Spent my savings on my Dream Bike, at the moment of purchase everything was smooth, transaction perfect. Numbers guy was rushed but it went great. Finally after purchasing they take my new CRF450 to the back to load the bike for delivery and I ask to start it to hear it for the first time. Maintenance tech tries to start it and nothing, he checks everything and nothing. He calls the salesperson over and he cant start it either. At this point the joy and excitement of my new purchase is gone as they start to dissemble the bike in front of me to diagnose it. They call another 2 techs and there solution is to jump the battery on a brand new bike. The last thing you want to see as soon as you just made a big purchase. They try to jump it and nothing. I then have to find the manager who comes reluctantly and is hesitant to give me a new battery, he insists that the battery is good that they just need to leave it charging over the weekend and theyll deliver it to me in 3 days. Absolutely not I ask for a new battery and left the bike with them. I wish no one to have this happen when they are spending their money on something new that should exciting not concerning and disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I went to test drive a Honda Ruckus. I was kept waiting not one employee acknowledge me, finally a sales person attempted to assist me. I explained to him that I was interested in purchasing a new 2020 Ruckus but I wanted to test drive . The sales person was more interested in having me test drive the girly scooter. I explained to him that the $250.00 price difference wasn’t an issue and I really wanted to test drive the ruckus. He asked for my drivers license & insurance information and left me waiting in the show room. The sales person was making comments about how I look without a face mask from my drivers license . The whole experience was uncomfortable. I left after he kept me waiting then returned for the photo copy of my personal information. When I reentered the showroom again, I asked what happened to the man that was supposed to be helping me. The manger said he’s over there to the right . I didn’t see him as he was sitting behind his desk. The manager responded his sitting to your other right. Terrible customer service it was misogynistic & uncomfortable. I contacted via email the manager two weeks ago. Inquiring about availability. I have had my vehicle serviced at Rick Case & was looking at a new lease but after this experience I will not .

Did a trade in with them recently and experience was by far the worst. First sales person told me one price for my bike only so I can find out that they put something else on a paper (lower value ofc.) and tried to convince me that thats what he said at first. After that since I used my own financing they sent Buyers agreement with a different price (higher ofc.) to my credit union. After they fixed the issue i thought I’m finally done with them, went home with a new bike.3 weeks later I got charged another payment for my old motorcycle that I traded in, they didn’t pay it off but they did rushed to put it on website for sale without even having a title for it. Called dealership to ask for an explanation and ofc sales person had no idea and also He pretended that he doesn’t know who am I even tho he sold me a bike 3 weeks ago (such a professional) so I requested a manager, he told me he will have him call me. Next day same sales person TEXTED me “check for the pay off is on the way, don’t worry about the money”No dignity to call me and explain me what is going on. That explains how important customer service is over there!My recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!

Really bad experience!!! I went to do 8K maintenance for 2018 goldwing and they told me to change back tire and I could hold for 1k miles but I did earlier by recondition however I asked for wash my bike and they didnt. Unbelievable I guess this people really dont care about the customer they just wanna push you to sale.if they say I ll get my bike back dirt I ll change my tires and wash with another dealer.

Ordered a small part for my 6500 generator. parts counter man says it will be here next wednesday. show up as scheduled but no one in parts department. after knocking on doors looking for help, a manager looking guy tells me everyone in parts is out sick with the virus. says when they find my part hell call me. no calls for another week so I return. no one in parts again and no part. got a refund and ordered it cheaper & faster from Amazon.A forward thinking manager for a highly successful company like Rick Case should understand cross-utilization and have trained staff to back up the different departments. Its too easy to order parts online, track them yourself and not deal with that aggravation.

