Went to several other stores and felt like they were trying to get over me and over charge me for things I didnt need. Came to this one here on Nova and Beville and Vince helped with with exactly what I needed done and for an extremely fair price. Vince was very helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know what all my options were and could be. I will definitely be sending everyone I know to this location to see Vince and I myself will never go to another store from here on out. I definitely recommend seeing Vince if you want a no nonsense and helpful experience.

I have been with metro pcs since they first came out. I would usually go to any of the stores closest to me. This store is by far the best. Vince and Josh are amazing. They go over and beyond no matter my problem. No matter how much a drive them nuts.No other store will ever get my business.

Vince was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable about everything in his store. I was able to get a phone start a line all within less than 30 minutes of being there. I highly suggest everyone come to this Metro.

In that place they lied to me with my phone they told me about an amount to pay and it turned out to be another, they put insurance on my phone that I did not ask for it, I do not recommend going to that place

Service was good. But just because your phone has had an upgrade, they no longer carry parts for mine. And to upgrade a year old phone, I have to pay full price for the upgraded one. No upgrade refund. They dont even have the technology to transfer my files.

Went to the store today to ask about switching over. My two young children and I were the only ones in the store. The associate that I spoke with was Wil. He was not professional in the least. He said s**t 3 times, while conversing with me, in front of my kids, in the 10 minutes that we were there! I wont ever go back there. Use your head, Wil. Think before you speak.

Went to pay my bill quick and easy friendly nice place but they didnt open till 12 noon on Sunday and the text they sent me for thanking me that I paid said posted at 11am ?

Really deserves zero stars, spent over an hour trying to upgrade our phones, cashier locked the system up, manager was unreachable which is strange. Took us over 3 hours to get our old phones turned back on. Today we went to another store to try again but because of the screw up we are no longer eligible for an upgrade. We called this store to clear it up, but the manager was not there again, with the phone call being ended by the same cashier stating she didnt have to deal with this, call corporate then hanging up on us. Love Metro but go to another store.

The store manager Larry was extremely rude. We had a misunderstanding about my phone and his whole attitude showed he could care less. I definitely wont be going back to this store and I am still trying to get in touch with his manager to make a formal complaint.

What the heck is the customer is always wrong kind of company is this? Totally not impressed. Paid over $100 for an Actael A30 on an upgrade, which means the phone cost well over $100 but it might as well been for $2.This is the worst phone Ive ever had in the history of Metro. Metro never allows the customer to be right. They are always right and they refuse to fix the situation. Metro is nice for not being stuck in a contract however Boost offers the same deal. Im switching over to Boost I I have had it with Metro.

They are always helpful, but the guy hyped the Motorola... they started this industry.... But the Motorola phone which was considered mid grade stinks. I hate it... Loading takes forever my LG was so much faster!! Camera isnt better either.
