Unfriendly service. Was the guy who pulled a short right out of package to have the lady tell me I could not have lettering done to it since it didnt have a tag on it. But I got better more prompt service at Duece Shirts in Kettering

Cant give more than 2 stars. Shirt didnt arrive in time for the event I needed it for. Even though I ordered it far enough in advance. Got told Friday that the shirt would be here by Monday. But wasnt even mailed until Tuesday. Did get a refund and the shirt, but this companys online ordering is not reliable. Thanks for the free shirt, but I do not recommend this business.

I been at this place for years. All the workers are very cool. The t-shirt designs are real tight. The first time we popped in here by chance to get a polo for our business done they were very quick and were reasonably priced. The second time we came in they raised the price $5 a shirt but they said it would be ready in about an hour. We came back in an hour and only 1 of 3 shirts was ready but we were told they would call us when the other 2 were done. A week later we called and let them know we never received a call that our shirts were ready. They told us sorry that they would be done by 1 that afternoon. We came in the next day to find out that the shirts had not even been done and were forced to again wait and come back. After picking up the shirts we would be using for our business the printing we had requested for one of the shirts was wrong and looked like it had been slapped together. I hate giving bad reviews but this was really disappointing and very inconvenient for us to have to drive out of our way more than once a week later to pick up a PRE-PAID for order that was again not ready.

I went here to get t-shirts printed for an event. I dropped the shirts off Friday afternoon and they had them ready for me Saturday morning. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Artwork was phenomenal; good communication ; surprisingly the hoodie and Tee was made of good quality material (another plus),minor mistake caught by the layout confirmation they send you BEFORE they finished the work (superb idea) and somehow they still got it sent it out and to me BEFORE THE FUNERAL which was shorter than a weeks notice for them; THEY ARE WONDERFUL & WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Had to get tshirts in a hurry for a group cruise due to other vendor backing out at last minute. Thank God for Mr. Todd! Called him, he said can you be at the store in 15 minutes? Was able to get me over 30 tshirts completed within 24 hours and they were perfect. Will definitely use again. Everyone needs to shop here. See how happy we are despite not being able to travel to Cuba.
