I have Culligan check my system every year. I am totally satisfied with their expert service. I live in the country with a deep well. They made my water excellent after other companies could not. The service is always top notch because they really care about their customers.

Living in the country is wonderful with one drawback...sulfur-tasting hard-water! We have had Culligan service for several years. We have both the water softener equipment and the water dispenser. The water softener and filter makes the taste pleasant. In the water cooler/dispenser, cold water is especially appreciated in the summer and the hot water works for several needs. There have been two times unscheduled service was needed. We called and the response was immediate. I highly recommend Culligan Water products!

Always professional, always call to remind us of delivery. The water quality is constantly good. The service/admin people at the office are friendly and easy to speak with concerning any issues. We have been serviced by Culligan for a few years as our business took over a location that was already contracted with their office. Regular maintenance appointments are on time and we love our Service Technician Jason. Recently we had an electrical issue with our buildings chlorine pump, which needed to be replaced. We received an estimate and a phone call from Culligan to ask if we had any questions before the service was performed. The price was competitive and the installation was quick and effective. Not a week later, we were experiencing a different issue with our fuel switch. We called Culligan again to come out and take a look. The next day Technician Will made the trip to our office and began to troubleshoot in order to remedy the issue. He thought we needed a replacement switch. Turns out, after Will left our appointment, he thought a little more about our situation and came up with an alternative solution which included a minor adjustment of a control setting rather than replacing the actual fuel switch. And for that, we are even more thankful. We appreciate the whole crew over at Culligan. They are professional, courteous and think outside the box to find solutions. Thank you Culligan!

This company saved me and my familys life. The water here in South Daytona Estates is terrible. Its full of iron and unsafe to drink. The realtor didnt tell me how horrible the water was here when he showed me the house. And the water company doesnt test for iron. I found out it is a necessity to have a water filtration system which costs around $4,500 to $5, 000 if you want clean water in South Daytona Estates. Manny came out, tested my water, and had the system set up in a couple days. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. Now, my water is clear and safe to drink. I dont have orange residue on my shower, hair, and clothes anymore. Thank You Manny and Culligan. I highly recommend and trust this company.

Culligan water system! Terrible idea....Do Not Buy if you have Sensitive Skin!!!!My sons eczema got terrible with this system. The company is no help. Our salesman Don told us our water was unsafe to drink (not the case). Do your research.BUYER BEWARE

I have been using another company as we purchased our unit from them. We do our own salt. My husband had an accident and cannot do the salt at this time. Our softener company was no help and over the top expensive. Culligan was affordable and Chris was ever so polite and helpful. May just use business indefinitely!

As a senior citizen, I like having the water softener salt delivered to my home. HOWEVER, I understood that the delivery charge was increased when gas prices went UP. Gas prices are very low right now. When will the delivery charges go DOWN accordingly?

Paid for water for 6 months without any being delivered to my business. They still billed me monthly and didnt deliver water. Called support and they said it was my fault. Just pretty annoying to pay for a service and product, not get it, and still be required to pay.

My water is totally different with the softener and salt! Love how it makes my skin feel and no more stains in my sinks and toilets!

This company is about the customer. The reverse osmosis system that was installed a year ago has had zero issues. I have the absolute best tasting and clean water available. The results are that this water beats all of the spring water around. Their service technicians are efficient and share their knowledge freely so the customer becomes knowledgeable also.I have friends that I bring this water to freely, they love it. We recently purchased a home with a *much* older system in it, so we called Culligan to have it inspected. The service technician that came out was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although the systems parts are no longer carried or manufactured, we will be purchasing a replacement system from this location as a direct result of our technicians service. My money will always go to companies who hire good people.

Calls each month with a reminder to leave the bottles out. Full service local business is always helpful and easy to communicate with an actual person. Especially good to have a local provider during hurricane season.

Nice to have a company that fixes it right the first time, as well as provide a service I can no longer do for myself. This company will take care of your water system needs

John, in sales... took care of what I needed. The service technicians, office staff and delivery drivers are the best, I had a few issues over the years, regarding the cooler breaking, but it was just exchanged with a new one the next day. I have been with Culligan of Daytona nearly 3 years I believe,and I am very happy with the services!I plan to get a system from them when I get more money to buy it outright.

Talk about a horrible experience with Culligan, I had them bring me two tanks for spot free water. The first of four attempts went like this. They came out and installed it with CPVC during the night the pipe burst and flooded my garage which ruined a couple hundred dollars in product for my business and took roughly four hours to clean up and a day for my carpet to finish dry. So once I finally get in touch with Culligan the salesman calls saying they had the wrong credit card number, thank god! They couldnt charge me the 385 they wanted to. So, the salesman (Mike) says he will send a tech to re plum the entire thing, they show up four hours later he cut one piece off and glued it back together. At this point Im furious Ive missed two days of work dealing with this, the tech was there for six minutes. So, the tech leaves I call Culligan furious they didnt re plum this mess of a plumbing job so they say they will send a tech first thing the next morning. So the tech shows up about 9am (mind you this is my third day missing time from working) he re plums the entire thing and leaves takes about 45 minutes. Around 6pm the bottom coupling comes apart and floods my entire garage (mind you this is the main water line before the shut off) when I called the dumb ass answering the phones didnt listen to a word I said and said she would send someone to pick up the tanks, seriously? So, I called Rain Soft at 6pm they had a guy at my house within an hour and completely installed an entire home system in 2 hours. Good ridden to Culligan!

We chose the system. The installation crew showed up on time, and within a few hours had the new Culligan water system up and running. They provided us with all the information on operating and maintaining the system. I would also like to add that we moved down here from Pennsylvania. Well.its been quite an experience with these people.totally unprofessional.they say they are coming.they dont show.they do work on their equipment.it works a day or two.this company has been working 4 months to solve a water problem.its insanity.the system they set up looks like a do it yourself.hoses.wires.laying on the ground.simply insane.please go elsewhere.save yourself stress.not worthy of a star.
