Excellent Customer Service

Excellent computer service. They built a desktop computer for me about 4-5 years ago to play games on and the parts they recommended for me were excellent. Since then I have come in to get new parts put in (upgrading no broken parts). Each time they put them in correctly and Ive never had an issue with my computer. There is NO ONE I trust more with my desktop than these guys when it comes to parts or repair. They are nice, professional and skilled at what they do. If you want a computer custom built and you want it done right I highly recommend them.

This was my first time working with Total Computing Solutions. I had a problem with my computer in the middle of a serious project and needed prompt assistance. Everyone there was great and very helpful. They got me up and going again quickly and I am extremely grateful for that. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future as a family in whatever projects come up.

The customer service and pricing are fair for the high quality skills that they offer. They are also willing to tackle complex projects in person so you dont have to locally outsource your tech and then deal with large calling banks for so-called customer service. If you need a local tech team, these are your guys!

Really prompt service, extremely impressed with the staff’s professionalism and knowledge. They explained the repairs my laptop needed in a way I could understand, they took the time to walk me through proper back-up techniques and didnt try to sell me extra products.

Took my wifes computer there to see why it randomly shut off. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the different things we could do to help the problem. Good experience... And the screen cleaning was nice added touch. Thank you!

Absurd price. Had a motherboard that shorted and did not feel like building the computer a second time so i brought it here, the first charge just for building was over 250 dollars! 1 hour worth of work, yet they held it for 3 days! I had brought them my windows key to activate windows assuming they have plenty of windows installation media to use, i didnt bring my own usb and they charge me 150 to install windows with MY key! If you have a simple computer task such as building and installing windows head elsewhere as this company will just swindle you and overcharge well beyond the work that they put in. If i could give 0 stars i would.

We moved to De Pere early this year and having built a new home - everything had to be set-up. Being in our 60s this was a daunting task. And having moved from a city where we were 5 minutes from an Apple Store made us very nervous since there isnt one near here. Thank God we happened onto Total Computing Solutions. They set-up our systems and even fixed a computer for a very reasonable fee. I am so happy to have found them and will most certainly use them in the future

Im not really comfortable giving a star rating since it doesnt really feel like I had a proper experience with them, but thats kind of my issue. My PC was not posting due to my motherboard not having an update that made my 2nd Gen Ryzen CPU compatible. Ive gone through this before with my first build and the PC repair shop I took it to in Lansing did it for free. Total computing solutions charges $40 just to bring it in for a diagnosis which I thought was fine, I never felt great about not having to pay for the previous place.So I told two separate employees that it just needs a bios update with a compatible CPU and a day or two later they call me and tell me that I need a compatible CPU to boot up the drive and that it would cost $250-ish dollars to do so. I decided that was bonkers and unacceptable since I could buy a low end am4 socket CPU or an actual 2nd Gen Ryzen Mobo for less than $100. So essentially I just paid them $40 to tell me what I already know.When I picked up my computer the next day the guy gave me good alternative options like contacting the retailer for an RMA or contacting AMD for a free boot kit, stuff I wish they told me for I dropped $40 dollars to hear an echo. Frustrating stuff. Then I called another IT place and the guy estimated that it would cost $30 to for the same procedure.What Im trying to convey is that if you have a minor issue with your PC with an extremely easy fix I cannot recommend taking it to Total Computing Solution even if you just want to get it out of the way. And if you have the same issue I did, RMA the motherboard or get a free boot kit from AMD. I repeat RMA the motherboard or get a free boot kit from AMD. To all the gamer boys and jirls in Brown County keep your $40. As for their other services I cannot comment on it and I assume they do a fine job.

Co-worker recommended these guys. Ive built computers and am pretty proficient, but was stumped when my computer took an electrical spike. I had replaced the power supply, case, and mobo/cpu to no avail. I took it in to TCS to diagnose. Turns out my new power supply worked, but would fail when a load was put on it. They diagnosed quickly and fixed it for a reasonable price. They were friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them. Location is good for Green Bay and De Pere. Thanks TCS!
