Staff have no idea what they are doing and its simple shoes... sad, rude staff.
Was great, staff was very helpful even though we didnt buy anything because we didnt know what we were looking for in the first place. Ill check back later on there updates though.
The customer service is caca. We walked in no one greeted us. We looked and looked at the shoes and no one ever came up to us to ask if we need help. They just looked us up and down and continue with their chatting. This was December 27th at about 5:30pm Sunday. I guess they were ready to gtfo. Oh well they lost on a sale.

Large place Im sure they had a lot of great shoes but they didnt have any of the shoes I wanted.
All these stores want you to wear mask but just dont know that breathing in your own toxins for long periods of time can cause health problems.
I would normally never leave a negative review for any store. Having worked retail for years, i understand it can be stressful and hectic at times. My husband was trying shoes on, had 2 pair picked out and we were almost ready to purchase both pairs when clerk conpletely walked away to talk to group of teenagers that came in. We waited for her to talk to what appeared to be her friends for a few minutes and finally gave up. She not only lost out on the almost 200 dollar sale but also lost our future business.
Champs has always been a great place to shop for the newest shoes and apparel. Unfortunately, the customer service isnt the best. I understand things happen that are out of the control of the employees; however, they do not help customers get things resolved. Dont swipe your cards more then once and pay close attention to your bank accounts. Apparently if youre over charged they cant do anything about it.

I came in and there were two girl employees( I think one was the manager) on duty, this was by far the worst customer service I had ever received. I’m just saying, somebody should do something about these employees and it’s not acceptable. I was about to spend $500 and they missed out because of their attitudes and personality. Champs was my favorite store on my local mall, but not anymore, I will never be coming here again.

I would like to say a Big Thank You to the employee who put me on hold 15 mins and never came back to the phone! I work in retail I understand that it gets busy! In situations when it is like that I myself would tell the customer I am helping to give me a moment to tell the person on the phone that I am too busy at the moment can you please call back! If it was close to closing time (which I found out while I was waiting on the phone) that it was 20 mins till closing time when I made the call and was put on hold, then I would politely tell the customer that it was close to closing time can you please call back tomorrow! I would have much rather been asked to call back tomorrow than wait 15 mins and never get a response. Yes I admit that I hung up, but seriously can you blame me?
