Royal Treatment have been my go-to window tint guys for a while now. Done 3 of my cars so far. No issues after years of parking in the sun. Just got a rear window redone from a bubble job done by another shop years ago- excellent job of stripping and reapplying tint.Great guys to chat with and pleasure to do business at. I visited their shop to have my window tint done and the final product was phenomenal. They were very professional and offered refreshments.Their professionalism led me to refer on of my long time friends that has a limousine company and they completed 5 of his vehicles and the tint was flawless.I had no idea that they even did car wraps. I saw one of their guys doing it while I was there and was amazed. I will get this done for my daughters car.

Had an appt at 10am. Terrell was there early. We addressed which tint would better suit my vehicle (high performance, ceramic and carbon) I am still very pleased with the carbon tint that I chose. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Light refreshments were provided and WiFi 🙌🏾.I’ve gotten 3 other vehicles tinted there. With the lifetime warranty that’s also included, this company is definitely a no brainer. An appointment is a phone call away. Everyone deserves a little tint on their vehicle.

Pros:- quick service- pretty cheapCons:- left tinting waste all over the car!I wanted to get the tinting at the back window of my car removed because it was old and opaque. Armani said hed do it for $50, but I told him to check how hard it would be because it seemed like it would be more difficult than a standard removal. He called me back and confirmed my suspicions but said it would cost $80. This still seemed reasonable to me so I asked him to go ahead and do it.When I picked my car up, the tint shavings that had been removed from my window were all over my car and I had to clean them up myself. I forgot to take a picture of the majority of it, but there was quite a bit. I think he may have just forgot, but it is very unprofessional to leave a car looking like that once youve worked on it. Other than that, I would recommend.

I have had 2 cars tinted with Royal Treatment in the past. Obviously, I love them and I have already made an appointment for my 3rd car to get tinted with them. I was referred by a friend and I have referred 3 friends to Royal Treatment. The quality of the tint is equivalent to wearing Ray-Bans sunglasses. No peeling after years of being on. I love them and will continue to bring any future car I have to them for tints. You are definitely paying for great quality.

I had fantastic customer service experience with knowledgeable professionals at Royal Treatment. They helped me select tint that meets my needs daily--- I went with Ceramic -- to help control heat, lessen glare (I wear glasses) AND still look gorgeous!!

I went to get tint because my car was always hot however i did not know anything about heat control window tint however they explained to me the difference and i must say it was the beat experience and outcome for me. I can get in my car no matter how hot it is and the car cools down super fast even if it has been sitting in the sun all day.

I had a very challenging vintage vehicle (Land cruiser fj62) with decades old tint they removed before installing new tint. They did an outstanding job and were incredibly friendly!

This was my third time using Royal and ultimately my last.I always thought that they cared when you had a normal issue like bubble in the tint or or debris caught in the tint (no matter how big or small the request, the customer is always right, Business 101) and were happy to help, this was not the case.While sitting in the waiting room as the technician tended to what I needed correcting, I could hear him calling me a ‘ridiculous customer’ and ‘now I’ve seen everything’. I understand that working for people is hard, but as a business owner, you need to be professional and respectful to your customers at all times. He was able to correct the issue which was covered under the warranty, but I value great customer service much higher. I will not be returning and if you value good customer service, I don’t recommend you give them a try either.Notes:-They are only accepting cash, cash app or Zelle.All irreversible payment options, good luck with any recourse through a bank and the business owner knows this.-See previous 1 star reviews driving home the point of unprofessionalism

They did it for a good price on my car, because they had did a family member of mines and it was good and I was also with her at the time, so he cut me a deal. He said if I brought my car in and pay cash they could do all my windows on my compact vehicle and they did it but I havent had the tint for six months and it STARTED BUBBLING BEFORE AND AFTER I CLEANED OFF ALL OF THEIR FINGER PRINTS FROM THE WINDOWS AND THIS IS AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME SERIOUSLY!

So, I visited Royal Treatment one Saturday morning to get my 2016 Chevy Impala tinted. They advertise an Early Bird sale that only applies if you visit between 8 am - 10 am on Saturday. It was about 8:45 am when I got there so I called to alert the staff that I was outside since their doors were locked. Someone answered the phone, but then hung up in my face as soon as I said, Hello. I called back again and was forwarded to the automated system where I was on left hold for about 5 minutes after I followed the prompts. I hung up and tried back again, but still no answer.Lol...I guess the shop didnt want any of my money that day. I just went to Fast N Friendly on Memorial Dr. to get my windows tinted and the they did a great job for a better price. Not saying Royal Treatment is a bad business, but the service provided to me in that moment wasnt ideal nor professional. And these businesses must learn to be professional at all times. Period.

