I had 5 beer mugs engraved. Price was very reasonable. Engravings were done in 1 hour. Love this place!!

Terrible customer service, came in around 6pm looking for a last minute gift for my husbands promotion. The young lady behind the counter was on her phone the entire time except when I asked a few questions, And for assistance in finding 2 products one of which they were out of and the 2nd I wouldn’t know because she got distracted by her loud belligerent sister rudely interrupting us while she was assisting me. In the midst of searching for the 2nd item I asked about she went straight to the cash register and started helping her friend/sister. I would’ve appreciate it if she asked me to wait a minute or two while she checks out the next customer, but NOTHING!Will not go back there again!

Jessica at the Valusia Mall location was the BEST! She took my order over the phone and had it prepared for shipping within 15 minutes. The gift was prepared to be picked up by UPS minutes after the personalization. The package should arrive in Jacksonville tomorrow! Thanks again Jessica!!!

Unique personalized gifts. Bit pricey for some items like the pens based on quality of the items but overall if looking for jewelry boxes and such this place is a nice option

Very nice store

Very disappointed. Not a good experience at all. I was taking a glass locket in that I ordered online to have etched and filled in remembrance of my 13 year old dog that just passed away. I was waiting outside the store on a Sunday just a little after noon when it was supposed to be open. The girl arrived late to open and apologized. She asked if I was picking up and I said no, I was bringing something in to have engraved. While she was rushing around the store I walked around for a little bit to let her get settled in. Then I stood at the counter waiting while she was typing on the computer, she looked at me a few times but never offered to help me . Finally after about ten minutes and her asking another customer if she could help them but still not acknowledging me, I asked if I should come back later. Then she finally helped me. I wanted my dogs name, the year he was born and passed, and a paw print or two. She said they probably couldnt do the paw print or it wasnt worth it, which disappointed me but I accepted. When I got the item back the engraving was completely off center and looked awful, and there would have been room for a paw print. She didnt even have me look at it and ask if I was satisfied with it. She just gave it to me and said, here you go. I would have been embarrassed to give that to a customer, especially when it cost over $20 to get it done. I would have offered to pay for a new one and redo it if it was me or a very good business. This was already a difficult time in my life and they made it worse. A little customer care and consideration would have definitely helped. I just want to cry right now. I would never take anything back there or recommend this place to anyone.

I took two of my own items there for engraving, and they did a great job! Customer service was top-notch, greeting me with a friendly smile as soon as I entered, and answered all questions knowledgeably. If I need engravings done in the future, I would definitely be back.

Today is Tuesday May 19, 2015. I went to the store located at the Volusia Mall. I went with the intention of buying a picture frame with engraving for my friends wedding. I walked in and was looking around to see where the frames were. There was a lady behind the counter speaking to another lady that I thought was a customer. It seems that she was there discussing a mutual friends personal life, from what I heard. I walked all the way to the back of the store, all the while they kept on talking, as I started walking back to the exit the lady behind the desk asked, Is there anything I can help you with? I answered, no and proceeded to walk out the door. I just want someone to know that for a business that did not seem to be busy at the time would go above and beyond to make sure that ANYONE walking in through your door should be acknowledged. Im very disappointed and will probably not return for this reason alone. I dont understand how employees can just sit there while customers come in and out and still stand there speaking with their friends. Im sure that anything that was being discussed in front of me could have waited until a later time. Maybe after hours. I understand that things happen but unless its a true emergency those kind of conversations should wait. Im not saying that this was not an emergency. Im just saying that from what I heard, it could have waited.

Great place to fine just the right gift.

0 stars for me. I walked in there last night at 8:07pm, not a person around except the guy working. I wanted to have my bestfriends name put in the lower right corner of a bible I had just bought at BAM. Now mind you, this is kind of a significant gift for me to the woman I hope to marry someday. As I am pulling it out of the BAM bag the guy sees its a bible and immediately says we dont do bibles in a snooty tone. I was floored to say the least. He would rather turn down my money then put someones name on a Christian bible. What a joke! I will never do business there and I hope others boycott them as well. Shame on these people.

The young lady who helped me was very distracted with engraving. The first time I needed help I interrupted, however the second time I stood behind her for a few minutes until she realized I was there. I described what I wanted and she set it up for me on the screen. She was unable to save it for future use as the item I wanted wasnt in stock. She offered to call me when the item arrived, so we could get it how I wanted. I thanked her and made the purchase. I called a week later to find the item was in, ready to be picked up... already engraved. I thought to myself, be positive she knew what you wanted. Well its not. They are not a location that lives up to the customer service I have received at other Things Remembered.
