Bought a mask with the tags still on them & not even an hour later to return them since my sister didn’t like the color. People state when someone is buying something nonreturnable on the receipt or VERBALLY say something. I’ll just sell them for more online.

My husband and I were once frequent shoppers at this store, but that now has changed because of what we experienced yesterday-racial profiling. I have made MANY reviews from all across the country(New York to Cali and a lot of places in between,) and never once ever felt the need to call a store out by the way we were treated! I try to give employees the benefit of the doubt and I would prefer to praise employees rather than bash them online(look up my past reviews and you’ll notice my trend;)Sadly, the raincoat profiling happened at one of our favorite stores in our favorite outlet center. This didn’t happened by one employee, it happened by three! I would hope the other customers who were shopping and were ignored because of all the “attention” that was given to my family came forward to make a review too. Do better Palmetto Moon, do better!!

Love the chain. They always have cute clothes for very reasonable prices. Would have given it 5 stars, however the customer service on the floor was lacking. Spoke with two separate associates, although they seemed to be restocking their floor items, I was given the impression that I was bothering them. Whereas, I will continue to shop the store I probably will avoid this store.
