I love this store everyone is so helpful and nice. They have stepped up everything I have had an issue or question.

Phones arent worth much of anything..if u buy a phone from cricket wireless make sure you buy yourself a case and a screen protector or your phone WILLLL BREAK first time you drop it.. and then youll have to pay full price for another phone.. Ive bought at least 8 phones this year alone and Ive been with cricket for about 7 years. Although they do thank me for being a loyal customer, they never look out as far as the phones go.. even with insurance it was still pricey.. the service is great but the PHONES ARE NOT AND NEITHER IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. luckily I dont pay my phone bill or else I would have already switched carriers 17 phones ago..

I was worried about the process of switching to an Android from an iPhone, and especially the process of changing network providers, but Dnisha and Nonnie were both absolute blessings and did everything they could to help quickly and efficiently. Even when there were complicated situations and bumps in the road with account access and Verizon customer support, they were patient and understanding throughout the entire process while being extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely know where Im going next time I need anything related to my new phone.

If you are considering switching your cell service then Id HIGHLY recommend doing it at THIS particular store with Caleb. He was VERY helpful and he made the process smooth and simple (which seems to be rare to come across today & especially so in a world with COVID). Definitely work with him- hes asesome. The young woman was very helpful in getting me my new phone.

We were in Daytona for the race and my phone stopped working. We found this Cricket facility and were please to have such outstanding customer service from Teunandra. Sorry if I misspelled the name. Te greeted us when we walked in the door, tested the phone, explained what she thought happened and fixed everything for me. I am not a big phone whiz, so all her feedback was very valuable. I had a WONDERFUL experience at this store!!! The staff was very helpful and polite to my husband and I. Usually you go into a cellphone place like Metro or Verizon and they are only worried about making a sale and ready to rush you out the door but this staff actually took time to explain everything and helped us find a plan suitable for us didnt try to over charge or anything. Oh... and I LOVE the service :)

Yesterday I stopped at a Cricket Wireless store to ask questions about switching over to their company. Before I knew it, I was getting signed up. Ok, no problem, except when I got home. I went on-line to double check prices, I had just bought 5 lines. I was charged $25/line for activation. I was NEVER offered the option of going on-line and getting free activation. The clerk that helped me even knew I was scrounging up money to pay. He could have saved me $125, that would have been awesome. Now I am told they cannot refund this amount and if I return the phones and cancel the lines, I will still be charged $125 for activation. What happened to customer service and working for the customer. In the store I work at I always try to save the customer money, this is how you get repeat customers. I am ashamed I have just been played the fool. Shake my head. I will definitely be passing on this information to anyone interested in using Cricket Wireless as their mobile service provider.

This cricket store was very pleasant place to visit and get services until a staff named Jacob joined. This guy, Jacob, said he worked for two years in this place (really?) and was a horrible and horrible person knowing nothing about their services. And so unfortunately always using terrible language and attitude. Avoid Jacob everyone else is fine.

Very helpful. Got me just what I needed and didnt push for extra sales.

First employee told us he couldnt help us at all and sent us off. After going back in to ask another question, a second employee told us the first employee didnt know what he was talking about and was able to help us. Clearly not a lot of knowledge of the company from this pop-up reseller of cricket.

Bought an unlocked phone online and switched my current cricket phone to the new one. Cant beat the monthly rate at cricket. We use the phone here in FL and it also works at our house in ME.
