A1 and Cameron were great. The estimate for damage repair was very close to the final. They worked closely with our insurance company and the work was performed right in schedule. We are very pleased with A1 and recommend them highly.

I was told today that Geico doesnt pay them enough so I was turned away for service. While the front desk woman was very pleasant, the white male mechanic standing behind her contradicting everything she said didnt sit well with me.EDIT: I did not ask for a single thing for free, I asked if there was a labor cost savings if I got multiple jobs done at once, the owner said no so I asked for a quote at full price and was turned away. Then the owner told me to go somewhere they replace stolen parts, when there was NOTHING STOLEN. So not only will he talk over you he will not even listen. Caliber Collison was super friendly and wasnt booked out for a month.

My car was involved in an accident and sustained major damage. A-1 body shop made it look brand new again. I couldnt tell where the damage had been. They dealt with my insurance and handled all the repairs promptly. I highly recommend and trust them.

I have used A-1 twice in the last few years for body damage to my 2018 Toyota Tundra, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the best around, as all the reviews say. A-1 will truly make your damaged vehicle like new again. And customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Cameron and Sarah were great, every step of the way. I have nothing but great things to say about this shop! After someone side swiped me and left a dent along with some paint marks, I did some shopping around and A-1 was by far the best I found. Right from the start, they were friendly and helpful, providing me with a quick and detailed quote. Cameron even took the time to go over it in-depth with me and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. He even adjusted the quote to fall within my price range, and helped me with comparing similar quotes from other shops.Very polite and professional the whole way through, made me feel very comfortable leaving my Audi with them. At first I had some concerns regarding my special paint I have on my car, but I was assured that the team was experienced and could handle it. I got my car back today right on schedule, and I am more than pleased with the great job they did!I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a repair, big or small, to stop in and talk with them. Im glad I did!

A1 always does great work. I have tried other places in the area for body work. A1 is always cheaper and the work is always perfect. But most importantly they are really honest and friendly people.

Honestly, if i could give them more than 5 stars i would! they really go above and beyond in terms of customer service! i visited them once before now for a similar problem and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes and didn’t charge me, now i’m back n they’ve been amazing. 12/10

Took my car for a free estimate for some clear coat chipping. I knew going in that it was going to be pricey, but wanted to know for sure. The person confirmed that it wouldnt be worthwhile, but still offered some advice on other places to get an estimate. Very professional.

Cameron and the A-1 team were thorough in diagnosing and solving a tempermental trunk latch problem I had with my Camry. Once the elusive problem was identified they completed the needed replacement in a timely and high quality fashion ... and gave me a call to be sure I knew my car was ready.

Love this place! Have come here a few times over the past few years and Always had a wonderful experience. They’ve fix both my bumpers, my taillight, and Both front fender liners, and did a great job every time. Cameron and Brian really took the time to answer all my questions and explain all my different options to me, and let me know which repairs were higher priorities given that I had financial constraints. They squeezed me in and repaired my taillight when I had a busy schedule, and didn’t even charge me for some of the quicker fixes on my car. Excellent customer service, very patient people, and most importantly good work. My car doesn’t look like a wreck anymore :) wonderful people and service, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service! Admittedly, the job I needed done was purely cosmetic; assessment and installation was done on the spot and free of charge. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Definitely coming back if I need any other body work.

After inquiring with perhaps five other auto body shops about replacing three damaged doors on my Volvo S-80, A-1 came through with a perfectly reasonable estimate and completed the job with great efficiency and quality. Straight-up service Id happily recommend to others.

I was T-boned and had the majority of my damnage localized to my driver side door. I at first brought it to Cooks Collisions, who, along with Nationwide insurance, insisted I authorize a tear down of my vehicle it investigate “internal damnage.” However, the teardown would do more damnage to the car then there already was, and no body shop would touch my car afterward.I took it over to A-1 body for a second opinion. Brian and Cameron took a look at the car and told med they could fix what was necessary to fix, and worked with AAA insurance so that they could work out a partial repair of the vehicle. Cameron and the shop made several calls on my behalf just to make sure the start would align and I could be compensated appropriately while also retaining the total value on my car.Not only were they able to find a door of the same color and fix all the dents, but they cleaned the car inside and out. AND it was easier for them than expected, which dropped the price of the repair about 400 dollars. They could have easily stuck with the original total without saying anything and I would have not noticed a differece.Brian, Cameron, and the staff of at A-1 body advocated for my benefit, and went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. This is the most honest shop out there. You will not find better service anywhere else.Thank you for helping me every step of the way!!
