Rude manager. I was looking by to do an exchange, unsure if it was a possibility. The manager talked to me in a very demeaning tone. The employees were very professional tho. I feel the manager shouldn’t be a manager and it should be given to another associate who is better fit to handle the position.

Horrible experience. Staff refused an exchange or return. The shoes I bought were a size bigger than what was on the box. I explained I would just like to exchange and was told they do not return or exchange. The back of my receipt states different. I’ll never go back to this store!

This place is awesome. Converse are really the only shoes I wear and this place is cheap. They had a sale going on and I was able to get a really nice pair of shoes for only $27! It was like 40% off or something crazy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wont shop for converse anywhere else now.

Although we didnt buy anything the customer service was great. They told us where all the great places to eat were since we told we were from out of town. We will definitely come back when we revisit.

Love Converse

SO many Converse here! I can usually find an interesting style that you dont see too often. Its better to go when they have a BOGO sale, but prices are generally lower than in other stores.

Awesome staff. A manager by the name of Mathew helped me hunt down the shoes l wanted after finding out they didnt have my size and color i was looking for and they were 2 seasons old. Mathew was able to track down a pair in another store and have them shipped to my house. He was extremely helpful and very nice and clearly didnt have to do what he did but wanted to help and make sure l got the converse l wanted. I will definitely be back and Thanks again, l really appreciate it!

Head to Tangers and go get your Nike on. Always have great deals on shoes. I bought the best pair of Nike runners I have ever owned there and it was only $20!!
