Staff are typically kind and the storefront is clean and comfortable. My drink is usually out in a reasonable amount of time and I frequent this particular location. Bathroom sinks are a little questionable though.

Love this location! The employees always are friendly and helpful. Ordering online is definitely the best way to get your order ready by the time you arrive. Parking is available, but can get a little bit full in front, so I usually park on the side.

A staff member was very rude and snapped at me while picking up my drink order. I had asked for a cup holder and bag which they did not put my drinks in, but I preferred the young staff socializing and goofing off (forgetting my carrier and bag) to the rude middle aged lady talking down to me about asking for things when I already had. I understand that things are tense during the pandemic but I will not be returning and direct my friends and family elsewhere.

Amazing location with some of the friendliest baristas I have encountered! Always happy to see me and genuinely cheerful people. They always make my day and help give me a boost on my lunch break!

Why did I stand in the pickup line before realizing I was in the wrong line? 😅 Once my order was placed it was up pretty fast. I dont think Ive ever met a staff at a Starbucks that I didnt like.

Espresso is always on point and gets me going. The Far Hills location has received some new interior design, just waiting for seating to be opened up, looks comfortable and lively.

Long story short: service was FAR less than acceptable. One employee in particular (Chris) stood out as rude and aggressive. He identified himself as the manager. The food and drinks were very good... we love the consistency found at Starbucks. But Chris attitude and lack of friendliness was anything but consistent with what weve experienced at Starbucks over the past many years.

Absolutely horrible experience. After living in Oakwood for years, I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The barista was extremely rude and unkind, and unfortunately, her Manager did not take my complaint seriously which makes me sad. Being publicly humiliated for reaching for a straw (I totally overlooked the sign, but followed suit from two individuals who did the same thing but did not get anything said to) is disappointing...especially in 2021.

Roomy interior, outside benches and friendly staff provide a neighborhood feel and great spot to meet or get some work or studying done. No drive up, and quirky side street flow can make a little challenging to reach if youre not familiar with the area.

This store is always pretty friendly, which is most of the reason I come here instead of DD.

I have always loved this location. Been going there for years. But just recently there has been a new employee working there. I am not sure of his name, but he is a skinny white boy who i assume is a teenager. Anyway, this boy is nice and pleasant, although he is not good at making drinks. He has made my order wrong over 5 times. Every time he ends up making my order, it tastes very bad. Nothing personal I just don’t think he is fit to make drinks is all. He is a sweet boy. Besides him, the place is great. Very lovely. I will be going back once that boy is gone ☺️Thank you-Linda

Love this Starbucks! They are very efficient. I order in the app before driving home from work (I work third shift)and my things are ready by the time I get there, bravo Starbucks!

The worst Starbucks in Dayton, the hot drinks are so bad. I do not why, but I think because the new worker !!

Ready quicker than app stated. My venti was nowhere near full so I asked for more iced coffee. The batista did it no problem but I was a little irritated I had to ask.

I dont typically go to Starbucks, because I just envision rude people in a crowded area. Today I decided to try it despite that. It was bigger inside than it looks from the plaza exterior. I enjoyed the the latte & snack. The barista was nice enough, though there wasnt much interaction. I would go back.

Location is great!Service was okay.Staff seemed like they were miserable. Like they hated their jobs OR they just have very little interpersonal skills. I mean I have definitely been to Starbucks that have a stiffness to their environment, as if the staff are uptight or afraid to have an outgoing personality (maybe its management?). However, the location in Oakwood tops the cake.Yikes!

Incredibly rude staff. I just moved back to the area and I am saddened that these are the type of people hired to start a persons day. Never greeted upon entering, never responded to when I say Good Morning or Hello. Even when I order my morning drink early it is never made and I am always ignored. Today is my birthday and I had to leave because I was going to be late to work, this is the 4th time in a month. I was advised no refunds. So the birthday drink that Starbucks gifted me was essentially just a wash. Thanks. I hope they hire people that understand the basis of polite customer service and kindness.

I have been to many Starbucks and most of the time its a good experience. However, this one was different. The cashier was pleasant. I did not catch his name. He seemed new, but always tried to cut the orders short. It was difficult to get what you wanted. The guy at the end was simply in a bad mood. His name was Nick. He was very sharp to give an attitude. My drink came out after a 10 minute wait. There were no names given and it was confusing. Mine came out atlas a tall instead of a Grande. When I asked him about it, he replied sharply that it must not of been mine. Just admit when you make a mistake. . Just bad vibes at this one. Its a shame.

Service was prompt. But when your order is up the baristas dont call your name loud and sit your order on the counter with several other orders. This causes patrons to touch all the orders trying to read the names. Thats not acceptable.

Feels more like an indie than a chain. The staff is great and always go a step above the norm. Last time the barista asked if Id like it in a mug. Didnt know they even had mugs! If youre looking for a coffee shop thats open late, highly recommend!

Here just about every day and have never had a negative experience... everything youd expect from a Starbucks but this is the best location Ive been to! Great staff and consistent drinks. Ugh the person complaining about the red cup doesnt understand while supplies last...its a cup, not a big deal...ignore that one :-)

LOVE this Starbucks. We come almost every other day and were always impressed. The very rare occasion when they do get your order wrong, they always remake it, and staff is always helpful and nice. After the first few times the baristas greet you by name.

I just stopped in to get coffee to wake up from a really rough week. I was greeted with a big smile from CHRIS which helped my day. Upon mentioning that I needed 4 extra shots of expresso because my mom had just died 2 days ago and handling it all has been rough, he turned around after checking me out and grabbed me a brownie, saying its the least he could do to make my day better. It genuinely made my day! My mom was the kindest person and always made sure I ate to feel better. Chris, I saw my moms spark in you today. Thank you for being a kind soul!

This place consistently reminds me of what great customer service is. Several of the crew members exhibit a genuine positive attitude that serves as a reminder to be more generous. Ive meant to post this multiple times; however today Matthew was exceptionally wonderful and hooked me up with an extra green tea lemonade that was made that he could have dumped, but it was a nice gesture. I luckily walked in at 8:30 a.m. just after the morning rush, so no line! Had a beautifully-made triple Grande latte, warmed scone, and enjoyed my N.Y. Times to jazzy music. Lovely!

I went in the evening to get an advertised holiday cup but they had sold out before noon, as I was rudely informed by an employee named Jake. There was a cup in a display advertised as the holiday cup, but Jake haughtily informed me that it was a different cup. He got even more beligerant when I asked for a rain check to get a cup later since Starbucks had failed to provide enough cups to meet demand.

We went after dinner tonight so I ordered a hot green tea and their big donut,which I shared with my husband.I usually order a cappuccino, which I love,but the green was surprisingly good and hot.The donut is always a winner thick,cakey, sticky and sweet.A nice way to end the evening. The crowd was also small, so no waiting.

Staff can tend to be rude. When my drinks are made incorrectly and I ask for them to just put in what they forgot, I get a lot of attitude. And the drink remains exactly how it was before I asked them to fix it. This is the only location I experience problems with. I spend a lot of money here but I’ve reached my limit. I won’t be back.

As a lover of coffee it doesnt take much to excite me as long as its not Mc Donalds coffee lol! Just make sure you ask your barista to stir your drink because they do not stir them without request at this location. And I dont know about you, but I dont enjoy a gulp of straight syrup from a flavored drink.
