Somebody in my neighborhood damaged my brand new challenger by burning my quarter panel with open flame. My insurance company took me to this Caliber Collision shop. They did amazing work fixing it. It took them four days in total to have everything done and the manager always kept me posted during the repair. The result was just perfect. There was no way you could tell which part is repainted and the paint was just pefectly matching the original. The even ask me to come back after a month and get the panel polished again for free. Highly recommended!

Excellent body repair, finished a day early. Vehicle was spotless inside & out, and they even fixed a dashboard warning light that was malfunctioning - not part of the job at all!

The fender repair work was very good. I cannot see where the damage was. Car looks like new and the shop cleaned it all up, inside and out.

After my car accident I expected the process of getting it repaired to be a slow and painful, but everyone at this location went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. The personable customer service was outstanding! They arranged for my car to be dropped off, and transportation for me to get rental car effortlessly. Anytime I wanted updates on the progress of the repairs, they were happy to answer all my questions. The car was ready before the estimated completion date, and the quality of work was excellent. My daughter was rear ended causing her to hit the car in front of her. This shop fixed front and rear damage and painted the car. Looks new, and on the date promised.

The staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Answered any and all my questions regarding my repairs in a patient manner. The aftermath of an accident can be hectic, however the staff was wonderful- making it less hectic. Car was turned over returned in timely manner, and looks great!

I had some scratches on my car and stopped by for an estimate. Although I didn’t have an appointment the staff was able to get me seen right away. The ladies in the office were very friendly and thoroughly explained what repairs would be needed on my car. I was pretty stressed about how to get my car fixed but they made the process so easy.

I needed help getting my license out of the driver door, and they kindly removed it as a courtesy, awesome service, super nice people!! I highly recommend coming to get any work you need to get done on your car here!

Came here through my insurance. These guys are great they went above and beyond with communicating with my agent and car rental company. Took a little while to get it out but in the end it was worth it they took such good care of my car.

The people who work there are kind and nice, but they are just too slow. A new door and a new mirror took almost 3 weeks to get fixed. And they cannot give me a estimated time. Very disappointed...

Our car needed repair because of a minor collision. Very friendly receptionist, and the estimator is quite knowledgable and easy to work with. They constantly sent updates during the repair process. The vehicle is finished ahead of the scheduled date. We are quite happy with the results. Will recommend this bodyshop without hesitation.

I had to get some body repair done on my Honda after getting rear-ended this summer. Cooks was my insurance carriers shop of choice. Everyone I dealt with at Cooks was very personable and professional and they made the entire process painless. All the communication with my insurance company was done electronically which sped up the process. If you need a rental car they will make the reservation for you and if needed they will give you a ride to home, work or the rental location after you drop your vehicle off for the work to be performed. (Enterprise is right next door.) After I dropped my car off I got a call the next morning letting me know that they had a lot of cars needing work at the Chiles Road shop and giving me the option of having them drive my car to their Fairfield shop where they were less busy and would get the work on my vehicle done sooner. I really appreciated the offer and had them take my Pilot to Fairfield, and the work was completed in a few days. I was 100% satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service.

Garbage. Everyone only works there for a paycheck. no one actually cares about your car. Tail lights still out from accident, damaged spoiler and side skirts, crooked emblem, and overcharged!
