Had to pull in quickly because my tire went flat. I pulled nicely into a spot. Before I could even collect myself one of the employees started grilling me about how long before I could leave. It took us a while to figure out what was wrong. Meanwhile I needed to use the restroom. I have stage 4 renal failure. They refused to let me. Delt with several employees over the course of our parking lot stay. Everyone rude and hateful. No one was else was even in the parking lot. Even went in a made a purchase they still continued to stare and be hateful.

Terrible customer service full of out and out lies.Stopped in here in Dec 2016 looking for some souvenirs to take home. We were told by a male staff member that certain shirts were 2 for $10.00. They were not...we were charged $10.00/shirt with no apology for being told the wrong price and no one honouring what the clerk told us.Then we noticed on the bill they round up the cost to the closest dollar. For example we bought stuff for $9.99--they charged us $10.00. For something that was $12.99 we were charged $13.00. Its not the fact that its only a penny but rather the principle of the matter...you cant charge MORE than what the tag says--its as simple as that.The next issue is that there are no refunds--they do not take anything back so you better choose wisely because you are not allowed to bring it back. I understand that that is the store policy---but instead of printing it on the bottom of the receipt tell your customers that BEFORE they purchase...THAT is just good business practice.On the bottom of the receipt it says that you may EXCHANGE an item so long as you have the original receipt and if the tags are still on. We tried to do an exchange and they refused to honour it. IT IS PRINTED RIGHT ON THE BILL THAT THAT IS YOUR STORE POLICY!! But we were told this is not the store policy...so what is it? Was THIS clerk lying as well or was the store receipt incorrect? The clerk tried to explain it away and said oh those are just old rolls of register tape we are using up.How stupid do you think your customers are????Cash register receipts do not come pre-printed..they are blank and each sale prints up a new bill. Not to mention it truly doesnt matter WHAT is printed on your receipt you need to honour what it says. If you are using old stock that is a management issue NOT a customer issue. Customers should not have to pay for bad management and untrained employees.I have shopped at many Wings stores all over the US while on vacation but will NEVER step foot in one again. NEVER.Between not honouring the store policy, to charging customers more than the tag says to lying to customers...this is not a place where I choose to spend my money.I feel bad for the Wings just down the road. We wanted more presents to take home but I refused to go back into this chain of stores so instead we went to Walmart and presents there--post cards, shirts, hats. Wings lost a lot of money on that sale.This is the first of my letters about this store.Next I am writing to the Better Business Bureau, the local Business Association and to the corporate offices of Wings.You cannot be dishonest in business and think customers will not call you on it.
