Ive used this facility twice, and find it more flexible and better overall to store here than the big name place with the orange and black logo! Personal service is better too. You can actually get someone on the phone during business hours and get your questions answered. Would store here again if the need arose.

On Monday December 7th approximately 9:15 p.m. we attempted to exit the facility and realized that our correct lock code would not unlock the gate from the inside after spending an hour or so attempting to exit, we had to call the police .the police showed up and tried to unlock the gate. After 45 minutes of them attempting to unlock the gate they gave up and left, then returned later after they finally were able to get a hold of the owner or some gentleman who was very unhappy and explained to us that they close at 9 p.m. and that you cannot enter or exit after those hours. They should have a night Watchman on duty to do a round at 9 pm to make sure all tenants have exited the facility before locking the gates permanently and trapping the customer inside.BE AWARE IF YOU USE THIS STORE AND LOCK FACILITY, MAKE SURE YOU ARE OUT BY 9PM!!!!It was sad even the Dayton Police Department could not gain entrance to this storage facility, ( and they have a special code to gain entrance or so they said and thought) .we literally waited outside in the cold for 2 hours trying to exit the facility.

This place is an artists paradise, the employee here came out to talk to me while I was painting on the back wall. He was friendly and seemed excited to see new art on the wall.

Christopher was friendly and helpful, he seemed happy to try and get me into the right size for my things without waste. I showed him what was in my truck and he got me a size that would fit all of my things.

Im not an expert when it comes to storage units but Linden stop and lock has been perfect for my needs. Great staff!

I dont leave negative reviews. The location was convenient and the family owned and operated facility was always accommodating. Unfortunately I had to switch to another facility for price. I got twice the space for the exact same price somewhere else. It remains to be seen whether I will receive the same friendly service that I always experienced at Linden, but I needed more space so I had to make the Switch. Hopefully this comes off as a positive review because that is my intention. They will always make sure that you are taken care of and be as helpful as they possibly can.

I recently got a storage at Stop and Lock today from Mr Frank Bell. He was a very polite and professional sales manager. I also liked the looks of the outside very well kepted. I would recommend using there facilities to anyone.

Christopher was friendly and helpful. I called for a locksmith, stop n lock is storage, but he found me a number to a locksmith while I was on the phone with him.

We stopped at the office during posted business hours. Their open sign was on but the office door was locked. We called the phone number and got an answer. We were told they had units available but couldnt deal with us because they were busy with something else. Total waste of time.

Ive been using this facility for about 10 yrs. Its been the same management from the very first unit I ever rented. Mr and MrsBall are always so pleasant to deal with. Their grandson is very helpful too. The prices are also reasonable.

Hours to get to your unit are 7am - 9pm but they will stay open later if you request.Linden Storage was nice enough to give me a military discount and the manager comes from a military family himself so he is very friendly to military.Storage units felt safe and were as expected. Ive been looking for a storage unit for about 2 weeks now. I have had a horrid experience. Every place I have called close to where I live in Fairborn either has a voicemail saying the business hours are just a few days at the beginning of the month or the phone just kept ringing in my ear. Ive used Linden Stop-N-Lock in the past but again was trying to get something a little closer... BIG MISTAKE... I should have called them in the first place. Mr. Christopher answered the phone on the first ring. He was very anxious about answering any questions I had and offering me the perfect unit and a very good discount.... or so I thought.Mind you that was on Oct. 31, 2019, I finally was able to come in today and Mr. Frank was in the office. When I tell you these men are AMAZING, Im not joking. Christophers offer was great but Mr. Franks was literally what I NEEDED!! At a great price as well. He loved the fact we have a big family. He is the sweetest man ever!! Customer service doesnt come like these gentlemen anymore. I am a very hard person to please at times, they didnt even have to do half of what they did to please me... the customer service alone sold me. Guys keep up the AMAZING WORK!! I wish more businesses could learn from you guys!! A little goes a long way, and I dont mind driving a little extra for the perfect service. Thank You guys for all your help and God Bless You!!

I have been a customer steadily for 8 yrs. I can tell you 1st hand that this is a top notch facility. The staff care about what they do and us as people. Over the years they have made multiple upgrades to the security and the grounds. They stay fully stocked on storage items such as locks,boxes,etc. They offer very good insurance and stand by it. You can even grab a piece of candy while paying your bill or just stopping by to say hello.

