This place is awesome and they are ready to safely serve the public the best Sweet Treats in town. Krispy Kreme is one of those places that you can count on to always deliver the best hot, and sweetest Donuts. Only six people are allowed in at a time oh, they do not require masks oh, the staff are wearing masks and gloves, and they do have barriers set up between the customer and the staff member. They also have sanitize station and contact list methods of paying!

This is one of my daughters favorite stops as we start the vacation every year passing the HOT sign and stopping for donuts. You never can go wrong with donuts and it is a must stop at least two or three times during the week down each time. GREAT DONUTS & Friendly service.

Black mold in the vents, rats scurrying around the back. Bakers do not wash hands. Floors have mold growing on them. The proofer box is full of mold underneath. They will “clean” before health inspector shows up but they don’t care. The mold is inside the vents and gets on the donuts. Bees get inside the glaze trough and get into the donuts as well. Lizards and frogs will swarm the building as well. DO NOT GO HERE if your allergic to mold. It may be “fresh” but very bad health risk. They also do not report to the cdc when they had a covid outbreak so they didn’t get shut down

Loved it doughnuts were awesome as always. They lady mentioned if were vaccinated we could have a free donut and it was national coffee day so we ended up not paying anything for 2 donuts and 2 coffees it was really nice of them to.let us know. It was clean and everyone was helpful and pleasant .

Normally I would give 5 stars. The glazed donuts were fine. The holiday donuts were horrible. Very stale.

Asked for cream and my whole coffee is white? Since when is this how you make coffee. My friends coffee is the same way except she got caramel. Gross. Pure caramel and milk.

Maybe Im just old fashion, but their donuts just have to much going on on the top with all the icing. Its like their going more for how colorful they can make it, not the taste. Those donuts in the case up front are terrible. What happen to your good old fashion donuts. Cinnamon apple filled, Boston cream filled, powdered jelly, chocolate, cinnamon twist, etc.

Had not been to this Krispy Kreme in years (since we now have one in Winter Park). It was always a special treat to stop and get wonderful donuts when we were over in Daytona. AND IT STILL IS A SPECIAL TREAT. Always something really special about: Hot Now!

What a selection!! I actually had to take a minute to figure out what I wanted amongst all the choices! Pleasantly surprised!!I would’ve given five stars but I came there to get vanilla cream filled donuts and unfortunately they were out. The ones we did get, were amazing though!!

The sign was red. The parking lot was filling up. We got there just in time to beat the rush & only had to wait a couple of minutes to go in.Only 6 customers were allowed in at a time & they enforced it. All employees wore masks properly. (Double Kudos from me) The employees were very patient with everyone & acted happy to be there.I was a Krispy Kreme virgin going along with someone more experienced. We both got the just out of the oven fresh glazed. Thats the whole point, right?We also tried the new Glazed Coffee. I got mine with cream.The results are in ... the donuts arent for me. Dont get me wrong, I can definitely see how unsuspecting customers get addicted to them. Then forever circle the block waiting for the red sign. My 1st KK donut tasted great but Im a die-hard chocolate cake donut woman. Chocolate need I say more?The Glazed coffee was very tasty. Be prepared tho - it is sweet with the same sweetness as the Glazed donut. I loved it & want more. Luckily, I dont have to keep driving around the block to indulge.

This is a small but good donut shop. While clean inside the garbage area outside, where you park, makes you green from the smell, hence the less than 5 stars. Variety of donuts is amazing, staff is very friendly but it is a bit awkward when multiple customers have to form a line because the entrance door is in the way. I suggest a different layout to solve the problem. I love these donuts and miss them when I am in Rochester NY.

Great donuts if you can get them.....hell its a roll of the dice if they are open. Says its 24 hours...which is a lie. You can see employess inside but they lock the door and shut off the lights... reopening at random times. I always came here on vacation. I just came for the last time this year.

Daytona k k needs mgnt training, would not honor coupon drove many miles for fresh k k and was disappointed said buy 1 get one limit 3 last week no problem today she said coupon meant I can only use the coupon 3 times for buy 1 get 1 at 3 separate visits I said no I want to buy 3 dozen and get 3 dozen.... whatever.... back to Duncans I guess

I am not happy with what we received from this Krispy Kreme. The filled donuts had no filing 6 raspberry donuts and if you were lucky 1 bite has some raspberry filling. We had the same issue with the lemon. We don’t live around here and KK was a big letdown.Edit open till 11pm stopped by at 6pm they only have originals left and arent making anymore tonight. This is by far 1 of the worst locations when it comes to KK.

