I did wash it and air dry it yesterday as you recommended prior to wearing it today.Your price of $37 was fair and observing how you do it was thoroughly enjoyed it in less than 15 mins seeing it was fast. I called to check to see if they could put a red rose on the back of a black hoodie and he said that he could do this without any problems and he did not lead to upload to do it. So I took it to him we picked out a red rose and I showed him the name that I need it on front with A Red Rose on the back the red rose had more black than red. The product did not look any thing like the picture. So I am saying this to say that was my first and last time using that service the name was supposed to be to the left and it was more close to the center of the shirt. I did this shirt for my granddaughter and her request so I explain to her that maybe she could have another one done in Atlanta Georgia because this one does not fit the description of what I gave him to work for him. I gave it one star because I like the physical make up of the store
