Ordered a snickers blizzard and they made it with vanilla ice cream, which killed it! Subpar service.

Pros: They had plenty of staff. The prices are fair and they are fast.Cons: staff behaves as though they do not want to be there.

I couldnt get my smoothie yesterday, saturday. The blender was broken. We went out as a family, myself my husband and my 10 yr. old daughter. We were all so disappointed. This has never happend before. This was our go to spot for smoothies. 🙁

Great food and desserts, and there set up for social distancing is optimal, long line but moved fast.

Ordered triple chocolate brownies and they said we dont have today then ordered five chocolate ice cream instead, got five vanilla chocolate ice cream instead, I told the window employee that I ordered chocolate not vanilla as my kids love chocolate only she said you said vanilla which was wrong and that way she call me a lier then she asked me to throw away the ice cream so she give me the chocolate ones which was stupid that she thought I said that to have double ice cream count lol, customer service is horrible in that branch, employees are rude, was a horrible experience.

I have always gotten the Large Cherry dip, in a cup. My favorite.

They stand around and eat and dont help the customers then have funky attitudes and be looking for a tip

I arrived here @ 8:45 and there was 2 young ladies giving another customer his order. As I patiently waited for my order to be taken both ladies walked straight pass me and my son and walked to the back. Now time went pass and more customers started to come and still no workers. We rung the bell and knocked on the window nothing. Finally at 8:55 the ladies come to the front and yelled out the window we closed. I asked why couldn’t she have told us that earlier she went on the yell because they was in the back closing up and shut the window. Very unprofessional and rude never will they see another dollar of mines.

Great sweet treats, for those hot summer days and nights. I recommend this as a sweet street destination

All the originals plus some new items. Ultimate Frappe was outstanding. They have chili dog combos and happy hour specials. Worth every penny. If you love ice cream, do yourself a favor.

Ice cream disappointing

This place is easy to spot from the main road, and it tastes like any other dairy queen, great for a to go snack.

Employee making the desserts does not have a mask on. He is wearing it down around his chin. Had to tap on window and ask for him to wear his mask. It is not hot out. He is wearing long pants and a hoodie so obviously he wasnt overheated. Unacceptable to not be wearing a mask when you are making food!!!!!!

Ice cream always taste so good especially on the first warm days of the year. The girls at the dairy Queen didnt know what an upside down banana split was hey, and then proceeded to tell me oh thats called a layered Sunday. At first they asked me if I meant some kind of flurry, I said no and had to explain it to them. Then I asked for a turtle and the girl said to me once again you mean a flurry. I said no you know what comes in a cup and its a layer of chocolate and fudge and pecans and ice cream . Then she proceeds to give me a teeny tiny little cup with a bunch of fudge and caramel at the bottom ice cream in the center and pecans on top you. I had to ask for nuts whipped cream and a cherry on top of the banana splits, and got charged extra. This is why I like the old mom and pop ice cream places, like dairy Dans on Wayne road. They know what youre asking for and you get what you want.

The horrible service started with the customer before me being mistreated over a blizzard🤔. The sign clearly states that your blizzard is served upside down, without spilling out or your next one is free. The young lady was served what could have been a slightly thickened cold soup (it poured out of the cup when tilted). She requested politely that it should be remade correctly and the manager (at least this individual claimed to be the manager) refused and stated that it was made the right way. The customer then requested her money back mind you the customer never became rude or irate. The employee/ manager demanded that she leave the premises or the police would be called. The customer moved to the side but remained at the facility, without any disruption. This rude individual called the police on this young lady. I tried to intervene and requested to leave my information for the owner and I was told that the owner was called along with the police. So there was no need and the so called manager walked away from the window. WOW

I have not been to dairy queen in a few years. I have always had pretty good experiences. But, today was different. The young lady was rude and act like she did not want to help, and was a bit sarcastic. Hopefully, this type of behavior will be dealt with from management. I wont be back.

I love the consistency across the board whenever I visit a DQ, I always order a turtle pecan cluster blizzard with extra chocolate plus coconut, have ordered it that way for years. Only once in about 10 years have I ordered & it was over chocolatey, as if I wanted it with chocolate ice cream I would order it that way. I like the vanilla ice cream with just the right amount of chocolate swirled in. This was one of those times however it was not the extra chocolate that caused the problem, the server explained this location does not serve coconut. I was initially dissapointed, but still ordered. It was the first trip of many for a quick spring/summer season. That gave me a different taste it was still very good but missing my umph flavor the coconut would have given.

Fantastic, only one person working and we were a group. She handled it with ease and enthusiasm.

Been going to the Dairy Queen since I was little, and I will continue to keep coming to this place lol. I always order the vanilla ice cream with cherry hardening, Oreo blizzard, and the banana split. One of my favorites

Service here is awful. Workers sit on counters and give you their attitude if you come after 9:40.Revision: the manager reached out to me and handled my complaint with positivity and professionalism. I will give this location another shot and hopefully edit this post.

Maybe this is something new, but I ordered a classic strawberry shortcake blizzard. What happened to the shortcake being all through the blizzard! They just put about 6 pieces on the top!!!😱

The ice cream is changed Soley so they can do a fancy turn it upside down trick some CEO dummy came up with, the ice cream is NOY the same fake flavor and weird texture, also employees lie, ordered a cookie dough w/ PB cup blizzard, got my blizzard asked if they had put the PB cup in it, he straight up said yes, dug around in the ice cream and of course none were there as when he called my order he only said cookie dough blizzard Why lie? They fixed it and gave another, but after that rather give my money to a mom and pop shop..

Service was terrible my blizzard was wrong and I told the young lady my blizzard looked like it wasnt even blended together she said with an attitude it was maam and walked away. Another employee took the blizzard from me and had them make it again and the same young lady when it was done said maam and sat it out the window on the counter and closed the window. To avoid a confrontation I just left. I will go to baskin Robin to get ice cream from now on.

Every time me and my husband go to here, the ice cream is more like ice milk. On other times the ice cream was not even frozen and they did not fill the bizzard cup 3/4 of the way. I done with this location, taking my business elsewhere.

I purchase three blizzards and was asked in advance of service for a tip. The blizzards I received were not like the pictures in the ads. The tops of the blizzards were below the cup line, and were mostly melted ice cream.

Google says they close at 10.. its 930 now and all the employees have the place closed.
