and they gave me a range of choices they had in stock. I dropped by later in the week near closing time and they swapped the tires out in 30 minutes or so.I was expecting to be told to come back the next day but instead was told to not to worry about showing up late in the day. Service was quick, and the guys working there were friendly and professional.I would absolutely recommend coming here if you are tired of being swept aside at a bigger dealership that doesnt particularly care about your business. Definitely will be coming back if I need anything else!

When my husband had his tires installed they informed him that his rim lock would not work with heavy duty tubes, after talking to the manufacture and further research Rim Locks will work with heavy duty tubes. Now he will have to go some where else and pay to have them reinstalled.

I have dealt with many motorcycle shops in the past, such as dealerships and local shops; this place is above the cut in terms of service and overall experience. The prices are the better than any other businesses around town, trust me.The time that they effectively work same day on my/your bike is more than I/we can ask for compared to other businesses that Ive experienced which take longer than 2 weeks to fix an issue a multiple experience unfortunately. This business is true to the standards that they give to their customers/clients. I will definitely come back for future repairs and advice for maintenance!They are good at what they do, and this is a testimony. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! Great atmosphere they are very welcoming and helpful! I brought in my 98 Cbr for some electrical work and a few other minor things. Typically Ive found most places take at least 3 days to a week to get back to me. I received a call the very next day with everything completed. I will definitely be back with anything bike related and recommend everyone to do the same! Ask for Elan!

Not real happy with the lack of attention to the 2014 Suzuki I purchased two weeks ago. Dead Battery, 3 turn signals not working, air in the rear brake line. Disappointed with their service dept. All routine maintenance, quite a let down. Had to charge the battery for 3 hours before I could even ride it! Make sure you do your own inspection on your purchase. They apparently dont!

Salesperson was helpful and picked out a few options for me. New to riding so I was a little careful not to get to crazy. Selection in the store was overall pretty good prices were decent

Prices are good and service is excellent. Cliched, yes, but I have had a rear and front tire replaced and both times service was quick.

Incredibly impolite gentleman behind the counter. Ive been to dozens of motorcycles shops in my life. The culture usually carries into shops. Im very surprised and will not recommend this store amongst my circle of riders in South Florida. As a business owner for over 20 years down here it doesnt take much to be polite and kind.

I had a problem with my scooter I did not know where else to go thank God I found their place not only did they help me get my only ride back on the road it was a lot less than I was anticipating huge saving I will never go anywhere else! And if you do you have paid too much

Didnt have a good experience here just bad service I came in to install rims and tires with new rotors and pads (I had all the parts ) guy over the phone told me 120 just for the tires my bill went to 480 he sold me a chain I didnt need I was charged 100 for a 30 dallor chain plus labor I was told told my old chain was short ! Ok !!! I picked up the old chain it was new RK chain maybe 6 months old I check it and didnt need a chain both are length my bike now shanks very much as Im braking as soon as I got on 595 omg it was crazy if the tech tested the bike after he should have told me he didnt I will never go back I know it my parts and there is no warranty but still he should have told meUp dateYou had my bike Im at work I just wanted my bike back and you dont say anything about the chain you ripped me off my chain would have worked just fine

This is a great shop, excellent! I own a gsxr750 and always get my parts here. Anytime i need parts or gear i go see Dori and Elan. Great people and great customer service! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

They sell bikes that have broken odometers and tell you it has 20k miles when it actually has 74k miles . They cant fix it but somehow my motorcycle mechanic was able to fix that issue real quick . They dont want to fix it is what it is . And on top of that they are bashing me because I put a review on Facebook instead of pardoning themselves. Beware of there bikes if you dont see mileage STAY AWAY or bring in your mechanic!!!!!!!

Off the charts service. Bought myself a Suzuki Bandit. They helped me coordinate the shipment. Had to make some calls to my bank, didnt think twice to help me with that too cause had no signal. They actually waited for me after hours so I could pick up the motorcycle.Good people, upfront and honest. Beautiful machines. Will go there for my 2nd ride.
