On a visit to our son and his family in Fairborn we had some brake issues. I scheduled an appointment on Friday evening for a Saturday morning inspection. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the manager, Jeremy, and immediately they brought my vehicle into a service bay. The work was performed quickly and I was on my way in less than two hours.

Can’t say enough about the service and the staff at the Woodman location. All of the servicemen are personable and professional. They were able to repair my car in a relatively short amount of time. Repair rates very reasonable. But kudos to the manager. I highly recommend using this location based on their professionalism and efficiency.

Very bad experience! Had 1 blown tires ask to replace 2 tires they overcharged me for tires! Made before that appointment online wich told me that total will be 519+tax on the phone we’re told 1100 how the that works?Called my insurance and towed my car to a different place which replaced my 2 tires for 409+$That place is rip off don’t go there and don’t use their services

I got strut work done and a water pump replaced at a very fair rate, and Jeremy’s team had my car ready in only a few days.I had an issue with the belt the day after I drove it home and when I asked them to look at it, they easily did everything I needed to make sure my Hyundai was running smoothly, at no cost!Would recommend to anyone! Beware!!! I’ve been going to this place for 12 years but never again. The new manager is awful. I came in for an oil change and it went fine. My car needed new struts and the manager told me $400 to $600. I saved for the money because I really needed the car fixed. Once I was finally got to the point where I absolutely needed it, I bring my car in and he jacks it up to $1,200! Completely on purpose because he knew I had to get the work fixed. I called the 1800 number. The rep called the facility and spoke with the manager. The manager lied to the rep and told her he told me $600 to $1200. I couldn’t believe he was bold enough to lie like that. The rep believed the manager and told me she wouldn’t do anything. I then spoke to the manager who said the exact same thing. Worst customer service experience ever. I had been a loyal customer for 12 years but they’ll never get another penny. That manager new I needed my car and and did the worst thing you ever could. Especially doing a pandemic. And the company defends this!!!

Great experience with this Tire Choice! Got an appointment quick and had a fair quote for brake pads and rotors, which were fixed in a timely manner. Staff was welcoming, transparent, and easy to work with!

Contacted this location to do rear rotors and pads for me. They quoted me $125 to do the work which I agreed to. The Service advisor came in and said the LR caliper was seized, would not move and would need to be replaced. This along with a brake bleed now increased the price to $520. I refused the work and they put everything back together. I usually do all my own work but replacing rear rotors on this particular vehicle is very hard if you dont have the right tools, but I pulled it in to my garage and removed the LR wheel and the Caliper from the bracket. The Caliper slid right back with no hesitation with a C Clamp. The Technician flat out lied to me and said the Caliper was seized when it wasnt. I finished the Brake pad installation on both sides myself and will be looking elsewhere to get the rotors replaced in the very near future. If you like being Upsold on stuff you dont need, check this place out. Theyll take care of you, But good...

Beware! Manager Scott offers a discount for a 5-star review. Thats a little shady. He asked me to pull out my phone and even reached across the counter to hit the five star button. Stopped at the gas station next door after getting my oil changed and the dipstick still looked awful dark and milky. Stuck my head under the car and theres oil dripping down the side of the filter. Not sure what they did, but I wont be returning. Spend a little more and go to a more reputable place like Grismer.UPDATE: after attempting to change the oil myself the next time, these idiots righted the drain plug so tight, it wont come loose with a brushless impact wrench or long breaker bar. Incompetent guys here. Dont let them touch your car.

Amazing and friendly service. No hassle and usual mechanic tricks trying to get you to waste money. Called Tom and Scott 40 min before close and they said to come on in. They not only let us watch them do the work but stayed 30 minutes after close to make sure we didnt leave without a solution.I always find myself here for any issues because they give the best prices, price match and compare to other places, and give exceptional and friendly service! I went in to get a new tire put on my rim and have the old Tire removed. I was told it was going to be about an hour to get that fixed so I stated I would be back. When I arrived back the work was completed without any problems. Gentleman stated that since I didnt want to have it put on my car the work was free. I really appreciated the great service and I will definitely be back.

