This pharmacy has never once had my prescriptions available by the advertised pick up time. In fact, I now make it a point to go at least five hours later, and guess what, it’s still never ready. Then they tell me I can wait an hour, instead of talking 5 minutes to put 30 pills in a bottle. I might be more patient if they were apologetic, but no customer service either. I can’t wait to switch pharmacies.

I just discovered this pharmacy was overcharging me on a copay for my medication. Very high! There were times I didnt refill it because I could not afford the copay. Now at a different pharmacy I am only paying $5.50 for this same medication. You people are cons and greedy.

They require appointments for vaccination. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment and I was told I have to wait over half an hour because the pharmacist left to have lunch...

If you love being noticeably followed and talked to rudely constantly, than this place is for you. However, I don’t know what more to expect . Two stars because pharmacy is sweet and friendly

Expert head pharmacist leads a sharp, friendly and knowledgeable team. They are long standing, committed community people who manage the crazed Pharma world of their clients with focus and calm. After 20 yrs of living in Davis I trust them and wouldn’t risk going elsewhere.

Normally go here just for the Pharmacy and for the Thrifty Ice Cream. Pharmacy staff are always very professional and hard working. The Ice Cream is a great deal. The layout of the store is okay. Some good deals. Sometimes the front clerks can be a little understaffed. Parking is decent. Ive never used their drive-thru pharmacy, but it is nice to have the option.

The staff here are super nice and everyone should be nice to them!

In & Out, easy pharmacy visit

Sometimes quick and easy, other times it takes 10-15 minutes for them to get you your (already ready) prescription. Drive-thru pickup is convenient, but again if you see multiple vehicles in front of you, it could take a while.

This review is for the pharmacy.They dont have a clue about insurance. Each and every time I have to go through the entire process to prove my meds are covered. Its crazy in here. Sadly, its the only place where all UC Davis students have to use because its close to campus. No one in the pharmacy tries solving problems, they dont distribute your meds, and give fake answers, and there always has to be some reason. They make it complicated for all the students, treat them like they arent adults, when they are.
