I brought in a laptop that was very slow and was in need of a tuneup. I was able to set up an appointment time, online, to drop it off to have it diagnosed which saved me time by not having to wait my turn in line nor having to drive to The Apple Store in Orlando.Lee was so nice, she explained the process and said shed call with a quote. A half hour later I got a phone from her with a very reasonable quote for what had to be done. I left the laptop there on a Friday and had it back, running like it was new, Monday PM!Great job folks!Thanks very much to all!

Speedy service the other day, my iphone which is my main work tool was back to me within a half day! For environmental reasons as well as convenience, I like to keep my same iphone and Macbook for as many years as possible rather than buy new, and Bit Tek has consistently delivered super repairs. Best Buy told me my MacBook mic was kaput and they, also, did not work on Apple products over 5 years (mine just went over). For a second opinion I called Bit Tek and talked to Jennifer. After I dropped it off, Christian called and said all I needed was a small wire replaced and a cleaning which they did at a reasonable price.. If you have an Apple laptop that needs help I highly recommend them.

I called Bit Tek about problems that I was having with my MacBook Pro today, that I thought it had a battery problem. I had purchased a battery and was going to replace it myself, but the more I read about doing that, the less I thought that I should try it, and I thought I might have other issues too. Jennifer said they werent busy today and told me to bring it right in. I told her I would return the battery thinking they might have their own parts and markup and I didnt expect that they would use my parts, but she said bring it in. She replaced my severely bloated battery, checked it all it for malware and viruses, and said that my trackpad was fine and didnt need to be replaced at all. I am thrilled with the way it is working now, like brand new! And it was done in just a couple of hours so that I could get right back to work today. Now, I would never expect that kind of service from any place, so I wanted to write this review to thank her and Bit Tek, and to let all of you that might be looking for help with your computer what a great job they did, at a great price! VERY HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE. DO NOT GO THERE.I have given 2 of my laptops here for repair. Christian Barrett has made their conditions more worse and gave it back to us. Jennifer on the other hand wants the proof of their poor work. When we provided the pictures of our laptops Before & After we gave it to them she did not take any step to resolve it.Second, in dealing with this husband and wife, they dont care what customer wants, they will force the custoimer to approve what they know. They go to a personal level for that. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save yourself the trouble and do business elsewhere.

Christian has always gone over and beyond to assist me with my computer issues. My computer is the core fo my business, so It has to be up and running at all times. I would recommend him hands down!

This place is totally awesome. They restored my daughter’s Mac back to life and saved me several hundreds of dollars after Apple told me it would cost that much money ( $$$) to repair. My PC got a virus and wouldnt boot up they fixed it in one day and it runs better then new. Talked to my brother about what happened he couldnt believe the price. He is an IT professional in Chicago He said it would have cost a few hundred dollars at the places they use or using the geek squad. It was only $79 and like I said before it runs better then new. They are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service provided. My computer I thought was toast when I went to go turn it on and nothing happened. I first went to the geeks at best buy, they quote me almost $300. I said no thanks. Found bit tek and I figured I would get a quote. Not even an hour later I get a call with them telling me it was ready to be picked up. I get down there ready for a big bill when they tell me no charge. I could not believe it. These guys are awesome, dont even waste your time with the other geeks.

Bit Tek saved me hundreds of dollars; My cell phone carrier told me my iPhone 6S was damaged and that I should upgrade to an iPhone 7 at an additional cost, Bit Tek found that my cell phone had a defective SIM card which is a covered item by the carrier. We went to another carrier store location that was Factory Authorized and my phone worked after a new SIM card was put in. Bit Tek quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem, and saved me big money.

DO NOT USE!!!!Gave this company 3 tablets to be repaired for a corporation, in September explained that it could take 30- 90 days for corporate office to cut a check to them. They were OK with that at the time. In November they then tacked on an additional $263 dollar Storage fee for 3 8 tablets & chargers. My corporate office cut a check for All in January. Now we are in the middle of April and after not only paying the complete amount for repairs but also an additional $263 storage fee, we still do not have the tablets. 7 months this company has had these items and still not complete. All I can say is RUN! If it wasnt for my corporate office already paying for this I would be super pissed.

Do not get your electronics fixed here! I took my daughters iphone7 here to get her cracked screen fixed and the phone started shutting off and on the very same day. Now the phone doesnt allow you to do anything. Basically its not a touch screen anymore! I went to Apple and they said whoever fixed your phone switched the batteries and its over heating! Its not worth it $150 I paid them and they refuse to refund!Look at the reviews going back years, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Youve been ruining expensive electronics for years! N have the nerve to get into a females face trying to intimidate someone, if that were a male Im pretty sure you would have stayed in your seat! Karma is real. There was NOTHING wrong with the actual phone other than a cracked screen.

I brought my Samsung tablet to Bit Tek Solutions to replace a port. Five days later they informed me that they broke my glass screen. Every week for 10 week I was given one excuse after another as to why the did not fix the part they had broken. 10 weeks later I received my tablet in the mail with the broken screen and they did not replace the port. I was charged a deposit of $53.18 and not refunded. Not only did they brake my glass screen they did not fix the port. Taking it to another place to see if there are more issues that they caused.

