Rick was awesome! Dodge Grand Caravan had issues with ABS/traction lights and speedometer failure. Rick ran diagnostics and instead of instantly recommending replacing parts (as the van is quite new and shouldn’t have a failure at this mileage), wanted to go a more budget friendly way first 👍👍👍✔️. Instead, he inspected and cleaned sensors and test drove several times to make sure the issue didnt come back. He also explained that if the problem was not resolved, then we would talk about a new part but he likes to save customer some $$ where he can. Very happy to have found Williams :)

Took my car there charged me $496 and my car still not fixed and my window is stuck down and I gotta put plastic on it🤬

BEWARE!! I spent close to $1,700 for a complete brake job in Match 2021, and in April 2021 my brakes locked up.....Williams Auto Service did the work originally, but when I had the vehicle towed back to WIlliams, less than 1 month later they mentioned it is not worth fixing-- Hmmmmm...Had to pay another company $685 to fix what they didnt/could not do right!
