Grabbed some bait and a couple of fishing items. Very friendly staff, willing to help out. Glad to see these kind of stores around. When I was in there they has live shrimp and fiddler crabs. I grabbed some dead flesh shrimp.

This gentleman in here was very nice and helpful. I called before I went to ask about straw hats and he took his time explaining and letting me know the prices. When I went in he was quick to ask if I needed help and explained the hat I picked was a good one. I will be back.

A REEL tackle shop. All the good brands, rod/reel combos. Best prices in all of southern us. Hopping around from Texas to Florida and back. They are the best.

Decent shop, havent tried the bait yet. As a note, I like to stop in bait shops when I travel around to check the local stuff out. Clerk was helpful with what I needed, however I felt rushed to make my purchase. Once some locals came in, I was brushed off rather quickly.

One of my favorite places to browse when I am in Daytona. Huge selection and knowledgeable staff. They will do everything from sell you a rod to set up a complete outfit. They also have relationships with various gods and can make a recommendation of who to call based on the type of experience you want to have. Located a couple of blocks from the Sunglow Pier. They have live bait, artificial bait, and anything else that you could need.

Dont ever take your fishing rod or reel to this place to get fixed. It has literally been 6 months that they have had my reel to fix one little gear. I had one gear stripped out and they still have yet to get the part or anything. They dont call you to tell you whats going on. This is insane. They get very very bad reviews on my behalf. I will never take my business to them again. It doesnt take 6 months to order one gear from penn. do not take sour business there. Its crazy And Ive had other friends tell me the same thing. I could have easily went and got a new rod and reel. But I want that reel. Cause it has caught a lot of very big fish and its more sentimental to me than what its even worth. But how long it has taken them to get the part is insane. There is no excuse to taking 6 months to change out a single gear that makes your spool go up and down to reline your reel. I have brought a lot of business to this place and been a loyal customer. They all know me there. And Im done with this place and very disappointed in them especially since I was a daily customer buying inshore and offshore gear all the time. Always got my new poles from here. Everything. Time to try the fishin hole in Daytona and Donalds bait and tackle. Very good people there at Donalds. Especially the guy Pat. Hes a good guy

Evan has the worst customer service skills Ive ever experienced. Dont tell a lifelong customer that Hes never stepped foot inside of the fishing shack, Ive purchased all of my rods, reels, tackle and bait there since childhood.ive spent easily a few grand there. Grew up here fishing. Lost a customer today for good, Ill be sure to tell all of my friends to go to Donalds or the fishin hole

Spent hundreds of dollars there never complained about the small shrimp seen them a few times picking out big ones for boat captains went in asked them if they could give me some big shrimp they told me we dont do that gave me small shrimp for the last time taking my business else where

If I could rate this place lower I would. The fishin shack blows. It has literally been 4 months since I dropped my reel off to fix one gear. I could have done it myself but I figured hey, youre a busy guy. Let someone else do this. They will only have it for couple weeks tops jokes on me. Every time I give them a call they give me the run around! the last time I called they couldnt even find my reel. Take your repairs elsewhere.
