The staff truly makes shopping here pleasant. No one is pushy, they all are so helpful and the store is run efficiently. The sales are unbeatable and the quality is top notch. I wish I could give 10 stars! Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the wonderful women who helped me but whoever you get helping you it’s going to be a great experience. If you’re wondering what type of gift to get your partner I definitely recommend coming here and browsing. You will walk away happy and glad you visited. Thank you again to the ladies who helped me! Well, I wait 8 minutes before getting seated. Then, I wait about 20 - 25 minutes for the dinner. Overall, the place was really clean!

First off the staff was nice. There was a couple cute bags but the prices were ridiculous for an outlet. I was here a 1.5 years ago before the pandemic and bought so much stuff because the prices were good. The store was empty this time around, there were 2 other people in the store this time around compared to about 30 people the last time. Lower your prices MK.

Great store with great savings!!! The selection is great and the discounts even better. My wife and I shopped here for our daughters Birthday gift and we were impressed with the customer service, she was extremely helpful. We shopped prior to black Friday and it was 70% off so, I can only imagine black friday deals!!!

2 days before Christmas, my wife and I purchased 5 bags for this location. The day before Christmas my wife and I was about to wrap the bags and saw we were missing one and the receipt. Called the store and spoke with the manager Genevieve. Told her the issue and asked if she could look our receipt up to see if we were charged for the bag we left. She told me she was too busy to help me and if I gave her the information, she would get back to me after Christmas. That option was unacceptable because it was a Christmas gift and we are paying customers. My wife and I arrived to the store 10 minutes later. Another manager was there. I told her the situation. It took her 5 minutes to look our receipt up and handle the issue. I wish I could remember that manager’s name. She was extremely helpful. But it was very disappointing to hear a manager tell me she was too busy to help me. A manager of the store my wife love.Genevieve needs to go back through some management/customer service training on how to take care of the customer and not make them feel less important.

Roxana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I went in today not sure if I would be making my first big MK purchase today or not, but she explained the perks to the bags I liked and I ended up leaving with the matching wallet and a small crossbody. She went to the back and got me fresh wrapped bags as well which was above and beyond for customer service. No pressure to buy which was so nice and made it a wonderful experience.

I love micheal kors but felt that there was not a good selection at this store!

The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They dont flock to you like a used car lot salesman, but are there when you need them. They always offer good advice without pressure to buy. Very clean and organized as well. Love it and will be back to buy more gifts in the future. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable.

Amazing shopping experience! I went here yesterday and immediately was greeted by multiple employees who all made me feel welcome and were willing to answer all of my questions. Cynthia was amazing! she ended up helping not only me but my mom pick out the perfect bag. Then Izzie was amazing when it came to helping me check out and understand about my product.
