Not the best GameStop Ive shopped at. The store was very unorganized. They had high prices on Pre-owned games and lacked a selection in Nintendo Switch games. The staff was cool and helpful.

Most stores have incentives to get pre-orders on newly release games right? Wouldn’t the customer get a phone call about the pre-order he paid for ? I’ve gotten nothing but buck passing everything I talk to an associate at this location.. you want to prevent Amazon from getting your sales? Start following through with your word. As of right now you stole my money and gave zero fs. Thanks bro. Atleast I made money on your stocks

I really had a great experience here. I only came in to look around and ask a couple of questions. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above board to help me, even made me a few copies of information that really helped me. The selection was awesome and the store was clean.Update: I came back to this location after a year on vacation and was again very impressed by the Associate Rob (now I know his name!) This guy is awesome! He hadnt recognized me but was just as pleasant and helpful as last time I was there. He truly just wanted to make sure that I found what I was looking for and if I was up to date on the games that I was interested in playing. The store was clean as usual and well stocked. Another great visit here and I know Ill be back! Thanks Rob!

Good games and stuff but overpriced

The store should have more switch games and be more accurate with the pricing. An example Dead by Daylight nintendo switch edition costs $34 while it is currently on sale for $29.99 on Nintendos official store page. This is probably just for profit but still honesty is best.

Had some time to kill before work so decided to browse some used games here.Employee there was nice enough. Asked me if i was interested pre ordering games when i walked in to which I said no and he left me alone after.Got what I wanted and left the store. Only thing i noticed was the store was kind of warm. I noticed I was getting sort of sweaty just standing to checkout.

Great place customer service is great

The guys helped us with some questions and information that we didnt even need help with. The layout of the store is nice because people have to walk by the counter giving them some comfortability with the fact that we know there will always be somebody to help. Dont remember the guys name, but he talked to us about different preorders. His main question to everybody was Excited about any new games? which made us want to talk to him, he needs a raise.

I bought an Xbox one steering wheel here today and sadly it was defective from the factory but Frank was able to quickly return my wheel and do so without having me jump through hoops. I will be returning here simply due to the customer service. Great job guys

Rude and Disrespectful! We are new to buying game systems and when we went to get a couple different systems we asked to be able to hold to system and look it over and instantly we were treated as thieves and givin an attitude for wanting to look over the handheld system we bought for my girlfriend. Several remarks had been made about stealing and other disrespectful remarks towards our character based on the employees opinion of us. I wouldnt go back.

Staff was very polite bought a new system for my son they where able to explain what was the best options thanks fellas.

8 people in line, no second register... manager stands there working on barcodes and doesnt open register. cashier lets a new customer jump in front of full line. white guy with beard claimed to be manager and black guy on register.

I generally love game stop aside from their awful trade in offers and ridiculous return policy. I had an awful experience today. 3 days ago I purchased an Xbox one x with the really cool trade in offer of making your Xbox one worth $200 if you trade in towards the purchase of an Xbox one x. Today I came in because I decided I didnt want the Xbox one x anymore. The Xbox one x I had was still brand new and I hadnt opened it or the game I got with it. I asked for a refund and they told me all I would get back is just what I paid... I dont get anything for the Xbox one I traded in!!!??? I explained that made no sense and argued with the manager for 30 minutes until I finally decided to call the port orange store. The guy who answered told me they would happily take my return and give me $200 of store credit for my Xbox one in addition to the money I spent. The manager in the mall had no idea what he was doing.... if you need help dont be so stubborn as to not ask for it.