I called into parts asking for help for a 1993 Honda Nighthawk. They told me the part is discontinued and they probably cant get it. I said I would be more than happy to purchase from them if they can, but they could not, I asked if he can please give me the part number so I can try and find it online since I really dont want this motorcycle to go to waste, when it could be repaired. He told me their policy is that they cannot give out part numbers. I get it, but I cant even buy it from you, why not help me out, if they would of helped me I would of been so stoked on them, and probably would of bought more things from them in the future or sent clients their way. I called another dealer and they helped me figure it out no problem

If I could give them a 0 I would. Insurance sent us there for my sons accident repair...front bumper and side quarter panel. They tried to say it wasnt salvageable, although he had been driving it. After 2+ weeks returned it with damage fuel tank lid. He drove it and the motor blew up as it had no oil. Called them several times and refused to acknowledge their culpability. Never use them

Walked in interested in purchasing a Pioneer. First it took me 5 mins to find someone and when I did things got worse. Told him I was interested in a 500 or 700 Pioneer. Sarcastically he said whats wrong with the 1000?. Id take it like a joke but the way he said it bothered me. The same reason I have a Mustang and not a Corvette thats why. But anyways I then asked if he had any 500 or 700s I could see. He then again replied sarcastically with a comment about the mask I was wearing and the factory workers not being able to build them. I brushed it off and then he got a little better after that but at this point I had a bad taste. I wont be coming back.

(Late review) Stopped by in February because my side mirror needed a quick fix. Carlos came out to my bike with a couple wrenches and fixed it on the spot for me. Went in to buy chain degreaser and lube. Associate was helpful. Paid for my things with the cashier who was also a friendly young lady. It was a bit slow during the time I came in and I remember she smiled and made me feel welcome. I was really happy with the kindness and courtesy of the staff. Thank you!!

I had a decent experience buying my first motorcycle here. My salesperson, Gypsy, went above and beyond to make sure I bought exactly what i wanted. When I was debating between 2 bikes, she even called a customer that recently purchased one of them so I can get an unbiased opinion. Shes even checked up on me several times since delivery to make sure i was content and now we text on a regular basis :)I wasnt happy however with Brandon, the sales manager. I didnt appreciate his tactics of bringing me the original sales invoice of the motorcycle and claiming there was really no room to negotiate more. The only additional negotiation would be in my salespersons commission. He also didnt confirm with me exactly what I wanted before running my credit and was annoyed when he had to rerun my credit and rerun my numbers after understanding what I wanted. I was also never told that the loan would come in the form of a credit card. It does make a difference.I am very pleased with Carlos in service. He was by far the most professional person I worked with at Rick Case. He was amazing and communication was incredible.

I went to the dealership to buy the motorcycle I saw inline. I spend inside the dealership 15 minutes before anyone approached me. Finally, after a long wait, someone came while eating a sandwich and spoke to me with a mouth full of food, promising someone will be right with me. After an additional 5 minutes, I left. The dealership was empty, by the way. Im going where my business will be appreciated.

Misled and misguide on Credit Finance.I was miss guided and lied to, once at the the rick case Honda powerhouse y was offered a credit card to finance a generator @ 0% interest for 1 year, and promised that if the balance was not paid in 1 year the interest would be 5 % after and for the remainder of the balance. I told the store manager Brandon, that i did not want to use a credit card, but was interested in Honda finance at a fixed rate. he insisted i used the credit card due to a much lower rate. My application was submitted and credit approved. we the paperwork was given to me it showed a 30% interest rate if not paid in 12 months. Brandon is lying to customers and misguiding them.I did not pay with that credit card, refused and used another card, but my credit was compromised for no reason. I think this gentlemen is abusing his knowledge to fast talk customers into a bad deal, and lying to get customers approved.UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I RECEIVED A CALL FROM BRANDON THREATENING ME TO TAKE HIS NAME OUT OF THIS REVIEW. Last Saturday I received terrible service from this location.While looking for a new car a few months back at Rick Case Honda Automotive I had great experiences- the customer service is beyond great. Very respectful and professional sales people.On the Honda Powerhouse side of things the customer service is non-existent and downright hostile. I complained to to the Service Department Director about the condition of my generator after taking it in for a recall for a fuel switch. They denied causing the damages and became indignant, argumentative and aggressive. I showed them the photographs of my generator that I took prior to bringing it there in the event I had to leave it there. Despite photographs, they still denied causing the damages. I was surrounded by their employees and each of them added their two cents.Ultimately they cleaned the oil gas, debris and attempted to polish out the scratches from the plastic and decals of my brand new generator (all of which they caused).If you don’t want your new $1000.00 generator rolled across a rusty workbench and then get into an extended argument with their staff after complaining about it, I highly recommend you avoid this Honda Powerhouse dealership. I suggest using another Honda location for purchases and service.

