Horrible customer service good luck getting anybody to call you back or help you with your account. Quite frequently bottles will have a small leak in them and makes a mess inside your house. Water machines break all the time when they do Bray good luck getting one that Fully works. They are also way over priced for what service they do provide. Very poor company to do business with

This is the worst company I have every used. I used them for my home and my office for many years. My first two delivery drivers were awesome, after that it went down hill. Constant turn over, missed deliveries, price increases, terrible customer service (if you actually talk to someone). They are rude, and dont care if you stay with them or not. After you fire them, they try to overcharge you and never stop billing you month after month. You can buy your own machine and go fill your own bottles and the grocery store for a lot less money and grief. So sorry I gave them my business for as long as I did.
Great water. Unfortunately horrible customer service. They have not picked up my old water cooler for over 4 months and still charged me for it. Takes over an hour to get ahold of a representative
We received our first delivery just fine. We never got any subsequent deliveries for 8 months, despite calling them, and never received any bills. They then sent us to a collection agency for the cost of the cooler and the empty jugs, as well as the lease for the cooler. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unreliable, poor communication, and then they send you to collections.
Good dependable service
It is very convenient and much better for the environment than single use bottles of water. I drink A LOT of water! I no longer lug cases up the stairs and my recycling bins are not overflowing with plastic bottles. Also, I never have to worry about running out of water! The water tastes good, both hot and cold. The customer service department is also good. I am very satisfied with Crystal Springs and their home delivery program.
Great service, our delivery person, Scott, is excellent. He goes out of his way to meet our requests.
We have had no issues with Crystal-Springs or our route driver over the 3 years we have been with them while using a water cooler then in early 2018 we upgraded to the AquaCafe built-in k-cup coffee maker.The most frustrating issue of all was when we called to have someone maintenance the AquaCafe unit. They just sent our regular route driver out. Instead of maintenancing the unit or telling us that they cannot maintenance the units, he just replaced with what was supposed to be a new unit. It worked for about 5 cups of coffee. For over 2 weeks we had not use of the coffee & very little help from Crystal Springs.When the route driver came out again, he tried to make a cup of coffee with no luck & just said yup its broke. We were told that he could have one to us in about 2 months, Not Acceptable. We called the corporate office on a Friday and was promised & guaranteed a new machine on that Monday morning, which never happened. Called 1st thing Tuesday morning, the female rep told me that the promised Monday delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday (which would have been fine if they only called to let us know). The rep assured me someone would be out on Wednesday with a new machine. She kept her word, first thing Wednesday morning new machine showed up, unfortunately it was our now regular route driver. Here it is Thursday and about 20 cups of coffee made with NO issues. Hopefully this machine is a keeper.I would like to commend the female rep that I spoke with on Tuesday morning; she was very polite, professional, empathetic & attentive. She is a great customer service rep. For privacy reasons, I am not releasing the name of this amazingly awesome rep on Tuesday.
I am very satisfied with my delivery. My water guy (Scott) is awesome. He is friendly, helpful, timely, and gets my delivery right.
