Best card shop not only in Davis, but probably in all of Sacramento. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have an excellent selection of products. They put on a ton of events.Ive sold pokemon cards here and they are very fair with their pricing.Best thing is, they dont price gouge pokemon cards and sell them at market rate, aka the rate scalpers sell at online. I just bought three packs of the newest pokemon release for 4 bucks each.I can not recommend this place enough. When people say support your local game shop this is a shop I am proud to support.

Went in here today and I really liked it! Well organized and well lit, so it was easy to move around. Only thing I will say is that this place is a little more expensive for some items than the other card shop in town, at least for deck sleeves. DC&G has more warhammer/DnD minis tho and its all new.TLDR: New stuff, better shopping experience than competitors, but more expensive

Our favorite place to browse games. Once pandemic is over, they have an incredible game library, so you can try before you buy almost every game they sell. Also host tournaments and regular sessions for a number of games. If you think plain Monopoly is the best game, youd do better at Target. But, if you are an actual gamer, this is a great spot. Also carry dice, books, accessories for D&D. Paints & minis for Warhammer.

Just learned the shop will be moving to a location on 8th St. in a few months. It will double their square footage, so this is an exciting prospect for gamers in Davis.

Went by because I had hoped they might have some different stock then where I usually go. I had previously been here for a card tournament and it seemed nice enough. Person there made me feel dumb for asking for help when I came in and worse when I didnt understand where they told me to look. I left without even seeing if they had the things I was looking for.

Very shady place. I tried to preorder shining fates pokemon cards. They told me they dont take pre-orders and I need to come in on the day of release and it will be first come first serve. Now release day is here and they are saying pre-orders are all sold out and the only way to get them is through pre-orders. I would not shop here again.

Its pretty much impossible to buy Digimon because other game stores charge insane prices, but they helped my girlfriend get 2 booster boxes for retail. Thank you so much!!!

Yes, they actually have a decent selection of Gundam in all grades, Gundam Markers and friendly knowledgeable staff. This is a gem of a card store run by a wonderful couple. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it is readily apparent that the owners appreciate and take care of their customers. The size of the location can prove to be challenging at times on busy nights (they are moving to a larger location soon) but they do their best to optimize the space they do have. I cannot recommend this store enough.

This shop is the only reason I come to Davis. I usually don’t remember names but Phoung and Michael are usually always there. Recently Michael helped me out with some gifts for my niece I didn’t even know I needed. Usually when coming into card or comic shops you expect a level of customer service with a bar not too exceptional. This shop raises it to 5 star specifically because of the service, knowledge, and CLEANLINESS. I’ve been to dive bars with cleaner bathrooms than most card shops. This shop has good house rules and employees that enforce them in a courteous manner always. I’ve started driving a half hour on thursdays (prior to Covid) just to play Pokémon TCG. Even at my age I feel that the environment isn’t judge mental but instead inviting. They’re constantlysuggesting other card or board games and D&D which I’ll eventually get to. The prices are considerably fair and trade in value is good. I appreciate this community store and look forward to seeing Michael and Phoung on my next visit. Thank you for inspiring and creating something worthwhile and for getting my mind off of work for a couple of hours here and there.

Monday Night Draft is 10 bucks! Generally have a good stock of sleeves.And their singles are very reasonably priced. This is my preferred location to draft.Its interesting that in a time of LGSs that feel they have to Nickel and Dime you for land, these guys are running a budget modern and draft and the place is packed out.

Friendly workers & shy customers. If you come here expecting to make friends, you gotta be the one to strike up a conversation cause everybody is so shy! Still an awesome place for Pokemon & all other TCGs!

A bright and clean store with a large assortment of games including board games, competitive card games and party games. The staff is very friendly and I was especially impressed that one gentleman remembered me from my first visit and asked about the game I purchased with genuine interest. There is lots of tables for gaming and provide loaner games to play in-store. Great location and plenty of parking, too. Will definitely be coming back often!

Well lit, casual atmosphere, and an excellent selection of board games. I havent used the free play area yet but it seems nice enough. As for prices, theyre actually pretty darn good compared to say Amazon, sure some things are a little more expensive, but for the most part its within a couple bucks, well worth it to support a friendly local game store.

Absolutely my favorite card shop. They also do Adventurers League for D&D so it is great to have a place where I can sit and guarantee I have a D&D session waiting for me.

Truly awesome place. Yu-Gi-Oh is the only card game I care about, and they got rid of selling individuals about a year ago, so sadly I no longer come-by. However, the service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. A great place to come if you love card games and comics (besides Yu-Gi-Oh).

I usually dont write an review but decided to voice my opinion. I went in yesterday to trade in some of my cards three leyline and some others that were pricy found out I got way less for the value than I should have. I then purchased some cards that were over priced, when I went online to look at a few other cards one card was marked down 2 dollars and the other was marked down 1.50, same condition. I could have used that 3.50 somewhere else. well that was a horrible experience and I will not be going back there for awhile have fun people was a loyal customer but yeah I see no reason when I feel Im getting screwed.