As an Artist it’s all about supporting your local Bands and local artist. I went to this location on Drake’s birthday and realized they had “Drake” donuts. I was so pleased as I thought they too were celebrating Drakes success and Bday. Later I realized it was For Halloween, “Drake-ULa” lol I’ll always remember it as a celebration of the success of “Drake” 💋🎊🎉🤦‍♀️

We are Krispy Kreme lovers and are regulars at the one in our home town. When we saw this one on vacation we had to stop. This was probably our worst experience out of all of our Krispy Kreme trips. Rude staff, no one acted like they wanted to be there let alone work with the people they were working with. They were out of lots of classic donuts and were extremely slow. Not to mention when she asked if I had rewards, I said yes I only want to scan for points today and she scanned my card instead. So I didn’t get my points for the dozen of donuts we purchased. Everything was just so unorganized.

The doughnuts are delicious, however, the experience is not. Went at 1030pm, only one person ahead of me in line. About 5 minutes later, someone came to take my order. Order was filled, placed on table, and was waiting for the cashier to ring me out. 15 minutes later, Im still waiting to be cashed out, standing there with cash in hand like a fool. I gave up and walked out, no point in wasting any more of my time for a business that obviously doesnt care how much of their customers time they squander. To compound this, the person who was behind me in line wasnt even acknowledged before he decided to leave. If youre coming here, make sure you have plenty of time that you dont mind genuinely wasting.

If you like Krispy Kreme doughnuts then these are just as good as any you would ever find.

Favorite doughnut place ever and Open 24 hours is what the hours say. I get my husband to stop on the way home at 2:30am and theyre closed. Doors locked.

Absolutely worst experience both times I attempted to shop here. They were out of filled doughnuts, then when I asked if they had any on the back, they didnt not respond. Sadly both times the customer service was horrible.. Hey Krispy Kreme, if you are going to hire people to represent your business, Make sure they do they do it in a positive manner to create more repeat business. NO ONE at this franchise appeared to want to make me a customer. So why would I shop here... The big problem is people need to work because their unemployment benefits have ran out. But they dont want to do a good job and keep their jobs.. please do us all a favor and read the reviews and stop by unannounced and see for yourself how your business is suffering because of this work ethic you have employed... The doughnuts were great, as usual. But the line moved at a snails pace. The folks working there were nice, but oh my God I was waiting for 20 minutes. The line went outside and down the sidewalk.

The doughnuts are a delicious treat, however, customer service super lacking. :( this isnt the first time Ive had negative customer service at this location. Its a shame, because other Krispy Kremes Ive had great customer service experiences.I placed an online order and it still took 15 minutes to get it. (The line was super long, they are still restricting occupancy, - which other customers did complain about. My order wasnt ready when the online order was scheduled for. )

First thing I said to the worker when I walked in was good morning and I was greeted with a stare. Then when we ordered an iced coffee she poured hot coffee into a cup of ice I’m not sure we if that’s how y’all do it but now I have a watered down black coffee and that’s not what I wanted but due to the workers attitude I didn’t want to speak up; I wanted to leave. On the receipt the name is Bobbie I’m not sure if that’s who was helping me, it was a young lady with glasses.

My glazed Krispy Creams were fresh and wonderful. Only negative is I could have done without the March green St. Pats colored donuts. But still yummy!

This Krispy Kreme is a very busy place. Parking is horrible. But we are there for the delicious donuts. They do have great service there as well.

When I walked through the door. I saw the most beautiful black queen working there. I come in just to see her. Her hair was long when I first saw her but now I guess she’s going for a new look. Long or short hair she’s a beauty inside/outside. Her attitude was mind blowing. Usually pretty girls have bad attitudes. She was knowledgeable about the quality, quantity, and prices. I wait to be seen by her only. I asked her name and she replied “Takara”. Tried to leave a $20 tip, but unfortunately the business doesn’t allow them to receive tips. Which is terrible. Do better!!! If she wasn’t working here, I wouldn’t return. Next time asking for her cash app. Plus the doughnuts are great. When you call the store it says there hot light is on til 11am but Takara informed me it between the hours of 5am -10am and again from 5pm - 10pm. Keep up the wonderful work beautiful lady. Not to mention I send her flowers. But she’s not interested in me but still polite. She mentioned a survey on the receipt so I had to leave a review. See you soon☺️

FYI, walked in to order six donuts not 5 minutes ago, 6-10 12:30pm, person at the counter was helping a group of four, I walked to the cash register person who was on their cell phone ignoring everybody. Ask if I could get six glazed to go, she pointed at the person helping the group of four, said shell help you and went back to her phone, so I just left without ordering.
