He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, never pushy, and went out of his way to address all questions and concerns throughout the process. Horrible customer service in their service department! I took my Escalade in for service on Monday 10/25 for oil change, parking assist warning issue and rear seat issue. No loaner car available. No communication from them without me calling for updates. Monday at 5pm advised oil change done, part for seat ordered and would be there next day, technician unable to identify park assist problem. Tuesday no update until I called at end of day, part would be On Wednesday 10/27. Wednesday seat part was in but having issues figuring out park assist problem. Our service advisor Wade told me he needed to keep the vehicle but could provide a loaner car now. At dealership at 2pm to pick up loaner. While Wade was filling out loaner paperwork with me the service manager approached, put her hand on the paperwork to stop Wade from filling it out saying this car will be done today! Wade continued to fill out paperwork to which she repeated herself that my car would be done today therefore we didnt need the loaner. Wade completed the paper work and issued me a loaner car. At the end of the day no communication from them. Thursday no communication. Friday morning I received a call from Wade informing me that they had identified the park assist problem and had fixed it, he then asked if we noticed a service message on the dash. There was never a service message prior to bringing the car in and was never mentioned when we brought the car in. I did not hear from anyone the rest of the day. 12pm Monday 11/1 I called Wade to get an update, he did not answer so I left a voicemail. Within 5 minutes I received a text from Voss asking for permission to replace a $900 sensor. I called Wade to get clarification on this. Wade said that there is a connector cracked on a sensor causing the service message. He informed me the replacement part was $369 and 3 hours labor. I questioned the fact that my vehicle arrived at Voss without an issue with this sensor, they had my vehicle for a week and now after fixing a park assist sensor I now have a separate sensor that has a cracked connector. I expressed my concern that the technician may have broken the connector while repairing the other sensor. Wade referred me to the service manager. The service manager was the same woman who tried to prevent us from receiving the loaner car. She was very rude and condescending during this conversation. She couldnt nor would she give me an explanation as to how they had my car for a week trying to diagnose the park assist issue and never mentioned the service message about the cracked sensor. Her stance was defensive telling me that they have cameras in the service department and all the employees go through background checks prior to hiring. I never made an accusation that someone stole anything, my concern was about a part being accidentally damaged while repairing the other sensor. I agreed to pay for the repair because I needed/wanted my vehicle back. The service received from Voss was beyond disappointing. The service manager has absolutely no people skills.

The people are friendly and nice and your appointment reminders are great. What this group doesnt have is a sense of urgency and lack on timely communication if you call to get a status of what should have been a routine maintenance item. I have been a loyal customer but unfortunately the service has declined and doesnt put them at an advantage. Hopefully things improve as we get on the other side of this pandemic.

From the initial greeting on a Saturday morning to walking out the door with the keys the following Monday, the process was efficient, the salesman, Tim Mark, was friendly and personable, and Kevin the finance man was upfront and explained everything we needed to know. I drove 4 hours to get a car and absolutely loved it! Bernard was prompt and answered all my questions, the car I bought (2013 Toyota RAV4 Limited) was in excellent condition and they put a full tank of gas in it and ran it through the wash again before I drove it home. Buying process was easy and up front (no hidden fees). Even if your not wanting a Cadillac, check out their inventory for other cars, you might find a good deal and the service is great.

I knew we couldn’t make a dealAnd I wanted to leave but Nick ask me to wait and see his boss . This guy wanted to argue and then got just got up walked away ???? This was amazing, no customer service ethics - and it must be more the norm at VossBecause then the General manager came over andJust defended his position asking me if I had been anywhere else, and I had not, so I drove straight to theOther Cadillac dealer in town and they valued my tradeAt 75,000.00 - wow what a difference -I was treated like a customer and the pricing was completely fair - no one was upset and they actually cared that I might be a repeat customer-So buyer beware at Voss Cadillac and do your Cadillac shopping on the other side of town !!!

Buyer beware! Great salesman and extremely prompt and nice. Was shown a beautiful Lexus that passed their inspection. Got it checked out by Centerville Auto and Repair and the power steering is leaking awful and will need replaced asap (3000$). They took me under the car and showed exactly where it was leaking and why it was going to fail soon. Returned to this dealership where they took another look and denied anything wrong with the car, shady shady shady!

