Great prices for used open phones.

Gave them my Galaxy S10 with a cracked screen. Was told it would be 3-4 hours, but got it back in less than 2. Phone is back to life!

Partner and I both thought we had to trash our phones and get new ones. I could only take calls using speakerphone and he couldnt charge his phone or plug anything in it. Real pain in our necks. Im okay with paying for a phone but if i want to pay half cash half DEBT CARD your gonna have to tax on me on top of the tax for the phone??? Come on please think of the people BTW paying $250 using DEBT is a $15 dollar tax on top of the tax. I do not recommend coming here, then the kid has the nerve to have a smurk on his face while telling me hes gonna have to tax extra if im paying DEBT

They fix your phone in about 40 to a hour. And the price is reasonable. I took my oldest daughter phone in the other day right before they closed and they had it down the next day. The service was good also.

Very reasonable pricing and fast turnaround on repair

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Last time I broke my iPhone XR screen, I took it to a place Downriver and they broke my light sensor while fixing it, making it impossible to see my phone outside in the sun and took 4 hours to fix it!!! They charged me $100, which is reasonable for a phone screen repair (but not for breaking my sensor).This place fixed my sensor (for free) and screen in 40 minutes and charged me $80, which is AMAZING. Will recommend them to anyone I know who needs their phone screen fixed.

I took 40 minutes to get there to sell them my broke Phone and they said they dont buy phones BUT OUTSIDE THE DOOR IT SAID THAT THEY DID BUY PHONES😐🤦‍♂️ok then i asked them if they could fix my broken a10e and they didnt have parts for it? What a waste of my time im never going there again.

Purchased the phone from there everything was fine until I cracked my phone and paid 70 to repair it and Face ID stopped working now I have to take it to Apple and pay double the price for a whole new screen wouldn’t recommend repairing your phone here.

This is an excellent little place. When other places were telling me there was nothing they could do to fix my phone, this place fixed it quickly and cheaply. I also bought a refurbished phone from them for a good price and Ive had no problems with it. Seems like a good honest local business. I recommend.

Hands down the best and the most honest phone repair place I’ve ever seen!

I called in today to ask about getting information transferred from my damaged phone to my new phone as my backup is 3 months behind. A Yemeni guy answered the phone and said the screen needs to be fixed first and wanted to hang up, then I asked how much it cost, he said I dont know after asking in Yemeni the other worker (Hesham) he said $50 to purchase the phone $70 for the screen alone WHAT, I asked if the $70 for the screen included the labor, he said I am not sure, I said ok I will think about it and let you know about ordering it. He hungup the call before I even finished the statement. Wow man you are a champion for managing to be an Idiot and a disrespectful person and score a job answering calls for a phone repair shop.

This store is the only store in town who perform mother board repairs. They have all the necessary tools to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Very poor Phone service. I came in with an iPhone X that had a broken camera lens needing replacement. After taking the broken lens out they realized they don’t have the necessary part to fix it. So they took an old dirty camera lens out of a different iPhone X and installed that one. Whole ordeal took 90min. They continued to say don’t worry we will make it right which they clearly couldn’t.

My note5 stopped charging took there Kareem me told me the motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced. He replaced and had the phone ready next day. Awesome service and GREAT prices. I will for sure go back for any repairs or purchases. That is Kareem.

I got to be impressed at the skill level these guys have. I brought my phone completely destroyed and they still managed to get my files back to another phone. I headed into this store after the original shop Id tried didnt have the parts available on site my phone needed. I was very happy that not only was there a repair man available at SPR to diagnose my phones issues but I was told, We can have it ready for you in an hour. This was in the evening after 7 pm! I am patient so it wasnt a huge deal that the 1st store I tried didnt have the part(s) needed on hand. How great it was, tho, that this store I decided to check out last minute not only had the parts, but could have everything done before nightfall! Speed in repair-5 stars. Accuracy on diagnosis-5 stars. Cost of repair(s) & choice of accessories-5 stars. When SPR learned I was also interested in a couple other things I had been thinking of buying, they reduced my total cost without me even having to ask. Other customers were also in & out so its not as if this store is hurting for business. They also had a great supply of brand new unlocked phones, along w many accessories anyone could need. The repair tech & sales people seemed very knowledgeable about both Samsungs & iPhones (androids). All this service came with smiles, efficiency & sincere concern for their customers. Id recommend this store over any of the many Ive used over the last 25 years.
