Customer service was beyond exceptional. I intially communicated thru email which was actually great with me because I am in process of opening my business and you get exhausted talking to so many vendors. Once I sent my logo and measurements over the team went to work and immediately got me an estimate and a appointment time over. Justin showed up happy and professional ready to work. He explained what he was going to do and asked how I would like my logo applied and even offered me a sweet surprise at the end that really made my day and let me know there are still good people and good companies out here in the world. After he completed the task he wrapped up and shortly after LuAnn(sorry if I misspelled her name ) stopped by and collected payment and also checked the work and she was a sweet breathe of fresh air ! I am a new business and startups especially cost can be unpredictable however they wanted nothing but the best for me and this will be my go to as well as refer for many more projects to come. The work and service was excellent quality thank you guys so much and I look forward to doing continued business.

I wish I had a five star review. Dealing with this location was one of the worse experiences I’ve had since being a new business owner.First I was given an invoice for $1,050. Then I was given an updated invoice for $1,465 I believe, or around that amount. Fast signs told the owners of the building I’m leasing from that new lights were needed inside of the sign, among other things that they shouldn’t have discussed with them regarding the cost of our sign and how my business partner and I called multiple times for updates because no one would call us and inform us of what was going on.The owners of the building ended up paying for the lights to be placed, and stated the bill was outrageous and not what they told them it would be. They also believe that the new electrical work wasn’t completed. Unfortunately, I can’t verify this issue, this is only what the owners of the building told me.Long story short, we weren’t informed that we’d need a sign permit from fast signs and it took them 5 weeks to place our sign up, which definitely doesn’t live up to their name. I called them in regards to the sign permit and was told they meant to have me sign a waiver stating if they have to get the permit it would be $750. This info was given from Kelley.I’m waiting to hear back from the county regarding if we have to take our sign down or not since we did it without a permit. I definitely wouldn’t use the location if I had OR have to do it all over again.

When I contacted Fast Sings I talked to Louann about the lettering for our van and that I might want some changes done. She scheduled me to see Larry. He was very helpful doing some layout changes to our van lettering while I was there. Its great to see the design changes on the computer to know if you like them before having the job done. Lou Ann scheduled me for the installation of the job and allow me to drop of our van the night before. The next day she called to let me know the job was done and the van could be picked up.