I got a flat tire today, Memorial Day 2019. I went to Monro Auto Service: 594 Woodman Drive, Shop 486.I received excellent service. Randall was extremely light hearted and knowledgeable. I called in to see if I could get in for an oil change, they said sure. I got here and they greeted me outside by name, very personable! They got me in and out quickly, while going the extra mile to fill all of my fluids and rotate my tires! Great place!!!

This is now my “go to” mechanic and car service. Tom Cagle is the more honest mechanic I’ve met and I’ve met a lot. I have had 3 occasions to use them in the last 6 months. The guy won’t let you down. Monroe you have a keeper hear reward him well!

Have been coming here for years. Recently rebranded and changed management and is now offering excellent customer service. Quick in and out. Although and appointment is not necessary, I make an appointment online and I am always serviced at my time slot typically without delay. I will continue to get my Hyundai serviced here.

Pulled up with a flat tire, the tech told me that they were booked for the day but offered to fill my tire up which he didn’t have to do, then when he noticed that the air was leaking right back out he said he wasn’t going to let me drive away like that, told me to stick around and he would get me takin care of. They have my business from now on no doubt!

When they say theyre going to get you in and out, they are not kidding. Very nice people. They do alot of extra when doing an oil change. They explain in detail and show you a list of the things theyre going to do. Highly impressed and will definitely come back and refer others.

When I first dropped my car off, I explained I had a coupon for $10.00. The man asked if I wanted another $10.00 off. Of course I said sure, he informed me to get that additional $10.00 off I had to write a review and I had to rate the service 5 stars... before I got my car back... before I paid... before I even drove it. I did not feel comfortable with selling a review which, I now believe a lot of people did do. So, I go back, I had left my car over an hour ago with no call go inside to pay, the same guy comes out and I tell him that Im back to pick my car up. He gets on the computer, pulls my bill up and asks me if I have that post. I explained I had left it at their shop before I had left. He looks at me odd, then asks what Im talking about. I stated I had left the post card with the coupon with my key, afraid they were no longer going to honor the coupon, or they misplaced it. The man then explained he was referring to the 5 star review. I then told him I did not write a review because I felt uncomfortable with selling a 5 star review. The man, shocked, then got slightly rude with me, explaining he didnt try to buy one, that hes just trying to promote the business. He rung me up, I asked if that was the price after the $10.00 coupon. He said that it was. I paid with my debit, and went to my car. My car was left unlocked, deiverside window down. Pretty upset and just wanting the encounter over, I get in my car, pull out roll up my window and start on my way. As I drive I realize my car reeks of oil. I then realize thats probably why my window was down. The smell was so bad I had to drive with the windows down, on the highway, home. After reviewing my bill I realized I was up charged for disposal of my oil twice, and a parts disposal charge... parts... for an oil change. Coming to over 15 extra dollars.

I had no oil in my car and Tom did a great job getting me in. Great job. Would recommend him any day any time. Great place to get your services.

Prices are good, but thats it. Last time I went to them, whoever was supposed seal the cover after my oil change did not put all the screws back in, so when I left, the cover was scraping on the ground and it got destroyed and wouldnt replace it or the missing screws for me. Also, they offer a discount if you leave a 5 star review, which was what mine was so dont trust most of these reviews.

Today was my 2nd time visiting Monro Auto Service shop. They were good the first time, and great the second. They have different people working and they were great. They are very informative about autos and repair. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. It didnt take a long time for my repairs. They were friendly and they appear to work well together. I would gladly take my car there again for service.

Did the job half-way, then lied about it.  (Update: Corporate is pleasant and easy to work with, quickly refunded the cost of fixing their issue.) I slid in one morning because my brakes went out.  The techs inspected my truck and recommended service.  The job was completed on time and I drove off.  I came back a week later to complain that my brake pedal was squishy.  I was told that the shop did not have the correct tool to do the job right and to have my regular shop do it.  My regular shop found broken parts when they fixed what Monro failed to repair.  I called Monro back asking for a partial refund.  I received a variety of excuses and a changing story about what broke and when, and whether my brake system gave them trouble because it’s too old or too new.  Despite the fact that the tech finally admitted to sending me off with a broken part and partially bled brakes (which barely functioned) he claimed to be unable to issue refunds and referred me to corporate.  Even if I get the refund, I’m never coming back.