I’ve had my car since June of this year. When I needed to bring my vehicle on for services the staff is always so polite and understanding. They get the work done in less amount of time then what they have estimated. The quality of work is phenomenal. The services manager, she has always ensured the services I need are accomplished. The services technician, Tyler, has always provided all the information and concerns o had on my vehicle inspected and returned back to me ensuring all the services I needed were completed.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was very very pleased with not only the car but the service I received at Voss. Prior to buying from Voss, I went to a Ma and Pa dealership. Long story short it was very shady and a waste of time.So I was a little skeptical to look at another vehicle. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my salesman, Nich, who reached out to me as soon as I was interested in one of their vehicles. We scheduled an appointment and always keep me updated on the availability prior to it. On top of that, he answered all my questions about the vehicle prior to looking at it.When I went to look at it, he was very laid-back. I’m a sales person myself and I appreciated that he didn’t vulture over me. He wasn’t pushy and made me feel valued as a customer. He gave me a great deal and a great trade-in value as well.After driving home with my new used Cadillac, I noticed that the passenger headlight went out after I bought it within a few hours. I emailed him at 10:30 PM that night asking him to call me the next day so we can get it figured out. He called me 15 minutes later after that email (which I was not expecting at all) and told me to bring it on my next day off to get it taken care of. He apologized and told me that’s a dealership would cover it.Today, I went to the dealership and Nich was waiting for me at the service counter. He got me in line and stuck with me until my car was taken back. He even talked with me about cars while my car was being serviced. Stuck with me until my lightbulb was replaced by the dealership.All in all this was an excellent experience. The car is obviously great but the customer service is what stood out the most. Quoted 3 days turned into over 2 weeks of work without one proactive call to us to say why and that it would take much longer. Repeatedly (3 times) told by manager it will be ready tomorrow. Best assume with this group they are not ready until they finally admit they are done. ...and that is from you calling them, because they will not bother to update you unless it serves their immediate needs.

My family and I have been utilizing VOSS Cadillac for both sales and service for a few years. I bought a used vehicle from Bernard Leigh in October 2019 and when I say his customer service is extraordinary he went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I enjoyed my “new to me” car. He was professional, and didn’t try to swindle me. When I purchased the car I told him about an upcoming trip I was going on and he called me once I got back to see how it went. He has now called me for my birthday, and sent a Christmas card. He remembers the details that matter to people and that little extra time will not only have me buy from him in the future but send others his way. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a car that you start with Bernard. I’ll post Bernard’s business card for reference if anyone needs it. As for the service department, the comments about getting an appointment are accurate, they are ALWAYS busy. I view the traffic as a testament to the service they are providing. While there are other GM service providers in the Dayton area, I will typically wait for an appointment at VOSS because I know the service I’m going to get will not be subpar. I usually like to work with Tyler because he seems to know what’s going on with every car and everything happening in the shop. I’ve noticed that other consultants will usually ask him for help so I don’t know if he’s the head consultant but since he knows what is going on that has built my confidence to work with him directly. While I have gotten loaner cars from them in the past, if I’m just going to work I like to use their ride share program because the gentlemen that gives you a ride is retired and while his driving is a part time gig his conversation is usually pretty great.

I was able to make my appointment in 30 seconds or less. Was able to drive right into the service area. Spent less then 5 minutes while the service tech wrote up my order. Was on my way in 6-10 minutes. My car was completed in the time quoted. After I paid my bill, which took all of 2 minutes, I was on my way home within 5 minutes after paying my bill in a newly washed Cadillac.

Every time I have had any type of collision damage I go to Voss. They have repaired anything from a large dent in the door to complete front end replacement. They do great work and let you know up front the scope of what is being done and how long it will take. Will go to them anytime collision work needs to be done.

Called and had to wait 9 days to get in for service appt. No loaner car on a multiple day service either. Left after realizing I have no day when I know Ill get my car back. Went to another Cadillac dealership and they had no problem getting me in immediately and giving me a brand new car as a loan. My wifes Mercedes dealership always has a loaner for her. Lost my business permanently to Bill Delord.

I had to go there and get a repair estimate as I just had an accident. I was greated by an extremely kind and friendly lady that could see I was a little shaken up. She offered me water and a seat. She was very helpful and took down my information. She called up an adjuster who assessed the damage and explained to me what I needed to do. They were extremely helpful and nice. I was so impressed.

The technician pulled my car in the bay out of the cold and showed my fiancé and I how to put it back on and answering a few more questions. This is fantastic.

I originally went into the parts department looking for a right side cornering light for my 2001 Cadillac deville it was very difficult to find due to the way the computer represents the module the guy in parts was very patient and thorough and help me figure out what I did need to fit the light instead of buying the complete module over I had just purchased one from an aftermarket source after searching for about an hour he located it at the Buick dealership for me and told me that they had it there I would just like to thank him for his efforts because most wouldnt have went even that far to help they just wouldve told me to buy the complete module all over again just to save time and to make more money for that I will be doing business with Voss Village Cadillac in the very near future!

