My appointment was with Dr. Chang. The staff was phenomenally accommodating and professional when preforming the various examinations before seeing Dr. Chang. He was very attentive, explained the results of the examinations, and the recommended prescription for my new eyeglasses. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I went to Dennis OD because I cannot find a good pair of frame that suits my face in another optometry in Davis. I tried everything there using two hours and the service was also nice there but I cannot find any comfortable and suitable frame for my round face. Also the description I got there is also not very accurate for my eyes. After I got my first eyeglasses based on the first optometrists description, which is 675 degree for right eye with a 5 quarter astigmatism and 575 degree for the left, I felt dizzy and that is definitely too strong for me. I used to wear 575 for both eyes without astigmatism. So I went to Dennis OD, in the beginning wanted to find if there are any frame that could possibly fit my face. I found one or two that fit me. So, I later had a recheck in eyes description and found out that actually my best vision would be achieved at 675 right with a quarter astigmatism and 650 left. Thus, I would recommend Dennis OD based on my own experiences. But I am sure depending on different peoples different requirements, the feeling could vary. Since there are so many optometries in Davis and Sac, surely everyone can find their cup of tea.

I have known Dr. Guerrieri for a little more than 4 years now and I can certainly say that he’s the best Optometrist I could’ve ever wished for!! His love and passion for his career is reflected in the quality of his service. I can be confident that any recommendations that Dr. Guerrieri gives me in regards my eyes’ health, is truly geared toward my individual needs. At Dr.Guerrieri’s office I feel like at home thanks to the amazing team work between the staff and the doctor.BTW I constantly get asked where to get blueTech lenses, and this is where I got my first ones! Being a computer science major, my eyesight is very important to me. Dr. Guerrieri was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and was very thorough. I went through a series of photos and measurements with the scribe before seeing the doctor, which made me feel like this office really values quality patient care! The opticians helped me find the best lens and frame for my lifestyle, especially since I spend most of my day staring at a computer screen. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and thorough service.

His staff takes pride in customer service and it shows from the moment you call to schedule an appointment to picking up your glasses. After years of visiting Dr. Guerrieris office, five of six family members are no longer customers there. One, a glasses-dependent member, cited a prescription issues that was not attended well by the staff or Dr. Guerrieri-- the results: he continues to own a pair of unbearable glasses. Three of us left due to individual experiences with the staff and customer care with no complaints against Dr. Guerrieri. As another reviewer wrote, the staff is not customer-centered. To two of us, switching the lenses in expensive frames resulted in broken glasses and no solution, leaving one member to switch to Helmus, where the problem was swiftly resolved. I decided to stay and part ways with the frames, but the negative experiences piled up: wrong frames being ordered, multiple bad contact lenses experiences, headache complaints belittled and strange steep bills. Some are normal issues that will always arise, but it is how the staff responds to them that drives this review. The household conclusion: the staff is generally unhelpful and not understanding... perhaps outwardly nice and happy but overwhelmingly rude and cold. So, if you are deciding where to go for your next eye exam, I suggest checking out other options in Davis.

I feel I should first mention that I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk. After I had given my glasses over to be fixed, I find out that their prices are actually very competitive. I ended up paying only a fraction of what I had thought myself to be paying originally. 5/5 for great customer service and a stellar job fixing my glasses!!

I was looking for something stylish and I had such a hard time deciding cause there were so many choices! The staff was great, and really helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend anybody to come here! :)

Used to be good but has turned into a insurance scam . Charging not just your vision insurance but your medical insurance. Eight months waiting for glasses and out of pocket expenses with several visits and several retried glasses that should have been right the first time. Still have no glasses but a pile of paid Bills to them way over paid to have nothing that I can see out of

I have to say, I’ve had the best experience with Dr. Guerrieri and his office in comparison to other doctors I’ve been to. Dr. Guerrieri really takes the time to listen to what I’m experiencing. I really appreciate not being rushed for time and him patiently answering all my questions.Also all his staff are respectful, kind, and communicate with you step by step through the entire appointment. Wonderful experience. He does eye exams on our foster boys and does an excellent job with them. He explains what hes doing every step of the way and makes them feel safe and comfortable.