Rick Case Powerhouses service quality goes way beyond anything Ive experienced and Ive been riding motorcycles for nearly 50 years. I felt compelled to re-post this as I posted this earlier but didnt see it on line.My sons bike had just been repaired by Rick Case for an electrical fault and I decided to gas it up, put air in the tires and take a ride. As I attempted to leave the service station, the bike failed to start and seemed to exhibit the same exact failure that had originally caused us to bring it in for service.Stranded, I called Rick Case at the very end of their business day and was extremely vociferous in making my complaint. I asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership and demanded that someone come to my location, get the bike started or otherwise transport it back to them.Incredibly, the General Manager, himself, came out to my location, loaded and trailered the bike back to the dealership.Ultimately, it was proven that there was an additional defect that subsequently trashed the battery and that this defect was not due to anything Rick Case had caused or failed to preventThe General Manager then proceeded to fix the bike in less than 40 min, while I waited. He also included a significant upgrade, and (valuable) VIP tickets for the Toys in the Sun motorcycle taking place the following day. ...at no charge!Ive rarely if ever been treated better particularly given how aggressive Id been when I first called. Just an amazing example of outstanding service quality. I highly recommend Rick Case Honda Powerhouse

A bit sad but Im going to change my original review. I dont know what is the reason but it looks like staff doesnt care about customers. Except cashier, it looks like she was the only person in show room working.First I made three calls to different departments at 4pm (operator, sales, parts) without anyone answering.Second, I decided to ride to the store, and it wasnt a big surprise when I saw 8 staff members in the same area chilling. They were busy enough that it took few moments and me to ask question to get their attention.Third, Im not a fan of sale person who making circles around you in a show room, but it is unusual to see deserted showroom, without anyone asking if I have any questions...Fourth, since I was in the parts section I decided to check if there is in stock aftermarket part for my motorcycle. After politely waiting when representative will finish his phone conversation I was surprised that without checking or asking any questions he answered:no we dont have this part. Either hes the best mind-reader with computer like knowledge of all parts in warehouse or hes full of it. Im considering second version.Bad service, but Honda making great generators and motorcycles.

I normally only buy used bikes but my dad talked me into a new one because my boyfriend crashed my other one. So I bought a new Honda rebel 300, three months later I’m having major issues where the bike won’t turn on, i called the guy and he told me it’s because I don’t ride enough ( I put over 2,000 miles in three months)how are you going to say I don’t drive it enough this is my main transportation to and from work and I work a good 30mils away. I bring it in and they take a week to fix; I take it home and the very next day it won’t start again I take it back and they said they had to change the starter relay( which took two weeks ) brought the bike home and again two days later wouldn’t start I bring it back and it’s now going on three weeks and they still haven’t even worked on my bike apparently their waiting for a fuel pump to come in!! And every time I call they don’t answer or when they do they put me on hold and I get transferred somewhere and that person will tell me let me take a message. I just want my bike back and I want it to actually run longer the a day and a half.

When you going to buy you get excellent atención but when you need parts o service is very poor, in parts they order the wrong parts for me and they don’t even call you to let you know the correct parts arrived ( this happened to me like a year ago ) now I need to schedule my service and the phone rings n rings n nobody pick up n when they do they take your info n tell you someone will call you back. Yeah right !!! Sit down cuz is not happening!!! Very poor customer service.