I know this man personally and he is not one to scam anybody. If you have a problem with him, talk to him directly and see what can be worked out. Im sure he would be willing to negotiate.

Having problems getting my printer to work with my computer, i found bit tek on thumtack and explained the problem. what i liked about christian is that although he made no money off of helping me and i do believe he didnt expect to, i think he realized i could fix it myself, he was there to offer moral support with my frustration. he answered any and all of my questions with patience and thoroughness and in the end guided me to what was eventually the problem. thanks christian.

I gave my tablet for repair a cracked screen. The first price was $ 120 a week later they called me and said that the cost would be $ 280. After the repair, I found out that the screen has a lift, scratch and there is dirt under the screen. I feel cheated. Do not recommend to apply to bittek solution. And it is not a joke. I think no one wants to get over $ 280 bad replacement screen.

I was traveling down the ICW on the east coast of Florida on my boat when my iPhone decided to act up. It quickly became unusable and my main navigation app, Garmin BlueChart wouldnt work. I stopped in Daytona and walked to Bit Tek. That took my iPhone overnight and called me the next day. All ready, they said. It was a minor adjustment to the screen and they didnt charge me a cent. Great service and my phone works again. Thank you, thank you.

Very decent place. Had a PC tower and a MBP serviced and the MBPs hard drive cable had failed and while they could have lied and said the whole HD needed replaced, they did the decent thing and were honest. They are 2 mins and a straight shot off of the end of I-4. I would certainly reuse this company and I drive from Deltona to get there.

I have used bittek since they first opened at me and my fathers shop constantines pizza house, two years later i found my own pizza shop on beachside corleones famouse new york pizza and gyros. The work bittek has done for me over the years has been great, not only great work but when i was struggling my first year they did alot of work for free that other places would have charged for!

Not happy with the repair on my computer. Sicker than it was.**Look Again Sir...The name was under Alan (Aj) Young. The problem was the screen went out & keyboard malfunction. That does work now but the computer itself is buggy now, which it never was. Plus upon startup theres several programs that announce their failing now.

You may want to think twice before taking your tablet in to be repaired. I took my iPad 2 in for a cracked screen (something was dropped on it, it hadnt been dropped) on a Saturday. With the understanding it would be done on Monday. I get a call Monday that they had torn/snipped a wire and needed to wait for a part and that it would be 5 days or so before it would be ready... Okay. I go and pick it up, when I get it home I see that the glass is not really fitting and is lifting up on the corners, it isnt registering touch consistently, the home button is taking 2 or so pushes to register. I take it back in, they apologize and agree to fix it as its under their warranty. I leave and get a call that night that they had torn/snipped another wire. So it would be a couple days. Starting to get worried about their competency at this point, but am understanding. When I go to pick it up, I see the glass is still lifting off and insist they fix it while Im there. Christian, the owner, steps in apologizes, and assures me he wants to do right and fix it, offers to bring it to me at work when its done. I tell him its okay and that I just really need it fixed. Its fixed in a few days, I pick it up, and dont have time to look at it more than a few seconds. The next day, Jen, Christians wife calls me to check on it. I tell her that its fine, because it looks like it is. The next day I am able to start using it... The screen is constantly registering touch at the bottom, the camera is inexplicably black all the time... And the kicker, the screen is still lifting off. I call immediately to let them know its having issues and Id be in the following Monday. I go in and politely ask them for a refund so I can put that money towards a working one, I had been understanding up until this point, but after 3 failed attempts and more issues than I brought it in with, it wasnt going to work out. Mind you, this whole process has left me ipad less (my only computer) for 3ish weeks. He told me it wasnt their policy to offer refunds and that he would try to fix it for me (hes sure to tell me this is a courtesy, because he didnt have to) for a 4th time. I told him that I didnt want to try a 4th time. He said thats all he could do. I said that was understandable, but its also understandable that Im not happy with how this has gone and will be letting everyone know my negative experiences. He told me that they dont take kindly to threats and at this point his wife, Jen, starts raising her voice and yelling at me...calling me a liar (because I told her it was fine on the phone, a mistake on my part) and saying this is ridiculous. Christian is trying to calm his wife down, because really who yells at a customer? And he lets me know that his offer stands to fix it for a 4th time but thats all. So I tell him I will pass and leave. I get a call and email apologizing again (saving face because of his rude wife?) and offering to buy my iPad. I appreciate the effort but seriously too little too late. I have no desire to return or see them again. So after all of this Im out $84 bucks, my time and have an unusable iPad. Thanks guys! My advice... Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst place ever! I took a computer to them & first they were just checking it to see the price for fixing it, then I called the & they had lost the computer!! When I called back they told me to come get it .. once I called again they sent me a statement for the computer sitting for 220$ but never inform me that would be a fee for a computer just sitting in the shop!! They then informed me I couldn’t get the computer back at all but just told me the week before I could come get it !!

These people told me that the person i talked to a few days prior wasnt in town and wouldnt return for another week and a half. Supposedly they couldnt help me because he was the only person who knew how to work through this kind of repair. I saw the guy who wouldnt be back for over a week in the back of the shop. obviously hes not out of town.

Very professional and kind people who genuinely want to help! I called Best Buy and to fix my laptop would take at least a week. Bit Tek fixed it in less than 48 hours for half the price! I’ll definitely only be going here from now on.