I brought my car back to Voss for repairs, the service manager had one of her top service men on the job...I must say that I was very impressed.I pulled in about 1:10 and my car was finished and washed by 1:35 and he had to take my whole front bumper off like it had to be taken off last week. The service manager apologized for last week and all is good. Thank you for correcting the problem.-------------------------------------------------------------------------Been here for almost 3 hrs for 2 headlights. The guy that checked me in told me that they were wrapping it up 45 min ago, now its back in the air. The cashier got an attitude when I asked her was someone inexperienced was working on it, going back to Grismer for this. 8 Aug 1:20.....now its 4:10. No wonder I have been here for 4 years, I think its the same cashier from back then. Finally finished, i checked all of my light before i pulled offf...what do you know my parking light is out now. They were going to fix it on the spot...there is no way I am staying another 3 hrs. I have to call and make arrangements for them to pick it up.SMH

I dropped my car off at Voss Cadillac Mon 16 Jan. I picked it up the next morning. Tim Ashton was my service consultant. He is an asset to your company. His friendly approach and excellent customer service skills are the only good thing about my visit. When I picked up my car and drove off the lot my check engine light came on. I didnt even get a block down the road. I immediately returned to the shop. I was given a courtesy vehicle and again left my car to be checked. I can honestly say I was extremely upset and even more so now that my call has not been returned. The Certified Service Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Sheet showing my service was done by Richard Howells showed all green. When I came back again to pick up my car after my engine light came on 50 feet off the lot! The second sheet showed multiple red blocks checked (which was serviced by Brandon Phelps this time). I was told the cost of the repairs. I immediately call Mr. Brad Voss to have this situation remedied and received his voicemail. When I picked up the car I expected to speak to him. No hes in a meeting. Now today is the 18th, and its 12n. No call from him after I was told yesterday evening he was trying to figure out what happened. So here we are. I am leaving this terrible review and I will be contacting Mr. North at the BBB notifying him of the total lack of integrity of service. I want my car fixed. It was fine when I dropped it off and now its not. This is not my first time dealing with Voss Cadillac. I can say I am extremely shocked and disappointed.I expected better.

Came for an oil change and got it home and there has been a metal on metal sound. Brought it back and they want 1500 to fix whatever they done in the first place! 100% do not recommend this place!

Do NOT buy from Cadillac. I’ve purchased GM for 20 years and they do not stand behind their customers. I broke down in Michigan and had to leave my car there in order to get home. (Mind you this is the second time my new SRX has left me stranded out of state...radiator problem last time that they wouldnt cover...still under warranty) My local dealership, Voss Village Cadillac, wouldn’t give me a loaner car because it’s not being worked on in their facility. After speaking with Mara Jones, the service manager, (I called three times begging for a car) she informed me its not protocol. I told her she is representing Cadillac and should do what is right. After all, I bought a Cadillac to have the luxury car experience. She responded that she doesnt work for Cadillac, she works for VOSS and doesnt answer to Cadillac. Keep in mind the vehicle is still under warranty. You would think since Cadillac inconvenienced me, a long time customer, they would spend at least $30 a day on a rental car to keep the customer happy however they refuse to do that. I then call customer care and they informed me the dealership COULD offer me a loaner vehicle if they wanted to as it is always up to them on a case by case basis. Cadillac won’t be getting any future business from me. Being in the service industry myself, I always find a way to make it right with my client even if I’m not the one at fault. You would think they would have better solutions than just to say sorry it’s out of my hands because that’s how Cadillac operates.

Bought a 2011 Camaro SS from Voss. Salesman was really good. Asked for copy of our insurance card because he was going to call the insurance company and give them the information of the new vehicle. A month went by and I called the insurance company because I didnt see a rate increase. The agent said that they never called and if they had, the insurance company only deals with the policy holder. Not really a big deal, but if you say youre going to do something, either do it or let me know so I can. Then we had to take the car back to the dealership because of an issue. They had the car for 5 days. In those 5 days, they used half a tank of gas and didnt bother to fill it up. Not really a big deal either. However, in those 5 days, they managed to get a significant chip in the windshield which spidered half way across the windshield. The first attempt to deal with the service manager was unsuccessful and he was rather rude and pretty much said Oh well. I called him and he said that he would look into it further but that they were not liable and to contact my insurance company. I was fine with that, however, Voss could pay the deductible. He said that he would get back to me. A day later, he called and said that the General Manager had made his decision and that they were not liable and that thats why we have insurance. I agreed that that was the purpose of insurance. However, I asked him, if I was driving his car and damaged it, what would he do? He said that he would report it to his insurance company. I asked him if he would expect me to pay the deductible or if he would. He replied that hed expect me to pay the deductible. I asked him what the difference was and he still replied, were not liable. Total crap. Poor customer service, dont follow through with what they say, and above all, rude and unprofessional.