Ridiculous install prices... friendly staff though! I wanted to get TheRuckShops performance upgrade kit (stage 1 only) installed onto my stock Ruckus. Got a quote for one hour of work, also got a 600-mile service job done. Fine right? Later on, they changed their quota to $490!!! Their justification for this jump in price was a claim that these simple parts would take 4.5 HOURS. Skeptical about their honesty, I asked for an estimate from the kit makers themselves, and they said it would definitely not take more than an hour, at worst two hours if they were inexperienced mechanics. I will never understand why this was so ridiculous. Got my bike back after the service job was done, no way am I paying that much.

I have been coming to this location for years.When I needed service for my CBR600f4i and for my recent purchase of a ST-1300a.Everyone I have dealt with in service sales parts etc. were always professional.Brandon and Justin took great care of me and got me a fantastic deal on my new bike.When I noticed the windshield had a minor scratch, without hesitation Brandon immediately told the parts dept to order me a new one. They installed it and all was well.Scott from part sales has always been super helpful in helping me find the right parts for bike, and Matt and Carlos in service always provided great service when needed. From standard services like Oil changes to a warranty repair.These guys are top notch, and I highly recommend them and would never EVER go anywhere else.

This morning I went to the Honda Power House in Weston because a friend told me that they had the Scala Rider G9 communication sets on sale. I entered the showroom and was positively surprised how they had organized the motorcycle exhibition, well aligned and with more space to see and access the bikes. Not so good was the impression left by the store team. One of the salesman was sitting in the customer waiting area and greeted me from there without even standing up. Then the parts clerk behind the counter had no problem in selling me the comm set with a missing charger. Even though I insisted (I was prepared because the same happened to my friend) he made no effort in finding out if the box was complete. I opened another box and showed him that the set came with two chargers. He was numb, nor excuse nor affirmation! I did not get any advice about how to use the product and was send to the cashier with the box. The personnel at this store did not provide any added value in the purchase process. No wonder that retail is dying and Amazon is able to purchase Wholefoods!

Service and attention to detail is non existent. I brought my generator in to have it checked out. I was having issues with it starting and it previously was blowing black smoke. They called me back and said the engine had low compression and the engine is no good ($109-assessment fee). As many of you know, these Honda generators are not cheap and a decent investment. After deliberation, I made the decision to come pick it up and forego their team ripping it apart and rebuilding the engine, which was explained to me could potential be in $1000+ range. Fast forward a few days later, I took it to another local repair shop. They had it running in 20 minutes. Im a little concerned that an organization like Honda is creating a perception of fear like this, essentially pushing their customers to buy new product. (After speaking with others in my area, Im not the only one) Im sure Rick & Rita Case would be disappointed with any leg of their company running with this lack of integrity.

Very mean people. Every time I ask them a question personally or by phone they answer in a very rude mode. I am sick and tired going to the store of motorcycles in Rick Case in Weston. Every time I take my motorcycle for maintenance or repair I get very disappointed . I really dont know the reason they keep this persons in the store. If they dont like the job there are many places where they can apply where very seldom see a person with language accent. I am talking for my uncle but even me they treat me like my money has no value. I hope you correct this situation that hasbeen for years

Originally came here looking to get a key made for my motorcycle gas cap since I ended up having to buy a new ignition so I brought the old ignition in so they could get the code and the gas cap so they could test the key. Guy took the cap and said the key he made worked. Well come to find out when I got home to install it that it didn’t work. Next day went back and he had no answered as to why it didn’t work. Gave me a blank key and told me to call a locksmith to get him to make me a new key and yet I’m not gunna get my money back, still didn’t get assistance, and I now will have to pay a locksmith to get me into my bike. How do you justify that? Also the prices are ridiculous here. I look forward to getting my ignition and never returning

Bought a brand new Honda scooter pcx 150cc, decided to go to a established business to avoid scams on Craigslist.Their customer service is amazing. Ignacio, Chris and Brandon helped me even after the purchase. I needed someone to fix the level of the seat (too low for me) and they recommended me a great one. Just had my seat fixed a few hours ago and now the Honda feels great! Runs smoothly as well.Will be coming back to get a car in a couple months or so.Thanks guys!

