Great store for gifts. I bought some shirts and you can find a huge variety of stuff in there. The price is in avarege.

Lady took us in out the rain made bunch custom shirts for wife and I and friends spend sum good money here ...

Went to buy my mother in law a bathing suit who has a chronic disease and couldn’t get out to buy her own but really wanted to get in the ocean. First experience was great friendly service with a cool cashier guy. The bathing suit was pricey at $50 but it was convenient. Then, the bathing suit didn’t fit her when we got it home. So next day we went to exchange it for something else. We had the receipt and bag it came in. When we brought it up to the cashier lady, who looked like she had been up for days on some kind of drug, yelled at us that the bathing suit wasn’t from that store. We told her it was and the receipt is in the bag. She went all the way across the store to find the rack it came from. She got an attitude with my husband. We went ahead and exchanged it for something else that was way more than we spent the first time. She still had an attitude when we checked out. Then she followed us all the way to our car and said she couldn’t keep the old bathing suit because there was something on it. Very hateful lady. She needs to take a nap before she comes back to work from a drug bender.

Staff was great to work with, selection and prices better than most on the strip.Revision.Caution.. sizes seem to be Asian, so go up a couple...oops... lmao

Cashier was super rude and the prices are not labeled correctly. Display prices were low but when we went to the counter, prices were way more expensive.

I am pretty sure the cashier called me an a**hole in Spanish! See she didnt know that I can understand Spanish! Funny how that works.

Called and spoke with the manager about a shirt that I got from there that the letters were coming off.Was told to come in any time that she’d write my name down and I could either get a refund or a different shirt.. went in and was greeted by a rude woman because the shirt was wet from walking into the store news flash it was RAINING! The shirts not been worn what so ever I highly recommend not going here their stuff is clearly cheaply made!

The conditions in which the turtles and hermit crabs are kept is abhorrent and should be considered abuse.

The man who works in this store gives a terrible service. At the time I was in the store, he was on his cell phone. He didnt take care of us.There was a co-worker with him, and he scream at her and treated her really bad. The store was full of customers and I dare say that 70% of the people in the store wasn’t wearing a mask. In this store they don’t have prevention of COVID.

Isnt allowed to try the clothes, but there is no use of masks?!No sense...

False advertising in the window and no service. Prices are not cheap either.Edit based on owner comments: it says in the window Shark tooth necklace 2.99$ there was no such thing, not even close. I think the closest was 7.99$ which is more than double.Regarding the staff, they where busy discussing their own lives and did not pay attention to any of their customers. Once we got to the cash register they where nice enough but thats it.The prices... While its true that I did not canvas all of the other gift shops in the region, you cant say that the prices are cheap, 35$ for a sweatshirt, thats not cheap. I did not say that the prices where fair, I just said that they are not cheap.I will change my rating to 2 starts because I do think that reviewing ratings is good.

Used to love this shop its close to the resort we stay at but prices have went up and the staff is not friendly. The girl who worked last night was very rude.

This place is awesome!!! They have every little souvenir you could think of. They even have hermit crabs and little turtles for sale. The lady we dealt with was one of the nicest people weve met and was very helpful with things to do around the area

Will never return ! Looked cute on outside! Walked in and found three bathing suits I wanted to try on. I said can I try these on... the lady said “ no you can’t these are jr. Suits. Lady suits are on other wall!” I was SO offended that My husband and I left! Way to make a sale lady! Went to next store and bought three suits! I think it should be up to the customer what they want to try on and wear! I am Beautiful inside and out .... However this store is not! Just shows you can’t judge a book by its cover!

I gave them 1 star because it would not let me give them 0 stars.Very cheap items in store. The items are not of good quality, bracelets come apart within one day of wearing them. We bought a boogie board, used it for an hour, kept it in the shade and it produced a big bubble. Went back to lazy gator beachwear, they would not exchange it, I asked them where there no refund or exchange sign was and they said they do not need one. I suggest you pass this store by, there are so many other stores you can go to with better service and ones that do care about your business.

Some things over priced, others very affordable. They definitely have many interesting things inside to look at. Great for beach supplies or souvenirs! Clerk was nice.

I keep coming back to the same place since they have a great selection and don’t kill you on the price. Towel was cheaper than Walmart!

The t-shirts were so cheap you could see through them. But the turtles were cute. I wonder how many of them live past the second day out of the store?

It says this place closes at 11 on internet lady was rude and kicked us out at 9 saying she was there since 9 in the morning and spoke over me saying goodbye, goodbye! She didn’t either care that she lost about $40 of sales! Prefer to pay more elsewhere than be treated like that! Won’t be in business long with that type of service! The 1 star is for cleanliness, that’s it!

BEWARE!!!! Purchased shrink wrapped body board from here. Got down to beach and opened it. The strap was completely broken. They are refusing to exchange the item.Very poor customer service.

Now called lazy gators.Lady store associate extremely RUDE. We went in to purchase a turtle. Lady started yelling at my 19yo to not touch the turtles. My daughter never even came close to them. When we told her she didnt touch them. She said I thought see did. Never offered an apology. We walked out and made our purchase down the street

There were 5 of us in our party and we walked into the store a little past 8:30pm. One staff member greeted us as we walked in and we started to browse the store. The blonde haired lady, who would eventually become our cashier, was rather rude and clipped with her greeting so I naturally avoided the area she was in. Unfortunately, she felt the need to follow us around the store, staring rather rudely and when the kids were touching items, she immediately asked if they were purchasing them. I understand not allowing kids to play with items, but we had every intention of purchasing them, along with regular souvenirs to be taken back home. I ended up having the kids (ages 10-16) return to the car and proceeded to check out. I was embarrassed in how the staff treated us, observed how other customers with children were not discouraged from browsing and in general, felt pretty disgusted with the entire shopping experience. I have shopped all along the Daytona Beach strip all week and not once did I ever feel unwelcome as I did in this particular store. I definitely will make sure to tell everyone of our experience...word of mouth is the most powerful advertisement there is.

Went there this evening to get some souvenirs from my spring break trip. Shop was your typical Beach Shop. But every time I went to look at something I felt like I was shadowed by a store employee... and not in friendly customer service manner. They must have a problem with theft because I was watched like hawk! I felt so creeped out that I was offended by these clerks! I don’t look outlandish or a crackhead or anything I’m a pretty normal looking lady. I spent 40$ there but was so tempted to take things back simply for how uncomfortable these people made me! I would go look at a shell or nick knack and this blonde lady would be feet away from me folding a shirt. Then I wandered over to the bathing suits because I saw they had larger cup bikini tops and she was over there too... like she followed me over the entire store. God forbid if I did look a thief lol! I still might return my stuff before I leave town and go somewhere else and get my souvenirs. Don’t go here every other shop I’ve been in down here did not treat me like this!

I asked to get a design on a sweatshirt made and it was was not done right when i pulled it out of the bag.

The employee’s followed us around the store he entire time. They spoke Spanish and assumed I couldn’t understand that they were talking about us in Spanish. They were telling each other I was carrying something in my hand. I put everything I had back and left. Horrible customer service.
