I’m fairly new to the area and had to switch my service from my Michigan phone company to a new provider! I bought a SIM card online and couldn’t get it to work and on the phone carriers website said this business was a reputable shop- so I went there for help in starting my new phone plan!I was greeted and worked with Sam, he was so kind and friendly and beyond honest. He figured out my issue and got my new phone service up and running quickly!This shop is in alittle but of a bad area -just be aware of surroundings

Today I had a wonderful experience with family technology group . My iPad suddenly didn’t display anything, when I charged it, it had sound . I booked a reservation in a big technology franchise in town . One girl referred me to one specific mobile repair shop, I feel strange but I thought she was just being helpful . When I arrived that shop, a lady tested my iPad and gave me a very expensive quote and she said she is not sure what went wrong so the price could be high and it might took 2-3 weeks and the lady need to keep going to back office to ask sth so I felt something wrong there then I tried to get some quotes from other shops.As Family technology group is very close to that specific shop, so I went there . First of all, after his check on my iPad, the boss used his laptop to checked the price I can even see his screen and he told me straightly that the price is not cheap .When I heard the price, it was not a cheap price but it’s still cheaper than that referred shop quite an amount and obviously it’s more reasonable .Then the boss kept checking on my iPad suddenly the iPad can display normally . He helped me reset it and when I tried to offer him any food or drink, he just said no need .It’s ok . I felt like 10mins ago I almost got rip off And then I paid zero dollar to fix it. I even planned to go to Orlando Apple store . I am really grateful and appreciated to family technology group for being so honest and professional . I really feel they think from our side as customersI still feel unbelievable that I can find such an honest service provider nowadays . And the boss was super nice and friendly, I liked his kindness and big smile . I lived in Daytona beach And I just arrived US for a yearI personally think we need To get more quotes for this kind of services . And more importantly an honest shop. Don’t get rushed, and be careful for some strange referral to other shop from big franchise.Family technology group really saved my life and made my day . I respect and appreciated the honesty . If you guys need some technology fix, don’t get rushed, go find him and get some advice . I hoped you guys don’t lose any sleep And won’t meet bad shop . Good luck and stay safe !

They do great work, very fast and efficient. They have phenomenal customer service; warm, inviting, and trustworthy employees. This is the only place I take any of my gadgets. They say you get what you pay for. That is absolutely true here. I had my sons phone repaired here for a Christmas present. He wasnt able to pick it up for a month since he lives 2 hours away. It was immediately put in the case and in a box and wrapped after picking it up. When he opened it it wouldnt turn on. We thought the battery was just dead so he tried to charge it on his way home. When he tried to turn it on he could feel it vibrate but the screen wouldnt come on. I got it back from him two weeks later and took it back. They called me a few days later and said it must have been dropped which caused a main part to break. The phone screen would have broken if it was dropped hard enough to cause a internal part to break. The truth of the matter is they damaged it during the repair process and refused to repair it or refund the $200 I paid to have the screen replaced. I would avoid this place like the plague. Its not much more to have a professional repair shop do th e repair and they stand behind their work unlike Family Technology Group!