My car needed serviced for a oil change. Checked with 4 other shops in the area and the wait time to be addressed for service was long. I walked in to monroe and was addressed within 10 seconds. Tom introduced me with a smile and had excellent customer service. Also gave me the best price in the area. I will definitely be a return customer. Worth the 20min drive anytime. Thank you Monroe customer service was excellent and my car is driving much better.

Great place. My brakes on a newly purchased vehicle went out on Woodman right in front of this shop. I managed to get the car stopped and pulled to the side of the road. The two men working inside noticed something was wrong and came out to the street. They helped me get my vehicle to the bay and working on it right away. They worked with the dealership where the vehicle was purchased for payment. I am extremely impressed with the help and kindness I received.

I had the worst experience. I had made an appointment for 6/28/18 two days prior at 9am. Dropped my car off for an oil change at 9am on Thursday, Matthew offered to test drive my car in addition to the oil change to try to figure out a noise that my car was making. He quoted me approximately an hour. I walked home and waited for a phone call. 1p rolled around, I called the shop and spoke to Trish, to check on my car and she told me my no one has started on my car. Im confused, and ask why have no one started on my car when the car ports was not full. She stated she did not know and just got there and all the car port were full. I asked if I could speak to Matthew she stated he was not there. She said she will try to get to my car as soon as possible. I requested that some call me with progress, she agreed. 3pm, I call back spoke to Matthew, he states my car was up and just needed to test drive it. I asked will it be done today because I need my car. He states yes. I ask can some on call me, he stated yes. 530pm call and speak to Matthew ask if the oil change has been completed, he states, I have no idea. Im so upset, I tell him I am on my way to get my car. I arrive to the shop, and Matthew tells me they have not even done the oil change on my car, even though my car has been there since 9am. He offered to do my oil change ANOTHER DAY for free. I declined. These people had my car for over 8 hours and attended to every car accept mines. I will never patronize this shop or this franchise. I would not recommend this company and I hope people will read this so they do not deal with the inconsideration and disrespect of their time and would not be treated like how I was treated.

I’m coming here for all of my repairs from now on. Ive had a lot of trouble with other local shops (I wont name names) These guys have bent over backwards for me and my loyalty. They even deal with previous issues caused by the last management team. They are honest and better yet do great work. 10/10

My father went there while I was out of town. They got a repair done but then the repair ending up putting my family in danger, the car was not road worthy. I would not recommended going to these guys for anything short of an oil change, and even then why give business to a business that cares more about making money, than taking care of you and your family. If i could give them zero stars i would.

Amazing place to get your car serviced. Scott helped me so much with my vehicle. Everyone is always so nice every time i come in.

I went in last Tuesday for an oil change. Upon completion they told me my alternator was bad and needed replaced immediately. They handed me a printout of the test that showed my battery voltage at 12.8 Volts. Then they went on to tell me it would cost over $500 to replace it. I promptly said no as it would take 30 minutes for me to do it myself and can get a replacement for $150. After leaving I decided to go to Auto Zone and have them test it. My battery voltage was then 13.7 volts with the car on and passed their alternator test. Therefore the only conclusions I can draw from this are 1.) They dont know how to use their testing equipment or 2.) They saw a younger kid and tried to scam me. IN ADDITION, they wrote the wrong mileage on my next oil change sticker. I got semi-synthetic which is good for at least 5000 and they added 3000 instead even though they marked semi-synthetic on the sticker.

Great service, Scot welcomed me in and was willing to help me even though It was almost closing time. I had a random issue coming from 300+ miles away for work and they were able to get me back on my way the same night with very reasonable pricing.