One year ago I bought a 1000rr 2014 Honda SP. I wasnt happy with the customer service at that time but well, I let it pass. I was OCONUS in the Army for almost a year, my motorcycle was in a garage, when I get here after rode the motorcycle for a few days.. the bike started to have problems, so I went to see a mechanic, for my surprise the motorcycle didnt have air filter, imagine the dirt and sand inside.. nothing was checked bolts and nuts falling... Went to go purchase a motorcycle form there and there quick to take your money and rip you off. As for the customer service, The girls who answer the phone directly hang up on you and than when calling back it will ring and ring and ring. I have called there for 45min straight and no one answers. When trying to work a deal with the sales guy /manager there charging you 25 % more than other stores. Please do your research before purchasing. Customer Service = 0 Pricing = 0 DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM = 100

This guys didnt move a finger when I called about my GAP service... that money was stolen, I do not recommend to do business with them. Also, if you are planing get LoJack or any other monitoring system for your bike, do not waste your money, it doesnt work and if you call to complain they just give your money back... -_- they do not back up what they offer, it is not about the money you :invest on keeping something protected Its all about the final use that it has. Ill never do business again with this guys. Also, you didnt listen when I needed please do not reply with contact information that at this time is obsolete.

Have TJ work on your bike! He gave me my bike back running better than ever. Brandon hooked it up also, got some YETI cups for the low. These guys know how to turn wrenches, and put in work! TJ even cleaned it up a little, I was surprised by the way they treated me. Definitely going back!

Absolutely do not trust these people. I have had many bad experiences with the service department and after bringing in my car 7 times, the axle still rattles when going over bumps. Now it isnt under warranty and I am out of luck. Even after that, I brought my car in to get the window motor replaced, they charged 2x the price of any other mechanic, and when I picked up my car... THE ENGINE DIDNT START! What were they doing in the engine?! and to make things worse, the window motor they put it was broken and I had to bring it back again since I presume they put in a used one.

My girlfriend bought a bike a few months ago, used with less than 3000 miles on it, about 1500 miles later we were going to go for a ride when I checked her tires,they were down the the steel bands. I called rick case service dept and told the guy i bought it a few months ago and have less then 5000 miles on it (OEM states 10k mile life for the tires, people changing regularly online around 8 just to be safe.) and without asking about the bike at all, just says Thats about the life on them. 5000,5500 miles. I asked oh really? He confirmed without hesitation. Im definitely not going out of my way to get serviced at a place that doesnt seem to care enough to probe for probable failure and simply pawn an excuse as dumb as tires only lasting 5000miles. Now the service manager (at the time my girlfriend purchased it) was a great guy, you could tell he knows his stuff and loves his job. Since i know he cant work on everyones bike that rolls in, Id advise looking for repairs elsewhere.

Horrible, just horrible!! My previous lease was under my friends name but I was the one making payments and Im the one who turned it in and signed for it. I called ahead of time before turning it in to make sure Id be able to have the $350 lease fee waived if I was going to lease a new car under my name and the guy reassured me that of course we will, we want your business and the fee will be waived. I called again to make sure and this time the woman on the phone told me the same thing. Long story short, Honda Finance sends us the letter to pay the $350 and when I called theyre like we dont waive the fee if the new car is under your name, I dont know why the dealership would tell you that. Call them to have them waive it.After speaking to the sales rep at Rick Case, they cant do anything. Im beyond upset and of course Rick Case just lost a repeat customer. My mom was getting ready to lease a new car from them too. Dont waste your time, go to a different dealership because obviously loyalty doesnt matter here....
