I like these types of stores. I was a regular here at the mall and never experienced the bad customer service til the day they opened up late, didnt return my call, and was rude when I asked what time they closed later. They Def lost a customer who has spent alot at that store. Theres a bother about two miles away and they treat their customers with respect. Its sad because I really liked this place til I saw. Customer service is above and beyond my expectations. very friendly, greeted immediately when I walked through the door. And greeted every customer that came after with as much enthusiasm as he did with me. Answered all my questions eagerly and had vast understanding of his inventory. I invite you to check his store the next time your in the area.

Really rude guy behind the counter. No helping us find what we needed. He used a bit of vulgar language which is whatever but the whole fact that it was about a previous customer that was purchasing a bunch products was a bit rude. If you want to shop at clustered store that has very poor customer service this is the store for you.