I was referred to Royal Treatment by a close friend and I was impressed with the quality of work they had did for them so I decided to reach out and inquire about the services I wanted. Terrell answered the phone himself and was happy to answer any and all of the questions. His pleasant and professional demeanor remained consistent for the follow up calls I had with additional questions. He even offered to send me pictures of his work, which turned out to be not just a few pictures, but over 30, making it clear the range of skills, vehicles and clientele that this business handles.Even after researching several shops closer to me, I ended up deciding on Royal Treatment and made my appointment for early the next day. When i arrived, Terrell greeted and gave me a on the spot consult with my vehicle, making my decision easy. He quoted that it would take around 2.5 - 3 hours to complete, but his team knocked it out just at 2 hours and Im thrilled with the result. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

I’m having my car shipped overseas due to a military move and needed my front window tint removed... called them and not only could they get me in right away, they also did a speedy and excellent job. My windows are clean, no glue left over, and not scratched and I made it back to my appointment in time. They also removed a sticker that was on my rearview mirror without me even asking them to or an additional charge! Thanks so much guys! Definitely recommend them.

Called the morning of, they started as soon as I got there and I ended up going with the carbon tint, it was done perfectly and they finished in an hour and a half, looked so good I brought my other car up and had them take off the old tint and retint my fading, 10 yr old tint job from somewhere else. Good value and good service for auto window tinting

The guys did an awesome job on my car! I read reviews for their other location and was a little weary about the service, but they were are super nice and helpful at the Decatur location. They dont take appointments on Saturdays, but I was willing to wait in order to get their early-bird special (8-10 am). Another customer was frustrated with the wait time, but I personally think its a bit ridiculous to rush somebody to do something you want done well. They make it 100% clear that its first come first serve on Saturdays, so if youre one of those people that wants to be in and out quickly, make an appointment for the weekday. Im more than happy to wait so that the job is done right. They were also more than helpful in picking out the level of tint I wanted, and were very clear about the pricing. I highly recommend this place.

Bad experience, you get what you pay for. I scheduled an appointment with the person in charge the day before told him that I saw his company on half off depot, told him what I wanted on my vehicle, and spoke about a concrete cost. After dropping off my vehicle the next day the person in charge called me back and said because I didnt tell him it was a half off depot that he couldnt do it. I told him I already dropped off the vehicle and was gone. He decided to do the job but made sure I got an ear full of his disapproval before he took on the job. He obviously wasnt on site so I spoke to his secretary who also quoted me the same price for the extra tint. I went to pick up the car and after he did the job they tried to charge me $35 more than what I was quoted from 2 people (one of them being the owner). Of course, he wasnt there. The owner argued and yelled at me stating he needs to make the money back because half off depot charges him too much, and If I wanted such a great deal then I should have just come to him and not half off depot. I stated, that is not my problem that half off depot charges him too much, if he doesnt like it then he should not use half off depots service. He spoke back to his secretary and told her to just charge me what I was quoted, but miraculously they will only take cash now. I confirmed with the secretary before I got the tint job done that they take credit, specifically Discover. It even states on their door front that they take all major credit cards. Now they would only take cash and would not release the key to me to go and pick up cash. My wife who is 38 weeks pregnant was also there and told the secretary they run a shady business and are only trying to take advantage of customers. The secretary screamed and cussed at my wife and I had to tell the secretary to stop, that my wife at this stage of her pregnancy does not need the stress. Also the tint job is mediocre, I have a large piece on the drivers side that wasnt put on proper so it is folded over onto the other tint. Save yourself the headache of a horrible run company. I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Awful quality. The edges around the window were jagged and the tint was falling off on some spots. Went back multiple times to redo. Went to GLASS TIGER and they said the quality was trash. After letting them know about the second opinion they got defensive and hostile towards me. Please stay away, these clowns do not know what they are doing. If you want a below average tint job and people that will not stand behind their quality of work then come here. Look elsewhere if you want the best quality.

Wellcwas hoping for a better review but.....the people.who work here seem very nice. But the tin job was not great I waited for almost 3 hours and i was told 2 hours then lots of bubbles and sloppy work done on my windowsI pointed all the obvious issues before I paid n left and was told it had to dry and ould fix itself and if not come back by for a patch up. I understand you get busy but even when busy the work n performance should be even across the board. So now i have to look at these areas thats arent big but to me on my new car seem hug and now I have to try n find free time between work, school and my kid to take it back! Big inconvenience guys especially since I went with u vause u was in neighboor hood and it was convientant

Getting my windows tinted was a pleasant experience. It was so pleasant that I brought in my 2nd vehicle to be retinted. However, about a week after the service, I noticed a few small bubbles in the tint. I also noticed the tint was not cut evenly with the outline of my window because along the bottom edge of my passenger window, sunlight shines through extra bright because the tint does not go all the way down. In addition, there are spots on the rear windows where the same issue occurs.The bubbles that I see are the ones that normally go away as the tint dries, but they never went away. They were small and unnoticeable so I did not worry about it. Over the next few weeks, I noticed more bubbles. Eventually my wife began to notice them. I went to examine my 2nd vehicle that I dont drive too often, and noticed bubbles in that tint as well, and I noticed a spot where it appears the tint is peeling. Its now been just over 2 months. Things are not getting better.I decided to call the business to find out what can be done to correct these issues. Based on the way the conversation I had with the gentleman on the phone went, I have a feeling my issues will not be resolved. . .If it goes well, I will update this review and tell you all about the great service provided.If it goes as my phone conversation indicated, I will give you all the details on how my initial conversation went as well as the treatment received when I take my car in.I am scheduled to take my car back in in a few days and will provide an update after doing so!Stay tuned. . .
