I’ve supported this place for over 5/6 years ... send many people to them all the time. This time, I went while in my hometown and the screen they replaced mine with is super cheap! The screen shakes, my kids pictures look like cartoons on the home page... I’m upset.

About an hour wait, however, the service is always rendered in a great way. Never had any issues, been going for over a year.

Horrible, i spent $250 because of my lcd screen and the first time they gave me it, the screen was making cracking noises like crazy and then they had to re-order and now its making less noises but now its typing on its own every time i try typing. NOT WORTH the $250.

ZERO STAR* Went in to get the glass on the back of my 8 plus fixed (which took 4 hours) and received it back with orange colored spots on the front screen. The back camera wasnt focusing and now it doesnt even work as well as other problems (I didnt have any other issues with my phone until I got it back from them). I took it back so they can fix what they did to my phone (took hours) and Im still having problems. The guy wanted to charge me an extra $20 for taking time to fix my phone on something that was their fault to begin with. I wasted $90, my gas going back and forth (living an half hour away), and my time and still ended up with a phone that has problems. Im NEVER stepping back into that place again and I DONT recommend anyone going there too. Thanks to them, I have to take my phone to a actual professional to spend more money to get my phone fixed the way it was supposed to begin with.

Always good customer service. Their products can be a bit janky sometimes. Bought a phone where the face id feature was failed and I couldnt use it. I then purchased a screen protector that said it was for my phone but when I opened it it wasnt. I cant even finesse and try and use it. So yeahh.....

So I come in with a locked iPhone 5s that has a shattered screen. I call the store and they tell me that they can fix my screen same day for 90 dollars. I drop it off and come back around 30 minutes later and he says its all done. I ask him how much it is to unlock it and he does it for just 10 dollars in 2 minutes! I had to go to Canada for a week but my screen started acting up and had a white hue on the screen. I couldnt see anything from the side and since I was in Canada I couldnt fix it. As soon as I came back I called and the worker said I should bring it in and hell see what he can do. I bring it in and he tells me the screen could have been faulty and replaces it for free! Now its working perfectly and Im very thankful for that. For real this is a great store and whoever might need something phone related should call this store first! Great customer support and super quick service! Would recommend this store to everyone!

I just moved to Dearborn and my iPhone screen wouldnt turn on/work and the earpiece wouldnt produce any sound. They fixed it within an hour for a fair price. Place seems honest and cordial, I will send any family/friends here in the future.

I went to Apple and they diagnosed my concern with the phone as a bad battery in my 5S. Was quoted $83 and considered this place to do the work after I found it was going to cost me about $40 just for the battery and tools, then Id have to do it. Called Planet Mobile and they said they could do it for $20. Took them about 25 minutes and bam, I had a replacement battery installed. Im charging the phone up as instructed and all seems to be good! Id recommend them! They have great prices. I bought iPhone headphones that retail $29 everywhere else for $15 from Planet Mobile Great place!! Great value!

I cracked my phone screen today on Easter called Planet Mobile. They told me they were about to close in a few but hey would wait for me go get to the location. Took me 30 mins to get there dude fixed my screen In 15 mins. With reasonable prices.

I gave them my iphone 7 yesterday night and they fixed the screen but not the mic on the phone and the owner said he was going to be there around 12 to 1 and only his kids were and now I couldnt do the trade in for another phone I recommend in some ways not all.

My screen was cracked they charged me 45 dollars and after I got it fixed all of a sudden my phone kept powering off over heating went back they said it was fixed but it was still doing it went back it was still doing it go back they said it’s unfixable went to a real store comes to find out they was taking my esd out of my phone and charged me 45 for a fix screen that they had to get on eBay that was 15 dollars
