The staff are nice at this location, but goodness this place gave me an instant headache. I bought a few things here and I realized theres something odd being used in the products because I had a reaction and my skin is usually tolerant. They dont disclose anything in regards to the ingredients in fragrance which is often physically irritating. The products I did buy spoiled or smelled off within just a few weeks.

Hard to choose what you want as there is so much to choose from. Somewhat over whelming but doesnt mean I dont love this store and the way it smells when I walk by!

I like bath & body works because they always have some good smelling stuff. I like that is definitely uni-sex they have stuff for the men and the women. that go out there sometimes just to look around see what all kind of new stuff they have what kind of new smells they got going on. Things are very cool place and they always have sales on their fragrances what you give him by for a really nice little low price not a lot of money.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.Come in with a return, they only returned 5 items out of the 6, I didn’t realize and came back to ask why I got less than what the receipt/I originally paid for, and instead of taking the receipt and checking why it came up wrong and explaining it, they just quickly denied it was what the computer does. ( that isn’t true. the computer can be dumb sometimes, but it’s only a matter of restarting the transaction and overriding it to be correct.) wasn’t until I got back in my car did I realize they didn’t ring up one of my items to return, but was too angry to even return. The manager refused to help and said that she “ had nothing to do with this transaction” instead of helping her associate help the customer, and help cool off the customer. This isn’t L Brands behavior, this isn’t bath and body works customer service. I will be contacting corporate.

The store is great. Nice and clean and I like you can test everything. The only not great part was that there was only 1 cashier. So. We literally waited in line for 10 mins. Otherwise a great store.

Ive been to this store maybe with my friend when she was last in town. Today walking on my own I was drawn in by the ever pleasant smell of balsim fir candle scent. With Halloween coming thanksgiving soon after and Christmas coming I knew this candle would work for a seasonal staple. All the Christmas tree scents are spot on. Spruce is also festive and Christmas tree like. I love pumpkins there is quite a variety of pumpkin scents as Well and dozens more of other varieties. The salesgirl who greeted me was so enthused with the products and full of energy and knowledge about the store it just was so positive and authentic. I felt the Florida sunshine inside the mall in her presence to match the beautiful weather outside. See ya first Saturday in December for another candle sale! Thanks so much.

I love Bath& Body Works and could spend a long time going around smelling the products. The problem I have is that the salespeople seem to discourage that making me feel rushed or pressured. I dont like shopping when I feel Im being pressured to hurry up. Ive had issues with some of the scents they offer so feel that if Im going to buy something I need to be careful and thorough. I dont know if they work in commission but it feels like they dont care if the product makes me sick I should just buy it. Not cool.

Their sucks. They always advertise sales, but their prices way too high. I would not recommend to anyone. Victoria Secret the best Sales all the time.

Customer service was ok not like it use to be. It was busy but not that busy. We were being helped by someone who was more worried of others who were just simply looking (or she was worried no one would steal) another rep came afterwards after she realized we were left hanging with questions un answered. We finally just grabbed 3 things and left only to go to another mall the next week due to this experience