Been with Linden STOP-N-LOCK for at least 10 years. I have two units. Frank and Family, as employees of this business, have been extremely supportive to me (as a customer). They have listened to my needs and have been the best servants! Frank has helped me recover from the break in (circa 2009) with grace! Frank has helped me move to other units (upgrades) along the way. Charming/sharing family! They deserve the best! I hope my rent goes down so I can continue to my stay. If it doesnt, I wish Frank and Family the best... They deserve it day in and day out. Never witnessed anything less than stellar, from Frank/Family!

Stop and lock has great customer service. I was recently in a tornado where my home was destroyed. I had to find a place for my thing to go so they wouldn’t be destroyed even more . They closed at 9pm and offered to allow me to continue to move my things into the storage in until 11pm that night. Awesome company with competitive prices!

Chris was friendly and professional, and the brightly lit hallways made my wife feel safe when there by herself.

Ive been going here for about a year overall I dont like the idea but as the owner of a storage unit, You cant go wrong. Very good money in it im sure. This place is very secure, also the owner was extremely nice he told me it was a $30 fee to cut a lock off, i asked him if I could borrow it and told him i was a customer for a year allowed him to pull my info up and also gave him my ID to hold and he helped me so very helpful people also.. highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Linden Stop-N-Lock. They provided exceptional help from the beginning. They called me IMMEDIATELY after I made my reservation, confirming the unit that I had requested and asked me several times if I had any questions or if there was anything they could do for me before arriving. I drove 8 hours from out of town and when I arrived, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They were thorough in explaining the security precautions and had plenty of size options available. For someone who has never used a storage unit before, Linden Stop-N-Lock was an excellent and positive experience. I will be sure to use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

Linden Ave Stop-n-Lock is a well maintained property and I dont worry about my items because it is a secure facility. I looked several places in town before choosing them to store my items and they were the most reasonably priced. The interior units are always well lit and a hand cart is always available for ease of moving heavy stuff in and out. Easy access and what I like most is the autopay feature, I never have to worry about a missed or late payment.

It could very well be my fault, but even then, I would expect a phone call, an email, or some type of notice. The office was closed.Update to the update: I was a dumbo and locked my storage unit in the open position; they locked it so nobody would steal my stuff.

We were in a crunch while moving and Linden Stop-N-Lock came through. While we were exhausted with a local move, winter, snow, and cold temperatures where causing havoc on our time frame and deadlines. We were a walk in and dealt with Chris, the property managers (Frank & Karen) Grandson, who was more than pleasant. What we liked about this facility was that we werent getting stuck in a contract as you go month to month. This is nice as you use the service to meet your needs! There was a very minimal fee, which is nice too. It is always nice to save wherever you can. Today, I stopped in and met Frank and Karen for the first time. They are really nice folks and I believe they live on site or maybe the grandson does. The unit was very clean and there is even a good size flat bed dolly to use. We anticipate a short rental time but never the less we were glad to find them.

I have been a customer for many years. During that time, I have always received courteous and helpful service. Not to mention how pleasant everyone has been when Ive gone into the office. Keep up the great work.

Our Kairos Prison Ministry has had two units at Linden Stop N Lock for 3 or so years. I am at the units quite often and the management always pleasantly acknowledges me, I appreciate that. On a freezing snow covered day my lock was frozen and management helped me unfreeze the lock! My family recently rented a unit for family matters. I will continue to recommend Linden Stop N Lock. Stop-N-Lock is a great place to keep your stuff! It is at a convenient location. they are located just off of Rt.35 near the Smithville Rd. They have a great selection of size units to choose from. It is well maintained and kept clean. And the place is very secure, so you dont have to worry about your stuff. I had done some research on storage units, and this was the most attractive, with a close location, and better prices. They have very friendly personnel. They will answer all your questions, about the facility, with a smile. I am very satisfied with the Linden Stop-n-Lock facilities, and their employees!

Karen and Frank are so friendly!!! I gave them very little notice and needed a storage unit right away! They both jumped at the chance to help. Frank took me to a storage unit and asked what all I was wanting to store. After i told him he picked out a unit that was reasonable in price and my things all fit with room to spare. The location was great and very easy to find. The unit was clean and the property was well lit. I also was eligible to get my first month half off!!! Thank for helping me out on that stressful day!
