This shop has great personality, however they price gouge everything! 50.00 for a box of 50 9 mm ammo...seriously guys! Challenge coins for 15 bucks when on base, theyre 10.00 or less. If I could rate it a negative, I would.

I stop at GI Jeffs every year when I go down in October to biketoberfest. They have always Ben extremely nice and helpful.. I Look forward every year to stop and by and see in what Im going to buy. Cool store been coming in for at least 3 years made many purchases ... but here lately Ive noticed they are buying into the CHINA Products instead of American made ... Best place for camouflage clothing. And one of the most important spot you have to pass by if you are in Daytona beach. Their stuff is number one quality. And staff are really decent.

Have Been Going to Gi Jeffs for Years. For my Husbands 70th Birthday, he wanted the new SIG P 365. I checked with maybe 10 different places and not one wanted to be bothered with my order. Then it hit me, try, Gi Jeffs. The owner Al told me to give him a few days. The day before the Birthday, Al called me and said that he would have the gun on my Husbands Birthday. Sure enough, he did and my Husband Totally Loved the Surprise. Best of all, he LOVES the Gun.. Thank You Gi Jeffs. In my Book, only place to purchase Guns. You Guys are Awesome. Just Saying...

Today i stopped by this store to get a small folding shovel for my metal detecting hobby instead of buying one online and give local businesses a priority. When i went in there and tried to see how i could carry this folding shovel on my person (nice FL day, so i rode the motorcycle and met up with the wife who forgot my bookbag was in her car and she went home and never got my phone call) and i set the shovel on the back counter to grab my helmet off of the counter i set there until i found what i needed and the lady there grabbed the shovel off of the counter and said il just put this up here by the register so you can uh, pay for it. Look, i know youre in a bad part of town seeing as theres bars on the windows but assuming someones gonna run out of there and not pay for a $15 shovel? she happened to compliment me on my $350 helmet and saw the $250 Go Pro camera on it too. This isnt the first time ive been there and purchased something but this time will certainly be the last. Just get whatever you need from either Florida Gun exchange (another great local gun store) or on the internet; not as fast but definitely better experience.

Walked in with a backpack since a friend and I were riding our motorcycles and was approached by the cashier and her choice of words made us feel like we were attempting to steal from this store. Mind you, I am currently serving in the military and is clearly shown by my appearance and demeanor. After browsing, we realized the store was overpriced for practically everything. We will not be returning to this location for anything

Guy sold me a gun and told me what ammo to buy. They didnt work for my gun. Went back to just try to exchange for the right ammo and he tells me ammunition is the only thing they dont return or exchange. Thats bad business

Ive have bought a few items there but the other day I went there one of there sales person was so much of a smart a## to this guy who wanted to buy 22 ammo. Instead of showing what he had in stock he ask how many rounds what brand hollow points or reg went on and on about what he had. If I would of been that customer I would of turned right around and walked out. It turn me off so much instead of looking around and walk out. Its sad I have always dealt with Josh and he has always been helpful. I dont know who this new sales person is but he needs listen instead of being such a smart A$$.... This turned me off of this place and not sure if or when I will give them my business again.

Was in Daytona for my nieces wedding late September and it just got away from me to get this review done! My 18 yr old NEEDED to stop in here even though we couldnt buy any guns but we could buy knives & more! These guys had the LARGEST selection of Benchmade knives we had ever seen in one spot! Our son left for the Navy since and I got an awesome Navy Mom plate, a constitution sign and honestly they had so much to choose from we got alot more & had to bring it all back on the plane! Everyone in the family had a great trip to G.I. Jeffs. I often get offended in these types of stores because they dont cater to women but these guys did and the staff was awesome. The family watch dog never stopped lapping the store keeping an eye out for everyone! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year and thank you for contributing to my sons knife collection! GO NAVY

Stopped in here to look for a new pair of desert boots and was not impressed by the service - they kind of ignored me and acted like it was a bother to help me out. Checked out the selection and found the prices to be very expensive. Ended up checking a place next door and ended up getting the $119 boots here for 90 bucks.

The last 2 times I went in there, I was lied to, as if Im an idiot. Which only leads me to believe, they must think everyone that walks in the door, are idiots. They tried to have me believe PMC and Federal are the same, and when I confronted him with my knowledge of the fact that PMC is made in KOREA and Federal is made in the USA, he stumbled around, trying to find something to say.. But he couldnt because he knew he was caught.The recent rush to buy AR-15s and their ammo has indeed created a short supply of 223/556 ammo. With that said, I think charging 17 dollars for a 20 rnd box of WOLF ammo (usually 5-6 bucks/20 rnd box) is incredibly ridiculous. They are taking PRICE GOUGING to a whole new level. But not just WOLF ammo, everything in the store is horribly over priced.They dont buy/sell military surplus ! They sell Chinese knock-offs. There is plenty more I can gripe about, like the arrogant attitude of the staff.But I will end it there for now. Before I write a whole book here.In conclusion, G.I. Jeffs needs new staff and owner.Garbage shopping experience..They have lost my business FOREVER.

I bought something on an auction from them. I paid immediately. It has been about 6 weeks and all I get is “call you tomorrow” “the guy is not here” “the guy is with a customer” “it’s in the mail”. They have hung up numerous times. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

The companys website is supposedly down and has been for years. However, there is no way of knowing this and when I placed an order, it charged my card anyway. When I called to complain when the product never arrived, I was given a real attitude on the phone. Then, when I showed up at the store to pick up the purchase, I was berated by the owner/manager and he refused to refund the credit card when I told him I no longer wanted to patronize his store. Awful, awful service. I have never been treated this poorly by another business in my entire life.

If you are African American, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had an FFL transfer, the owner through the paper work at me, I had to constantly ask what part of the form to fill out. Owner would not shake my hand even after doing business with me. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

Man has no customer service skills. Very derogatory and rude. Will drive to Sanford or Casselberry to Als Army Navy before I ever go back.

Ordered ammo via their website and was shipped the wrong item. Getting them to return the shipment has turned out to be a huge hassle and they wont cross ship the correct item to me. It will take 4 weeks to get the item I ordered if I ever actually get it. Buyer be warned!

These people have very bad customer service they are not accountable for the items they sell I bought an airsoft gun from them and it broke after being used for one day they refused to take it back but said they would call the warranty in for me to see if they could get a new part for it well its been 3 weeks these people do not call back when they say they will they do not care about the costumers they wouldnt even give store credit after me saying I no longer want the item horrible horrible store and people i do not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
