All right I wanted to wait a little bit to give a response because this is something pretty important. When it comes to something that separates you from the ground this is where you want to spend your money.Ive been into the store a few times and the staff was never pressuring very patient very explanative to everything that was going on and that was happening deal wise.I got a basic frame and a super supportive mattress upgrade from the regular. The frame took a minute to figure out in a way that I would not scrape paint from the bottom but honestly the stability and structure of it all is amazingly strong.Theres plenty of space-saving and when you go to lay down at night if you use this as a sleeping mattress it actually feels like a bed despite it being sat on all day. Always best to air it after sitting for a minute but its ready to go immediately and they are willing to install it for you as well as deliver it within a radius of reasonable distance.I have absolutely no regrets and I tell everybody whos looking for a futon about this place. Because the futon here isnt just a crummy mattress its an actual quality bed, and couch.I have Crohns disease which means I have arthritis in my lower back at the age of 32. I sleep like the dead in this beautiful thing and I will likely keep it for as long as I can before going back. And thats exactly the kind of furniture you want.Thank you guys for your professionalism, your friendliness and patience.Worth every penny and then some.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We bought a futon cover which was nice and thick with palm trees. They had great art work which will have to come back for another day!
