Brought the kids Mini Mac in tonight and he fixed it on the spot only needed password update and software update, he said he didnt do anything so thered be no charge! What???? I took my PC there after it would not come on. The owner said to give him a few days to diagnose the issue. Sure enough a few days later he emailed to say that the PC was ready. He only charged me the diagnostic fee and fixed a few malware issues. Very stand up guy and business. Any future issues I will be going back to them.
