I WENT STRAIGHT TO GOOGLE AN GOODLE RESIDENTIAL WINDOW REPAIR AND THIS MAN PAGE CAME UP GUYS WHEN I TELL YOU I HIT THE CALL BUTTON AND THIS MAN ANSWERED THE PHONE I SENT HIM PHOTOS AND HE WAS HERE IN 20MINS ON TOP OF THAT IT TOOK HIM NOT EVEN 45MINS TO FIX 3 OF MY BROKEN WINDOWS WHICH THEY LOOK BRAND NEW. IT WAS A ONE CALL THAT ALL. I DID NOT HAVE TO SEARCH ANY LONGER HE WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY CALL. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR YOU JUST SAVED THE DAY WITHOUT KNOWING I HAD A DEADLINE. HEAVEN SENT THANK YOU.

Mr. Lemons responded to the message I left him about needing window screens replaced, came the next day and measured for screens, said he would get back to me and......nothing. He did not respond when I followed up with him about the estimate he said he would prepare. Why did he waste his time and mine? I told him upfront what the job consisted of. If he didnt want the job, why not just tell me? Would not recommend.

We worked with Mr. Lemons to replace our picture window and are so happy we found him. Despite us leaving him a message after business hours, he responded immediately and came out the next morning to take measurements. We had estimates for 1/4 glass, tempered glass and laminate by 3pm the next day. The install was quick and very professional: absolutely no mess was left and we barely even have to touch anything up. The entire process from consult to install took about 9 days, but with Thanksgiving falling in the middle of that time and tempered glass taking longer in general to come in, I think that is an incredibly reasonable turnaround. We will definitely be recommending him to any friends, family or neighbors who need work done and will be happy to work with him again if we need any other glass jobs!

I called Mr. Lemons at 4:13pm because I needed a glass window installed.This installation was done and complete by 6:00pm. The job was done in a professional manner and with smaller children at the house their safety was his main concern. I did not feel taken advantage of by his pricing. This could have very well cost me double for what I paid. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

Called this service for a broken window and screen replacement. He came out a few times l, finally got the broken window replaced. The screens we are still waiting 4 months. Never heard back from him

I literally never write reviews, but Calvin is more than deserving. I called him on Thursday afternoon, he was at my home on Friday to measure and order the glass replacement for my window, and he replaced it on Monday. Im one of those crazy people who likes to watch the entire process because Im always interested in learing about something new. Calvin took the time to show me each step and point out all of the little things he does to make sure replacing the window goes off without a hitch. His attention to detail and his years of experience are second to none. He was recommended to me by a local glass manufacturer and his prices beat all competitors I received quotes from. After working with Calvin, I honestly would have paid a surplus for this service. Ill be using and recommending Calvins services until this man retires.

I found this company online and I called for an estimate. The owner came out looked at my window problem and he promised to email an estimate by that afternoon...i never heard from him again. Even if a business work load is heavy or whatever the case maybe the customer deserves a telephone call to acknowledge cancellation or their plans have changed.
